Love this place, been coming here for years. Such great customer service and reasonable prices. Threading is the main reason to visit this place but they offer so much more. I have had facials, massages, eyebrow tinting, henna tattoos and threading here. They also do an amazing job of shaping eyebrows without taking too much off. Fair warning threading can be painful.

I got threading and tint. It was a fast service but I wish she took her time to put the tint on better. The front of my eyebrows are really blocky, and she got way too much on my skin. I definitely didn’t want big eyebrows and I feel silly especially since I don’t usually wear other makeup. I wish she would have asked me more questions before hand. She seemed to just rush through because it was very packed.

Ladies are AWESOME! Weve been using their services for over 3 years. We live in the Woodlands and worth the drive. 😊 I also get my feet polish changes in the nail place nearby when I visit. 😉 My daughter and I havehad eyebrow threading and lash lift with tint. Absolutely love the lash lift andtint. We highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed.

Hema is the best! I won’t let anyone else thread my eyebrows. I was a customer of hers at a previous salon & was happy to find her again. All of the staff is nice & friendly. The decor is also nice. My only suggestion would be to set up a check/sign in system.

I’ve been here twice now. They are so awesome! I’ve gotten my eyebrows done both times and they always perfect them and keep the fullness. I tried the lash lift and it was so worth it. My lashes are long but just grow straight out and the lift just gives my eyes this extra glow and look. Definitely try them out!

Great team here ! Had a facial, they get down in my pours and clean them out like I didn’t know could do !! I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted there, never had them tinted anywhere else before and hopefully won’t ever have to !! The whole staff if legit, they all do great on my brows !

This place is above 5 stars. Zen & Hyna are super professional. The first chair lady Hyna is wonderful. She is very soothing with her touch and shares her knowledge about waxing and threading. I am so happy to have found this place and her. I will be a repeat bi weekly customer as long as I live in Spring. I see why the place is always full and patrons dont mind waiting because they know each lady does a stellar job. Please do tip they deserve it!!

I was happy to know that when I moved to this side of town that there was a eye threading salon! The ladies are great and so nice, however the past few months it has been hard getting an appointment on time and the walk in wait is super long. I’ve been waiting for over an hour today with other people coming to the door and turning around due to it being so packed. This is not a reflection of the staff but of lack of help. I noticed in previous reviews the owner stated the wait time isn’t long...I beg to differ since I’m the one that’s been waiting, lol. One of the ladies works really hard here and I commend her for her time and patience because I know it can be a lot on her as she seems as if she does everything by herself until help comes in, she definitely needs a raise, I just wish she had more help. Overall, great people and great prices.

Person who did my eyebrows did an amazing job. However, upon arriving was told not take a picture of the pricing to send to my mother. It got weird and will not return based on the welcoming I receive. ** edit the exchange was uncomfortable.

The decor is very pretty, the 2 ladies that work here were very fast and polite and my brows are very thin and I always ask people not to touch my brows at all just clean up the stay hairs, and she did just that. Think I found my new regular place after my terrible experience at sonys

I recently moved to Houston and I didnt have a go to place for facials or eyebrow threading. I googled eyebrow threading near me and this place popped out and I decided to go. This place also offers facials!Im so glad I came! Zee was friendly and patient when doing my facial. I had some bad acne due to hormonal issues and now my skin is legit glowing after this facial and my acne is barely noticible! I love it!❤️I did my eyebrows too and omg she is even better than the lady I use to go to back home! If I could give her more stars I would! Im defiantly coming back!

The lady who did my face wax was so harsh with the waxing she blatantly applied wax on my upper lip as well which burned as soon as I came out of the salon. Would not recommend.

Cute little salon. Very neat and clean. My threader was very welcoming and kind. She was also very gentle, which can be hard to find! I am really happy with how she shaped up my brows! I am very red in the photos, but thats only because I am very pale and get red easily. I will definitely be back!

