This is a very professional company! I had to replace my entire HVAC system back in February. They have never ceased to amaze me. Anytime I have had any questions or concerns, they have been right there to assist me. I sleep very well and comfortably at night knowing that my furnace or AC system is going to be working extremely well. If not, I know I can call this company to come and assist me… usually the same day. Their warranty and maintenance agreement is unsurpassed!

Technician was on time, very friendly and professional ( Justin) diagnose the problem right away and explained everything to me thoroughly before fixing the problem. My furnace stopped working on New Year’s Eve and I was quoted high estimates to only look at the furnace on New Year’s Day. Springfield Heating & Cooling Five Star gave a reasonable estimate, figured out my furnace issue timely, and was able to repair it quickly. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others.

This was the first visit for a service contract with this company. Our technician was Cody Davis. We were so pleased with his efficiency, knowledge and work. He checked the monoxide )CO)levels being emitted from the unit and the vents. This was NEVER done by any of the other companies we have used in the past. He found the levels were high and adjusted the gas levels. This could have resulted in a terrible situation. Cody was very knowledgeable and seemed to take great pride in his work. We would like him to be our tech each time! Thank you!

They were able to get to us within 24 hours of calling. Showed up on time and called about 15 minutes out to let me know when they would arrive. The tech Josh was professional, showed me the parts not working and explained why they werent working. We ended up needing a new furnace (not unexpected as ours was 26 years old) They were able to get us in quickly again and the price was comparable with what we could find elsewhere-- 0% financing was a draw for us. The guys who installed the furnace were also professional, on time, and did a courtesy call before arriving. They cleaned up afterwards and overall it was a very positive experience. Everything from start to finish was top notch, I highly recommend!

My furnace was having trouble on Christmas day and they came out and determined the problem. They gave me the options and I ended up just getting a new furnace and air conditioning unit since it was going bad as well. They came out and installed them the following Monday, Christmas was on Friday. They were professional and the install only took about 5-6 hours.
