They told me today that my 2 year old couldnt get his hair cut if he didnt have a mask on. 2 years old. Smh. The last time I tried to take him for a haircut, I waited outside for an hour and 20 min and nobody showed up. This was at 2pm, when they were supposed to be open. I have been a customer with 2 kids for 13 years, no more.

Lady was really rude!!!! I took my 2 year old in to get a hair cut and he dont go out much cause he hates his mask and throws a fit. But she refused service cause he wouldnt put on his mask. A 2 year old come on!!

Sign and google says it opens at 11am. Only one lady/employee showed up at 11:17am and with 3 or 4 kids ahead of us, we left. Am sure their haircuts are great, but not being dependable to the business model is what resulted in low rating.

The lady wouldnt cut my toddlers hair (he is only 2) because he didnt have a mask and he will not leave it on, note she made us wait 30 mins to cut it only to tell us he needed a mask when she could’ve told us from the beginning.

I walked in on Saturday for my 1145 appointment. There was a lady cutting someone’s hair. Shortly after a gentleman walked in after me. The lady working did not acknowledge me at all. However once he walked in she asked him a question and all she said was you will go next. I was thinking ok I’m next she will ask me if I had an appointment or acknowledge me. Waited a little more nothing. I knew that she had gave up my appointment because my boyfriend had called prior and she asked the gentleman if he had just called. I know the holidays are busy, however that is no excuse for not acknowledging a customer especially since there was only 3 other adults in the whole store. I called to get the managers number and she started yelling at me. No one deserves this kind of treatment, I had to hang up because my kids were in the car. I am following up with corporate as this is the most ridiculous customer service ever. Ive never even experienced this with fast food. I will never go back to the store and I will let everybody know.

I’ven in this place 2 times ans i had to leave . They have horrible costumer service. They don’t even say Hello when you walk .

I called to ask if I needed to make an appointment to get my grandsons haircut and the woman who answered the phone was so rude I hung up on her and never went.

Despite this place being super dated (like the 90’s threw up), the lady who cut my sons’ hair did a great job and it was a painless process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and wonderful. (A Latina lady...I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name, we were there several months ago). Please invest in updating the decor in this place though!!! It would go a long way in attracting more clients and even employees! Great haircuts though!

Overpriced poor quality haircuts especiall

I have taken my kids before and been satisfied, I even buy the hair products they sell there. But my last visit here (while I understand that the back to school rush has begun) I walked in and there is one lady working. There was no way to sign in. I also noticed there was another family in front of me waiting as well. Once the lady acknowledged us she just said in the rudest tone Theres a hour to hour and a half wait. And then just returned to slowly and casually cutting hair. I didnt appreciate the attitude. Im a paying customer with 3 kids and I needed to purchase some hair products for back to school but due to her rude attitude I left and took my business elsewhere. Im extremely disappointed with my experience today. I understand she may have been under pressure being the only one there but it did not give her a right to be so rude to me. I probably would have tipped her better than usual just because I understand how stressed she was. But instead of having good customer service she chose to have an attitude.

The Hispanic lady(sorry, I cannot recall her name)that works in the place is wonderful, she is always there and does a fantastic job with my sons hair every time. It pisses me off that she always the only one working even if there are other workers there. She needs a raise and this company or the owners need to hire reliable people who will show up for work and actually work. This Saturday Aug 10 was a madhouse she had five kids waiting with one in the chair and she was the only one working. Cool cuts you need to do better.

I will not be coming back here again!! The lady who cut my sons hair was so rude, had no patience, and was yelling at my child because he was wiggling and scared. His haircut is completely uneven and not faded out. It looks like he cut his hair himself! And when I told her it looked uneven she refused to fix it! Do not come here!

Loved the lady who cut my daughter’s hair! Fantastic job and she actually managed to give her a nice haircut as she was busy driving her toy car around! Wonderful staff and awesome services.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My first and last time going there I was in total shock! This place is supposed to be for kids, so I assumed it would be kid friendly. When I arrived, the place was closed for lunch, and when the lady finally opened the door, she said she’d be right in. She then walked out and started smoking, before a haircut. I sat there waiting, and assumed she was going to come in and wash her hands and arms, but nope, she didn’t. I could smell her from across the room. This haircut was supposed to be my 9 mo. Old son’s first cut, so I was not about to let my baby sit there smelling this lady for 10 minutes, or even 1 minute. I grabbed my kids and left. I went to Snip it’s in the woodlands, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us, well worth it. I can’t believe how unprofessional and non kid friendly cool cuts was, and the fact that management allows that is beyond shocking. Never setting foot in that place again.

