For our plumbing needs we always ask for Cory!We had Clayton do the Fall maintenance and he installed a drain line from the air conditioner. He did a great job and we will ask for him next time.

Nice fellas, Daren and Garrett, replaced a leaky bathroom sink faucet. I expected to give them the highest possible rating; however after they left I noticed the long scratch in the bowl of the sink (PIX below); guess thats why one asked for a scratch pad, but he couldnt buff it out. It would have been nice if they had told me they scratched the sink. I feel a reasonable amount should have been deducted from the bill for this and was very surprised it was not mentioned. I was unable to remove the scratch and it will have to remain. Also, I had no idea the leak had saturated the bottom shelf until I saw they had emptied its contents...it would have been nice if they had removed the SOPPING WET, mildewed carpet someone had placed there years earlier because I am old and have no tools for such things, but that is probably expecting too much. Other than the sink scratch I am pleased with the work they did.

Fantastic team of professionals that know what they are doing. I called at 9am they were there by 1130am and done by noon! So thankful for them. Super nice group of guys too!

When I initially scheduled the appointment, I explained that underneath the house was “tight” and would need someone with a slight build. I was charged a”difficult access fee” of over $100.00. This was not explained while scheduling the appointment. The first plumber was not able to fit in the area, and a second appointment was necessary to bring in a smaller person. After the work was performed, I experienced a water supply problem with one of my toilets and plumber had to return to take care of situation. Probably won’t call on this business in the future. The work was performed and leaking spigot problem was resolved. I am not saying this is the case, But, sometimes it seems single older women are charged unnecessarily. Respectably submitted.

We had a great experience with, Bobby, Ray and Luke from the time they arrived this morning! These guys are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! They took our old system away and did an immaculate job installing the new high efficiency Carrier furnace and air conditioner. These people are amazing!!! I selected them to replace my main sewer line after having several companies give me an estimate. They gave the lowest bid, described the lease invasive procedure, and in the shortest time frame.When the techs came out (Landon and Gavin) they were incredibly professional an polite. They listened to all of my questions and concerns, and I never felt talked down to. Gavin ran the excavator and did an amazing job. He was able to work within inches of some of my landscaping without messing it up, and he worked with skill and care to dig under the multiple fence lines that needed to be crossed. Not having to have the fences taken down was a hug bonus for me. They finished sooner than estimated and did a great jog with clean up. The replacement required them to dig into the neighbors yard. They worked with the neighbor to get everything schedule, and the neighbor reported afterward to me that they were happy with how everything went as well.I will definitely use this company again should the need arise and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer.

Trevor, our service technician performed fall maintenance on our heating system. He disassembled our system, cleaned the condenser, cleaned the entire system including house vents and checked that it was operating correctly. He also informed me that the vents around the outside of the house should be opened during the summer and closed during the winter. I didn’t know this would cause moisture in our crawl space so that is a valuable piece of information! Trevor wore protective wraps on his shoes and even cleaned floors under the interior vents after cleaning. I give Trevor and All Klear 5 STARS for technical knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Our first time using All Klear was a good experience. Our Tech Trevor was on time, very efficient, and professional. Discussed a few points of good maintenance to get the most out our unit, and the cost of repair was reasonable.All I ask for and expect from a company is trust and fairness with their knowledge to get the job done correctly. Great experience all around with this company! Last year I called them to help me with plumbing issues. With the excellent service I ended up purchasing the membership and it has been worth every penny considering the home I am purchasing.Recently I was given a call by the secretary to remind me to do my inspection just to make sure everything was running smoothly. I told her about the issues I was having and havent had time to call and schedule anything and so she sent someone to check things over for me ( keeping my schedule in mind.) Anthony was the tech. Very professional, timely, informative and really went above and beyond to make sure my a/c really was in fact defeated and even though the result wasnt what I was hoping for, the quality work and service is what will keep me coming back. Heat didnt come on 1st use this season. Called All Klear, I have relied on them for six years now, and they never let me down. Today Bobby Drake took care of me. Very knowledgeable and taught me how to avoid the problem in the future.

Repaired shower valve from an old Moen design. Took care of it efficiently with the help of a second plumber. Provided originally 3 options with prices from low to very high based on the state of the plumbing in the walls. Turned out they were able to provide the service for the lowest price quoted, after an hour of work. Fair and professional. Rare qualities in the trade. I will call them again.

We had our AC go out right before a trip. They were very attentive in getting someone out within a couple of hours. They got someone out the next am for repairs. Trevor Harris was our technician. We were without hot water on a Friday evening, and the pilot wouldn’t light. I called All Klear All Hours around 6:30 pm Friday, and they had someone out there by 11:00 am Saturday morning. When it was discovered that it couldn’t be repaired, the tech had a new one installed within a couple of hours, which included his drive time to and from the shop to get the correct size tank, which was about 30 minutes one way.Chris Doyle was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained things so they could be easily understood and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I will definitely call All Klear again, if I’m in need of any other home repair.

