Went to the Sports Clips in Spring on Cypresswood in a hurry to get my hair cut. Shelby was there. She was about to leave for the day. I ask her if she could get me done in a hurry. She said she was about to leave but would stay to do it. Thank you for your time and consideration.This was probably my best haircut and beard trim I have ever had. Amazing cut and look and feel great.Not just blowing smoke she did a good job and I will come to see her from now on. Thanks again for the cut and trim.

Service is always good but yesterday I had a really bad experience when a Harris county constable was waiting to get his hair cut and he wasn’t with face mask I ask the 2 lady’s if it was mandatory to use a face mask they told me yes I say why doesn’t he have a face mask they say if u want say something to him because we are not gonna say anything to him so where is the safety concern in the this place for me and other people in the middle of a pandemic trying to use your service? Dying to get a hair cut? No.

They did a really good job on my boys hair cut.

I just got my hair done here. Normaly it an ok thing. But to day the girl who did my hair smelled of cigerates. Not once did she try to clean me off. I left the place with bits of hair all over my face and tucked behind my nostrils. At times it felt like she was stapling me with the clippers. At the end she did not even offer me a chance to check how the back looked. It felt like she was rushing so she can get back to watching her sports news.

Great work but they should still honor coupons from other locations or even expired ones.

Went to Sport Clips for a haircut and beard trim. There was almost no waiting before I was called by Elva. Elva took the time to listen to what I wanted for my haircut and beard trim at a very clean work station. She was polite at all times with a good conversation between us to help pass the time and suggested little variations to my beard that looked great. Ask for Elva from Amarillo. :-)

I went here today after having a terrible experience at another sport clips, however Letty who was my hairstylist today has exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back. I was nervous about getting my hair cut there and let them know why and what happened last time, Letty listened to what I needed and did exactly that and more. Thank you for taking care of me and my needs! Definitely recommend Letty if you decide to come here! 😊 I did put a lot of pressure on her today. She was an absolute BOSS with it.

Got my haircuts here for years but have recently been extremely disappointed with the quality of haircuts I have gotten. I just recently got one where the stylist did not give anywhere near to what I asked, and decided to practically shave my head when I asked for it to be kept longer so I could style it as I usually do. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Always a good cut!

One stylist took 3 times of all the others to cut one persons hair and ot was a simple cut. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.......where is the manager to control this???? I gave this location another shot., but this time they ruined my hair so badly that they didnt charge me. Little fGood that did. My hair is a mess and it will take months before it grows out enough to get it corrected! I have yet to hear anything from management only first complaint. I guess I cant expect to hear from them on this one. I am staying away from this Sport Clips and I suggest everyone else do the same. Until it hurts the managements pocket they wont do anything to correct it. I wish there was away to report this location to the Sport Clips franchise!!!

I came in with my husband, saw a woman was getting her hair done by one lady, so I signed in and figured Id get a trim, nothing fancy while I was there.Trina took my husband and did an awesome job, I mean amazing. I highly recommend her.The other lady that was trimming some really long hair, skipped over me not only once, but TWICE! I wasnt about to stick around cause I dont like catty people who skip twice just because. She didnt even ask what I needed done. She just up and skipped.In closing, Id look up and go back when Trina is there cause she seems to have her stuff together and knows how to treat people. That other lady is just about useless.

Karina did an amazing job with my haircut and shave today, she was very polite and professional as well as quick while still being very thorough. I definitely recommend you get her to cut your hair!

Disappointed with the service today with one of the stylist (Nadia). Always walk in and wait like usual. Never have a problem but Today a customer mentioned he was before me and somehow the stylist skiped my son and I. I was upset but didnt want to make an ordeal. Didnt understand how I was called next but somehow I was pushed aside so quickly. They were busy but thats what the system is for. Doesnt do any good if its manipulated. The order is for the stylist to follow and not play favorites. Hate to complain but we all are in a hurry and have stuff to do.Spoke to another stylist since Nadia was busy. She mentioned my concern but said the manager was available to hear me out so this is the next best thing I guess.

