Emmitt drop the ball this time.. I gave a good review from first experience for being on point with what I asked for with my sons haircut. I dont know what happen between then and now. I shouldnt have to fix his hairline because you chose to make him a new one, I pointed out what was wrong and you still cant see it, I dont have the patience for this And you just wanted your money . I paid the online booking charge plus tip because thats who I am. That will be the last time. The overall cut is a 2 1/2 but I cant give half stars so it got 3 take more pride in your craft instead of just making a buck.

The barbershop seems to exude the owners spirit, Mr. Karl Davis, that is, professional, customer-centric, friendly, and lighthearted. Since I went on a Tuesday, it was a relaxed atmosphere. The barbers were courteous and presentable, and the shop was clean and presentable, including the restroom :-). I gave specific details on the haircut I wanted and the barber didn’t quite understand evidently when he showed me the cut at the end. Overall it WAS a good haircut just not what I had told the man I wanted. Probably won’t come back but if you aren’t too picky with your hair it’s a decent place.

Far best barbershop experience that I have ever had. The place is very clean and welcoming. The best barber in the shop is Tone he is the first chair to the left when entering. He is very thorough with his work, always reliable and conversational. I’ve been going to Tone since I moved to Texas and I will not allow another barber to touch or cut my hair. I’m new to town and had been searching for a good place to get my hair cut. I have long hair that’s shaved underneath and even though I think it’s something simple I’ve struggled to find someone who understands what I’m looking for. I read a lot of great reviews for Above the rest and decided to give it a try. Making my appointment was easy online and I’m glad I did as I was one of three people waiting for them to open. My appointment was with Antonio Perkins who unfortunately is a Packers fan LOL (I’m from Minnesota) but he still made me feel welcome and comfortable. He asked lots of questions about what I wanted and took his time to make sure I was happy with the end results. I’m definitely happy with the results and I’ve told everyone I know where I went to get this great Fade. Definitely will be back soon.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I noticed right away that the environment was well maintained. The barbers were professional and made you feel welcomed. The haircut I received from Demetrius was beyond expectation after being to a few barbers in the area. I was really impressed with the quality of the fade and the sharpness of the line up. Best haircut I have had in my 7 years of being in Spring. They are also really good with kids. My son is 7 and hates to get his haircut, but Demetrius made him feel comfortable enough to sit and get his haircut, so much so that on the way home my son asked could we go back next week. Best barbershop hands down. I will be going here from now on.

My hairdresser Leah is located in this barbershop. She is highly skilled in her craft, specializing in Natural Hair, but also does relaxers ( no shade given- she will do a great job either way!). I love her attention to detail, emphasis on care and maintenance of healthy hair, and creativity. I can bring Leah a picture of style and she can recreate it for me or sit in her chair and allow her to work her magic, trusting that I will walk out of the shop looking fly. Her spirit is genuine and infectious. Once you try her, you will be hooked!!!While getting your hair done, it is an awesome experience to observe the comraderarie of the fellow barbers working side by side. You really cant go wrong with choosing a barber, as they are all really good!! The laughter, the topics discussed, the variety of music being played, all make for a comfortable and welcoming environment. The lack of attention to detail was terrible, im not pleased at all. It’s nowhere near the cut that i told the dude i wanted and its way shorter than i asked for. It was not worth the price of the haircut . It could be that i got my hair cut by a newer barber, but i will definitely not have my hair cut by him again.

Went in today for the first time for a haircut and a beard trim. G-Man did an awesome job, Im very happy with his work. The staff was very friendly, and their shop is clean and well kept. We drive all the way from Conroe to Spring to have my kids cut their hair here. Rod is usually the guy that cuts my kids hair and he is very polite and respectful. The environment is also very clean and smells nice. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

I cant speak for the rest of men and women working at this establishment but Mikes skills with a straight razor and lining up beards are subpar at best. The haircut was ok but Im disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. I like to see someone take pride in their work but I could have gotten the same quality for half the price at sports clips.

Im from London, England and was looking for somewhere to get my hair done. I put my faith in these guys and they did not disappoint! A lady called Jaz gave me a deep condition and braided my hair, she was super friendly and done my hair fresh. I then went into the barber section and got my shape up and sides sorted, the end result was very dope. 10/10 ratings from me and everyone back home in London is feeling my hair too.