Friday night. Sewage overflows in basement! Called Klean and they sent Josh in 45 minutes. 2 hours later, clear line, no problems. Josh was personable, efficient and professional. A total pro and nice person. He went through trauma when the pipe he was working on spit up and hit him in his opened mouth. He didn’t complain just continued working til 8pm and got the job done for a totally reasonable price. 5 stars.

The plumber, Charles, ran various tests to determine root cause then fixed the issue. Charles was diligent and professional. I just found my new plumbing company in Springfield.

First let me say, this is the second time we have used this company. The first time was also a great experience. We are very pleased with this service. They came all the way out to us in the country when roads were snow covered with extreme cold in the negative, the very next morning after I called. We have radiant floor heat with a boiler and I believe he made 3 trips in this weather as we requested thermostats changed out as an add on. My husband was so impressed with the knowledge and attitude of the service rep. We can’t thank them enough and will only use them for both our homes. They have been impressive, to say the least.

Dear Review Reader-I came home from a business trip to find a mystery leak which managed to trash ceilings and walls was while I was out of town. My worst fear was a leaking water line inside a wall a few feet from a just remodeled area of the house. It was just a weird set of circumstances that had this DIY homeowner befuddled. I hate to hire people to do what I can do. But I was in over my head with the damage and indicators I was seeing. It was time to call the professionals.We had a plumber (Corey, The Pipe Detective) and an HVAC tech (Cody - who LOVES 120 degree attics) show up on short notice. The main issue was improper drainage of an attic- mounted AC evaporator, due to excessive dust buildup (from the renovation) in filters on the AC. It turned out to be a very simple fix. In the process of finding the issue, these guys fixed a broken toilet base/ gasket (that we didnt know was broken), serviced and inspected the AC unit, and replaced an outdated/ sketchy thermostat.No big ticket items needed replacing. Our water heater went out as soon as we moved in to our new house. All Klear came out quickly and looked at our water heater even after normal business hours. They diagnosed the problem and they were able to get us a new water heater. They installed it the next day. Justin was a great technician and I would highly recommend their services!

Had a tech come out to check why my A/C was not working great. Was told needed to buy an entire new unit and it wasnt worth fixing. Quoted me $9,300 for new A/C unit and install (not including furnace). Had another company come out to take a look. Cleaned outside coils and charged with freon and my A/C is up and running great again. What upsets me is All Klear not even suggesting anything other than total replacement during the hottest week of the year. Basically paid them $180 bucks to blow smoke up my a$$.

Cory quickly identified my problem and the solution and then went the extra mile to tweak some additional things to ensure my water heater worked well for the long haul. I enjoyed his friendliness and talking me through the work he performed. I recommend All Klear 100%

A few weeks ago I had a disposal issue and reached out to All Klear for service. Hector was the technician that came to my house and he was very thorough and transparent in his explanation of what had happened and what needed to be repaired. Him and his trainee (I think), had completely removed and replaced my disposal within about 45 minutes, if even that. Will definitely reach out to All Klear again for any plumbing, heating or cooling issues I might encounter in the future.

My service technician was Cory with plumbing. He did an incredible job of explaining the process and getting us fixed up. This was an after hours call for a front spigot and if he had not repaired it we would have had to go with our main water valve shut off through the night and in the morning. We really appreciate the work he did as well as the care and kindness he showed in assisting us in our time of need. I highly recommend this technician and will be using him again for all plumbing assistance and advice.

While they were here they inspected our RO unit and other systems and fixed a few issues in addition to the remodel plumbing. Cory came out for that estimate and detailed what our final costs and timeline would be. I appreciated the details Cory provided as it made replacement of our water heater a little easier.Not that Id want anyone to have to replace their water heater but Id recommend All Klears services to anyone.

We thought we had a pipe burst under the house. Flushed a toilet and heard a big boom under the house. Called All Klear. Charles came out after hours and quickly diagnosed the issue after going under the house to check for a burst pipe or leak. Our pressure reducing valve had failed. Our area has high water pressure and a reducing valve is needed to drop the incoming pressure to 80psi or less.He ran a temporary setup to ensure this was the issue which I thought was very thorough. The old reducing valve was only 7 years old. Once he confirmed this was the fix he cut out the old valve and replaced it.We now have the best water pressure weve ever had in this house.Charles check out other related items while here and discovered that our hot water heater expansion tank has failed and is full of water and needs replaced. He provided a thorough explanation of its purpose, how he knows it failed, and why it needs replaced. We are scheduling a time for him to come out and do this work for us as well.I would highly recommend All Klear!

We used this company when the company we hired (ben franklin) no showed. Probably was for the best anyway as they were super professional and friendly. I dont know anything about plumbing but they seemed honest about our issues and didnt seem to be trying to get us to spend more money than we actually needed to at this time. I would definitely use them again. You also actually call their office rather than a call center so it is much easier to streamline any issues.

Very impressed with Darins work and grateful for his patience. I had a busted faucet outside and finding the water line inside the basement ceiling was a pain. My house was built very oddly. But he was careful to create as few openings as possible, and even made recommendations on how to access that plumbing again in the future if needed. Definitely recommend him!
