I am only giving a 5 star review because the 2 guys were very professional and helpful. As for the pet odor removal... they did warn me that it may not get up the pet odor if it had gotten into the pad beneath the carpet. Which in one spot of my home, it apparently did. The smell is still there. So Ill have to replace the pad. The other parts in my home that they treated, it seems like it removed the odor. So, if you have a big dog or are thinking of getting this service for a specific spot that your dog has repeatedly had accidents, then save your money. Otherwise, this is a great service.

Overall decent experience. Booked last minute and had a quick turn around time to come out and work on my upholstery. I have yet to check out the final product as they are still working on my house, but so far so good.

They had fair pricing and were able to do an estimated quote over the phone. They were able to schedule an appointment the next day and the staff that came were professional and respectful. Unfortunately, our upholstery still had some brown water spots. And although they did use a mat under the couches there was still some spray that got on our floors and furniture in the room which had to be wiped down and mopped by me. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

Our carpets were so Dirty from dogs, cats and general in and out stains. Kyle is always professional and does an amazing job on our carpet and rugs that are constantly mistreated by 3 dogs and 2 cats. He not only gets the stains out, but massive amounts of animal fur (the likes of a small dog according to Kyle). Everything looks and smells fresh after Kyle is done.

Service was tile and grout cleaning in a very large area with wide grout and grout sealed afterwards. . Not all stains came out of after 20 years of wear; but the overall improvement is noticeable and truly cleaned the best it could be.
