So helpful. My mystery computer was examined, attempted to boot, and all the cheap solutions explored. Once it was determined it would cost more than it was worth to possibly repair he reassembled it and proffered a tube of thermal paste my brother needed. All at NO CHARGE. I was impressed and will be back.

My experience with Northrock was amazing. The owners and staff are very professional and welcoming. They are honest and kept costs where these should be and at no given time the opportunity of an upcharge presented itself. I brought in my computer on a Tuesday and r curved a call the following day that it was ready for pickup. I highly recommend Northrock computer repair or any of your computer needs. I went there to get new ram for my gaming computor and they had the exact ram I needed. They sold it for a good price and they were very nice and professional. I was very happy to get to go to a family business instead of some huge company and I would recommend this store for your PC needs

I brought my desktop to Northrock computer repair after taking it to a different repair place. The other place charged me 60 dollars and misdiagnosed the issue. Northrock diagnosed the desktop and had me up and running quicker than I could imagine and at a price that is impossible to beat. They were also very nice and extremely pleasant to visit. I know where to go from now on for all my computer needs.
