Boone was great to work with. He really outdid himself and we are very satisfied with how our yard turned out. From the time I called to inquire about service they provided the quote and came out to do the job quickly. He had great design ideas and plant recommendations for our yard. Its even better than what I envisioned!! Would highly recommend!

The initial communications were all lovely and timely but then the owner came out to quote us, disappeared without a word after my husband came back in the house to discuss with me. Then the quote came in for our modest front yard repair and dead tree removal at over $6000.00. We were still contemplating what to do and how to proceed because all the reviews and photos of Boones work were wonderful. I received a call back asking if I had considered the quote and when I said in a cheerful tone we are still deciding what to do but the quote was a bit higher than we expected I heard a grumble and was HUNG UP ON! Well its a firm no now.

Boones Landscaping did a brilliant design and implemented it well. My husband and I live in the National Forest and after building our home we wanted a magical entrance to our home. One that would brighten up the exquisite emerald green forest that surrounds us.Boone explained to us his vision and what a vision it was. If anybody is looking for a place to work, this is not it. I asked if they were hiring and whoever answered the phone hung up in my face. If that is how they treat potential employees, imagine how they treat customers.

My experience with Boone’s Landscaping has been top notch! Boone is an artist and his vision and design skills can’t be beat! Boone and his office staff communicated clearly and precisely throughout the project. If there was an issue, which there generally are on projects of this size, they were on it quickly and effectively solved them. As a contractor this is exactly the type of company I like to work with. And if they can make me and my clients happy, they will have no problem doing the same for you! You will not be disappointed!

Boone provided us with a quick turnaround not only on design but the install as well. He showed up with a big crew and knocked the install out quickly. The crew were very professional and worked hard. All phone calls are responded to quickly as well from the office.

I hired Boone’s Landscaping to put in a memorial area for my husband that had just passed away. I didn’t want anything too obvious, but a place that was peaceful where I could go and reflect and talk to him. It turned out beautifully w a water feature, landscaping, and a large boulder that I could sit on. I was very pleased with how it turned out.

Boone came out to give me a quote on a front yard planter. He really listened, answered all my questions and then created a design on the spot that integrated well with existing planters and at a fair price. He and his crew are amazing! They are efficient and obviously experts at their craft. Start to finish, it was under 4 hrs. and it looks so much better than I dreamed. They also trenched and laid 230 ft of water pipe replacing the existing sod. Office follow-up is excellent. If you want a quality landscaper, this is who you need to call.

I have needed someone reliable and experienced to help me get my large yard back to beautiful after several years of my failed attempts. I found Boones Landscaping through searching Google, and Facebook and reading reviews. When I met him and he looked at my yard, he had a plan, and impressed me with his knowledge. I took a chance and Im so thankful I did! My yard is prettier than it has been in years! I appreciate the hard work of Boone and his employees.

My review does not involve landscaping services, per se...I was driving past one of their crews and a rock was kicked up into the back window of my minivan. I pulled over, approached their foreman (I believe his name is Jay), and explained what happened. He was extremely apologetic, kind, and very professional. He apologized multiple times, and not only for the damage, but for the inconvenience and for the scare it gave me as well. He immediately called their office. He then promptly gathered my name and information, and sent it over to the office along with pictures of the damage. I left there with the name, office phone number, and personal number for Mr. Trammel. I called Mr. Trammel and he too was the epitome of customer service. He was very apologetic, professional, and seemed like he truly cared about getting the situation rectified quickly. He assured me that by the following morning he would call me with all the information needed to get the window fixed. BUT within three hours of the incident, and on the same day, the office sent me the information needed for the window replacement. They had already paid for the window and they selected a company that would come to me. I can not express enough how refreshing it was to experience such wonderful customer service. I especially appreciated the sense of urgency I felt they had, even though I am sure they had much more important and pressing matters in which to attend. They made me feel like my happiness was truly a priority for them. And if that is how they treat someone who cost them money...I can not imagine how well they treat the paying customers.

Boone was wonderful he did an excellent job! He went over and beyond with the design and now my landscape is beautiful. I highly recommend if your looking for high end landscaping and want the best.

Boone landscaping removed a tree from our front yard and were supposed to place sod down where the tree used to be....we were told they would return to take care of the hole in our yard but have not returned our phone calls nor do they ever answer either of the two phone numbers we have for them.

Wow they are awesome!!! I just had an outdoor fire place installed along with a very beautiful pergola made out of redwood. I just love coming home after work just to be able to relax and entertain my friends.Boone, was very professional and just love how he tied in all the wood work.Its a dream come true.-LWatson

After researching landscaping businesses in the area, I decided to hire Boone, and it was a FANTASTIC decision. They came and installed fresh pave stone walk ways. The walk ways are wonderfully done and absolutely beautiful. Thank you! I definitely recommend Boones Landscaping to any one in need of landscaping services.

Boone’s landscaping did a terrible job. My backyard was supposed to be xeriscaped with rocks. The result was bull rocks were put down directly on the ground without any weedblock. The job was rushed and a portion of the yard that required weeding was left incomplete. They also cut the cable line in my backyard. Now, I am having to break my back moving the bull rock manually yard by yard and placing down weed block. Also, midway through the job I was told that I would need to pay substantially more for the work. This company has nice people working for them, but they charged me a fortune and did a very bad job. My yard would be better shape if I had never hired them.

My brother recommended I use this company for my landscaping. I recently moved to Spring and didnt have a clue about the climate here in TX. Boones Landscaping was very in tune with my need for low maintenance plants and my desire for feng shui in my life. Their creativity in color variety and plant placement was very pleasing. The crew was friendly and in good spirit, and everyones chemistry was on the same page. I dont like stress in my life and I do not trust too many people. I get frazzled easily and I was not looking forward to paying a small fortune to have work done. Thank goodness for the reference, I love when everything goes so smoothly and I end up with a more than happy ending. I would refer Boones Landscaping over and over again.Your, trusted neighbor.