Ms.Rachel is the best hair stylist. Shes patient and good with kids. Shes also fast at cutting childrens hair if your kid has any disability and doesnt like the noise of the machine. My child is autistic and he fuzzes and moves a lot and she makes cutting hair super easy and quick. She trys to calm him and talk to him. I love her!

My son got his first big boy hair cut here!! I loved that Ms. Rachel, I think that was her name, was so kind and loving towards all of us. She made my son feel comfortable and was super fast! He will definitely be going back!

Ms.Teresa is Great!! Don’t listen to the BAD reviews! I was skeptical at first because of some of these reviews but I’m glad I finally went there!! Best haircut my son has had!! I didn’t even know how to explain how I wanted my sons haircut and she cut it better than I imagined!

I took my 5 month old son today for his 1st hair cut and Rachel was very amazing ! She was very gentle and made sure my son was happy while she was cutting his hair.

Walked in, full store, no sign in paper so whoever says theyre first goes first regardless of who was actually there first. My son was hit by another on of the kids with a lego and cut him right under his eye. One of the employees saw him hiding his eye crying and all she did was smile and walk away. Didnt ask if he was OK, didnt offer a lillipop, just smiled and walked away.

Weve been taking my oldest son since he was a baby (2012) & hated getting haircuts. Despite his love for haircuts we always go back & Ms. Rachael is the only that could handle him. Needless to say he does so well now that hes older. We also take baby sister & baby brother here & they all love it!

This is a place for kids so they should at least be more professional, patient and friendly with the kids. My toddler cries every time he gets a hair cut because he is scared of the clippers but this last time I took him the lady looked like she didnt even want to cut his hair. SHE CUT HIS EAR AND THEN SHE WAS RUBBING IT SO HARD TO MAKE IT STOP BLEEDING UNTIL I TOLD HER TO LEAVE HIM ALONE AND SHE BLAMED IT ON HIM he is a toddler and being that this is a place for kids i thought she would more experienced WITH KIDS and not the mention how uneven his hair looks. NEVER AGAIN.

We love this place! My kids have a blast and the staff is super friendly and nice! Prices are affordable and the waiting are for kids is cool.

This is the only place I will take my son! Rachel is the best. My 8 year old son is pretty severely disabled including cp and spd. To say the he is uncooperative is an understatement, but Ms. Rachel always takes great care of him, is kind to us, and gets us in and out the chair quickly with a great cut!

My review is just base on a phone call to find out information about an infant cut. The lady on the phone was so rude that thanks to her I decided to write this bad review and find another place to take my baby. Recommendation if someone call your business please be nice it can be the difference between a new client or someone that will never ever recommend your place.

This is such a great place to bring small kids because they have little cars to have the kids sit in and a kids video for them to watch at each station. The people are friendly and very patient with the kids.

My 8yo son was very nervous about getting his hair cut because he suffers from a condition called Trichotillomania. But the hair salonist was extremely understanding and supportive, and gave him a great hairstyle that looks great and covers the bald spot on his head.

The only place we go! So glad they have these in Texas, we just moved from Florida and have only ever gone to cool cuts!

They gave my daughter a fantastic haircut while she watched Frozen as she sat in a choo choo seat. Seriously, this is the best place for kids haircuts.

Very dirty play area for kids is disgusting and the only person working their did such a poor job on my son being his first cut. Would never return and it should be reported to a sanitary inspection

Beware of this place!! My first and last time there! All I needed was my daughters Bangs cut and this ladyTaneisha completely messed her hair up! My poor babies bangs are completely uneven and WAY TOO SHORT!! I specifically asked her to cut it right above her eyebrow and she cut it half way!!The managercalled me and when I called him back he never returned my call! NEVER AGAIN!😡

Staff is kind and will listen to your requests for cut but just the overall facility is why I gave it three stars. Bathroom didn’t work, cars are a little scary run down.

I love this location and the staff they do great with my son whos now 3 and has been going since he was 1! they only thing i feel they need to improve is to hire more people to cut hair because the waits are super longgg!

Took my son for a haircut and woman who cut his hair did an awful job receipt says Tonicia. This woman doesnt know how to cut hair and she has a bad attitude no patience to deal with kids. If you are not going to have patience with kids get a job somewhere else specially if you dont know what you are doing. Will never again go there and will definately inform everyone I know.

The girls loved the experience but it is pricey for a childs hair cut.

I took my son and daughter in december and the lady was nice and did a great job but i returned a month ago and there were 1 newbie and an older lady. The newbie cut my sons hair and didnt know what she was doing left him with one side longer than the other. The other lady tried to fix it and it was still messed up. My daughter bangs wer uneven. I paid and left. Not returning. Btw the chairs are broken and it seems they havent updated there place in a while.