One if the worst haircuts I have ever had. The individual I had missed sections on my head. And before she started I asked is she comfortable doing facial hair. She said yes, and I am now going to go shave everything off. She could not keep straight lines do I have one side of my face where my beard is trimmed an inch lower than the other side. And the mustache she slipped and shaved off one side so there is no saving it at all. DO NOT GO HERE!

Always have great customer service and haircuts. I refer friends to Sports Clips all the time. It is more expensive than regular barber shops, but you are really getting what you are paying for.

We were in Houston visiting family and my son needed a haircut. They didnt have records from the Sports Clips in our neighborhood, but took the time to listen to what he wanted and did an excellent job. Nothing but smiles and great service!

Brought my two kids because their barber had bronchitis ...it is my sons 3rd birthday and needed a cut before his party he has a man bun so simple I told Anahi make the sides shorter he had an edge up in the front with his baby hair and I look over and she cut his baby hair in the front and made him look like he has a big forehead and apologized but then said well you did not say don’t cut the front of you know what your doing common sense you would know and another employee had to tell her to just leave it alone because she was trying to edge it up and would have made it worse...I will not be back thanks for ruining my sons hair for his birthday Anahi but you need to find another profession cutting hair isn’t for you

Today i was deeply disappointed in the actions taken by sportsclips. I only had 1 hour+ to get a haircut done. DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE SYSTEMI was told my wait would be 37 minutes at one location found it would be and 10 minutes at another. The second location was 7 minutes away so i figured this made sense. I went online to book the time however the system failed and returned an error. Confirmation number in hand i showed the lady at the front. She explained that the online system does not matter and now and i will have to wait an aditional 20 minutes. I waited the 20 minutes that turned into 30.When i was finally called i politely let her know i was out of time, she showed no care of the situation and said goodbye.No hair cut and a very sour taste in my mouth towards this company.

Walked in today and Melody had an attitude toward my friend that simply called her “Sweetheart”. She was obviously bothered by something occurring before that. Nothing personal, but from a business standpoint you have to be mindful on what you say and how you say it. She was very defensive, and told my friend to “chill out”. Misunderstanding. Not saying to let ppl run over the employees either, just could have handled the situation a little better without coming off confrontational and arrogant. I’m pretty sure the staff and location is great. But I got turned off to coming to this location for that fact.

Waste of time and money. This was my first time at this place and my last. All I wanted was a fade with skin on the side. After a ton of questions from the lady cutting my hair I knew my hair cut was going to look bad. A simple fade is too hard to get from this place. Never going back.

Very bad experience, tall blonde stylist on right side in front, went ballistic when I told her my dog could have given me a better haircut, she said she would BLAST me if I ever came back to that salon,as I refused to pay for this sloppy cut, I took this as a threat on my life and am looking to file charges as soon as I can get her name. she has my phone number as she asked me for it before she cut my hair, am somewhat worried for my family as this girl has emotional problems, Think the owners of this salon need to interview their stylists better, this girl may be a meth user as makeup only hides so much. There is no contact info anywhere for the owners and the world headquarters said this one was private owned but refused me their contact info. My attorney is working on it.Dec.2014.

Staff are always very unhappy non smiling women who dont have any personalities and dont even care to communicate with you as you get a haircut. Then I came in one day to buy 50dollars worth the hair products and was refused service because all I had was $100 dollar bills and they are not allowed to take them in anyway at all from customers. And they tell you to walk across a 4 lane busy roadway to a bank if you want to your haircut. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIRCUT!!! BEWARE AND DONY WASTE UR TIME.

Jus an uncomfortable experience, seems like my stylist was in a bad mood or just her persona, but would definetely not recomend my specific person. And as I leave she says something under her breath and im pretty sure it was not needed nor professional.