Used to love coming here, but lately the service has been bad and its just one tech. I got there around 12:20 supposedly they open at 10 and said to wait a couple of minutes, its Tues and no one else is there. After waiting I had to ask really loud should I come back, cause she was in another room. She replied Id have to wait longer because she was cleaning or come back. You had a customer you shouldve attended the customer first. Id understand if you were cleaning the area to be used at that moment are at least notified youre going to take longer than a couple of minutes so no worries I just wont be back anymore not like you careThey werent cleaning the chair to be used for eyebrow threading. There werent any other customers, take care of the client first. It wouldve taken less time to do so than the time I waited

My confidence is boosted immensely after my annual trip to this place! So in love with the friendliness of the staff, the comfortable atmosphere, & how casual everyone who works here is. The woman that I often see (per my request) for my waxings makes my week every time I go with her friendly, honest and goofy personality (Thank you, Hemma—I’m sure I spelled that wrong). The girl with glasses and crooked teeth does not know what customer service is. I was coming in for waxing now I am very particular on who does my waxing unfortunately the lady who does my waxing was not in which is fine but I did not know that nor was I acknowledged or even ask if I had an appointment! I would understand if the place was busy but it wasn’t. I finally realized the girl with crooked teeth was the only one doing service due to a customer asking! I got up and left. I will definitely not be returning to this place. (Good customer service builds good clientele.)

I usually go to Simmys in Tomball but because this is down the street from where I work, I figured Id check it out. At Simmys the woman isnt very friendly shes wham bam thank you maam, no small talk, do your brows in minutes while on the phone kinda of customer service. And not very attentive to your requests. I hate it, but love the results lol Its like damn no wonder she doesnt care to listen to your requests on how you like to have your brows done. She really knows whats shes doing! Here its the opposite. The shop of beautiful, very well maintained, everything is clean and presentable. The woman who helped me was so sweet and soft spoken. Didnt rush me through my description of how I liked my brows done. But the problem was it didnt get right the first time. We had 3 tries. First round my left brow was thicker and there was no arch. She claimed she didnt want to take out the hairs to create the arch because she didnt want to thin them out too much. Ok? So youd rather me walk around with one thin high arch brow and one thick round brow with no arch? No maam! I talked her through how to fix it. She did well but then the ends didnt match in length. Told her to fix that too. So overall, I wouldnt go again. Maybe there could have been a better experience with a different woman the next time, but I didnt walk out of there feeling like my brows were on fleek. Didnt love them, just didnt have a choice. Mess around with it any more and I could have had no brows left. So, I checked out and left a tip. Never know until you try I guess.

Usually when I get my eyebrows threaded it’s so painful. I didn’t feel one ounce of pain, Hena did a great job and the little eyebrow massage at the end was a nice touch!I think I found my new eyebrow lady!Edit: also the price is great! $8 for a threading! You can’t beat that!

After a month since my OG tech left her job due to Covid, I thought I had to switch to waxing. Until the middle of July, I found this place! The lady is so amazing and welcoming, especially at a young age, with her own business congrats to her!

I stopped in as I was driving by. Very short wait to get my eyebrows threaded. They did a wonderful job of cleaning them up and making my eyebrows look better.

I get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded at this salon. They use great quality thread that never hurts and I’m always satisfied with my results. Although it is small, the salon is very clean and organized and is decorated very tastefully. Prices are reasonable as well. For eyebrow and upper lip threading, the total is $12. Definitely recommend!

I had my whole face done. She was able to get most of it but I have to tell her 2 or 3 times that there was still hair on my lip and under my lip. Then I got home and noticed she missed a small patch above my eye brows. But its all blonde peach fuzz so the mistake is understandable. I felt like she did a great job compared to the last place I went.

The salon was super cute, very clean and well organized. The wait was minimal. They offer threading or wax, I opted for threading and did the whole face. The lady who attended me was very efficient. I was in and out in about 15 mins and she made sure to remind me of after care recommendations even though Ive done this before. I saw several ladies come in for brow tint, so Ill have to try that next time. Just a warning parking is a mess..

OMG, where do I start. I came here looking for a permanent place to get my eyebrows done, who were friendly and polite and I found it!!! The last place I left the person was very rude and talked about me and laughed at me to a customer in their language. I am soooooo glad I came here, they make you feel very welcomed for sure! Even though I live around 15-20 min away the drive is definitely worth it. I would suggest ALL to come here they are very professional and nice!!!
