Needed a company to do our final clean before we list our home and Tex A Clean had great reviews! We’re satisfied with there professionalism, work efficiency, and price! Finished 4 bedrooms in under an hour! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I plan to use them again!!

This company is beyond unprofessional! I was told my appointment was between 11:30 and 12:30 and the guy got here at 1:32 pm . Before he got here I was told he was gonna be late but like 12:45 or even 1 Ish type of late . The tech called and told me he was gonna be an additional 25 mins late and I asked would I get a discount for the inconvenience because I had things to do .he said he would call the office and have them call me . A lady called and she was extremely rude . She was like WE’RE NOT gonna give a discount and when I asked the name of the company she was like TEX A CLEAN in a rude way as if to say she knew I was going to leave a review and I AM. So then about 7 mins later she called back and was nice and said oh the owner said we can make it $99.99 instead of $109 .. in my head I’m like oh wow you’re not the owner and you just told me y’all weren’t gonna give me a discount without even checking .. in all honesty I didn’t care about a discount because I was getting 4 rooms for $109..but her attitude was awful .. so the tech came and said was I getting urine treatments (I was holding my super small dog ) and I said sir do you smell urine (he had a mask on over his nose and mouth ) he said yes in this area which he said because he saw my dog kennel however my dog kennel was just placed in that area for the carpet cleaning .. no one has ever smelled urine here ..it was him who smelled like cigarettes and urine .. so I told him nvm ..meanwhile the owner still has yet to call me .. these good reviews they have are from yearsago DONT BELIEVE IT LOL THEY ARE A JOKE .Updated response : he didn’t come in with no UV LIGHT to check for no urine . I have cameras in my apt I can kindly send them to you and post here so you can for sure see him just walk in with a mask on talking about urine just cause he saw a puppy . Honestly I didn’t care about the money off it’s THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Y’all paying your taxes has nothing to do with me .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Cheaper is not always better !

Best service in town. I called them to come out and clean the AC ducts and carpet at my house and they were able to fit me in the same day because I asked them to do so. The were very informative, clean and professional. The previous owner of my house had pets and I was able to see all kinda colors and stains on the carpet and they were able to remove it all plus my AC ducts were super dirty with dog hair etc... and they clean out so good. My house smells fresh and clean because of these guys.

Tracy and Steven did an excellent job on my carpet. I am pleased with their service. Christian was very helpful over the phone when I asked questions. All employees take the time to explain their services and pricing. Tex A Clean Carpet Care will be my primary choice for carpet cleaning.

Great Services i Had My Carpet and air Ducts Cleaned in my new home we are moving in to a lot of companies were trying to Charge me over $2k and till i Called Tex A Clean and found out they had Great deals running. I Have used this Company a few times now and carpet is always smelling fresh and Clean once they are done. We just had our carpets cleaned by them Yesterday and had them do our Air Ducts and all was great again. Thanks Tex A Clean

Excellent service.Inmediate response, carpets were cleaned next day I requested the service and they were very punctual.They work, while I was working and entered without causing any problem. Everyrhing problem free.More importantly, carpets were left inmaculate and everything was in order.I will call them again for sure.

Carpets Came out Really Clean i was Happy With My Services i did not Get the Patch repaired in My Hall but i will definitely will be calling Tex A Clean Carpet Cleaning back to do my Carpet cleaning in 3 months and have them do My Carpet Stretching and repairs There price was a very great price compared to Some of the companies i called.

They quoted me a price on the phone and that was what I paid. There was no trying to talk me into additional products. I appreaciate that the most.
