I see Jake found this bad review, so hes using a beautiful photo of one of my flowerbeds that was taken before they ever worked for me, and an old, positive review I posted about them. Im going to contact Google about this Jake, I think its against the law to use my photos and an old review without my permission, and its false advertisement as well. The most important thing to me is weed and ant control, and these guys couldn’t or just wouldn’t do that for me. As the company grew they hired more guys and started spending less and less time doing our yard. The more guys they hired, the worse the service became. The more I noticed for the first time ever, the weeds were getting beyond my ability to control, and the less these guys helped me control the weeds. I began to notice weeds everywhere, like never before, so I watched what they were doing one day. Not only were they not bagging the grass and weed clippings like I had been asking them to do, and I was willing to pay extra for, but they were having one of their guys walk behind the mower with a blower and they were blowing all the grass and weed clippings all around our yard. I thought, wow, no wonder we’re getting weeds all over our landscaping, even in all our clay pots and in our rock flowerbeds. Because of these guys the weeds in our landscaping are out of control and we lost a total of four plants, two fire bushes when Jake pulled them out of the ground last February when they were dormant and then they killed a Holly pencil tree and climatis vine when they used weed killer at the roots of the plants. Yes, Property Nerds fixed a sprinkler that popped up out of the ground after they had trimmed away all the grass that had previously held the sprinkler in place. No way would that simple fix cost over $400.00 because my Hispanic landscapers before PN fixed a sunken broken line for $60.00. Besides I had told Jake that I would pay for the repair but he said, no that’s ok because you always recommend us and give us great reviews. When I first hired PN they wanted $30.00 and I told them that Id pay them $45.00 each time, Because I wanted them to always do a good job for us. The photo with the “gay feather” flowers and No Weeds, is before Property Nerds and the second photo, with all the weeds is after Property Nerds. They also trimmed around trees and bushes in the front yard so much that we had erosion. One thing they did for me was, they made it clear what to tell my new guys, dont trim huge circles around everything, and use a mower with a bag to catch all the clippings. These guys really are Nerds, absolutely no common sense, especially Jake, his response proves that. He called me after I fired them and shared his feelings with me, showing his anger issues and immaturity as well.

Amazing job! Started with lawn care and Bush trimming. Wound up with a great mulch job. Ignore the bad rating from previous post from someone that doesnt understand how hot it is out here. These guys should get paid well! Thank you and GOD BLESS!

PN has done a stellar job keeping my lawn cared for, very professional, punctual and friendly workers. I never have to worry about if they are going to show up, or if they are going to cut my grass to short and kill it during these past couple hot summer months. Anything i ask of them is done and at a more than reasonable price. I recommend them to all my neighbors and peers.

Property Nerds have been maintaining my lawn for the past few months. I have to say that I am beyond impressed with the job they do. All of the guys have gone above and beyond my expectations. My previous company I used charged more and did a terrible job. I always know when I am scheduled for service that I will come home to a beautiful lawn. I would recommend Property Nerds to all looking for lawn care.

These guys have been maintaining our yard for the last year. They have always been punctual and consistent. They are very knowledgeable about lawn management and do terrific work on our yard.
