We have been working with Grays on our combination furnace/air conditioner. It went out last week and we have received 3 quotes on full replacement. Grays was the ONLY place that thought to check the serial number on the part that is broken and surprisingly it is still in warranty until next month. I havent received a replacement quote yet from them, but with service like this, I definitely want to use them. They have also let us know that the unit we have already (if we decide its a smart move to replace instead of fix) is too much unit for our home and that we can go with a smaller unit. Now tell me, what business suggests smaller? They seem like a great, honest, home town business that deserves a chance to prove themselves.

I clicked on this companys website tab and it took me to a Rheem dealer locator page and when I tried to back out of it to my search, this Rheem page kept relocating me to its dealer page. I had to close the page and lose my search content.
