I called while I was in a time crunch. The staff responded to my email very quickly and were able to offer me a solution to get my printing needs taken care of. 5/5 would recommend.

The lady at this store is so nice and take care of my shipping fully! She went out of her way to print my shipping using my phone. She is always so throughout and quick with her work! Very pleasant experience every time.

I’ve been using this postnet for years. The owners are awesome people that I enjoy seeing every time I go in. Service is always excellent and I don’t have to deal with the lines at the post office.

I usually go to the vintage location and the staff there is so sweet and attentive. I stopped by the champions location since it was the closest one at the time, regretted it as soon as I walked in. The lady at the register was so rude. And they up charge books of stamps.

Came to wrong store by accident. I was directed to an actual FedEx store. It was my mistake and was not a big deal. However the employee was rude/snippy when informing me and I did not appreciate that. Shows how some people act when they realize that you are not their customer.

Alisha, the owner, is incredibly rude and disrespectful to the customers. She displayed obvious irritation when my sister was looking for a bathroom for her 4 year old, snapping directions to the bathroom, then behind her back Alisha threw up her hands in front of the other customers, sighed, rolled her eyes then complained to the customers. I cannot believe this behavior at a PostNet. Do not bother coming here, go to the Vintage location.

I have had a box here for 4 years and done shipping with this PostNet. I had done business with one in Sugar Land for 8 years and one in Austin prior. They all served the purpose beyond expectation but the owners of this one make it feel like I walk into home every time I go to ship something or pick up my mail. Love this place!

Very convenient location to drop off fedex packages! They do offer shipping through UPS and USPS as well! Family owned small business! I am happy they are in our community!

Somebody is been using this address like if is a loan company I been receiving different e-mail about loans with this address.

OMG I am FURIOUS at this place and I will NEVER be using them again. I had them ship my wedding invitations last year and had a pretty good experience, but today when my husband went to mail a gift for my friends baby these people completely ripped him off. What should have cost no more than $20 they charged him $43 with tax. I am APPALLED and so angry I will NEVER shop from these cheats again! Tight-fisted money-grubbing crooks cannot deliver an honest price on a light package and its shameful. I hope you go out of business and learn youll never keep customers by ripping them off.

I needed a color copy and my image was not so great so they helped me to find a better quality picture online to make sure that I had a clear image printed out. Very nice service and the price was great too.
