Not cheap. But worth every penny! And they work on RVs. Been a happy camper with them for over a decade. They fix what others screwed up.

Had accident repair work done which included replacing the transmission. It has never functioned correctly. They cant seem to find the problem. I gave up. Now my transmission is about to completely fail. Its still under warranty.

Was skeptical because it was such a small place, but let me tell you our truck came back looking better then it did before we wrecked it! Exceptional customer service and friendly staff, would definitely use again!

Had really high hopes for these guys. Don’t get me wrong they’re friendly, but the repair timeline is NEVER accurate. It’s all a gambling game with them (and i don’t gamble). My completion day has been pushed back three weeks in a row. They’ve had my new car for almost a month and a half. I have to call them every other day for updates just to get told a bs excuse. If you’re looking for speed and efficiency this may not be the place for you. *UPDATE*: changing my review to 4 stars. The manager Joe stepped in made it right.

Brought my car in for a simple fix and saw the mechanic using a hammer ended up with over 2 grand

I went there to have my PCM flashed and as far as I know they did that. I had to tow it back home because it still doesnt start. They called me and told me it wasnt starting still and I then remembered that the crank sensor was unplugged and they said they would plug it back in and try again and call me, they never called so I went up there and I was told they plugged it back in but it wont start still and if they need to do anything else to it Ill have to approve the work. I decided to come back the next day with my answer, on my way out I stopped at my truck and laid under it and checked my sensor and it was unplugged still so it was all bs when they said they hooked it up and tried it. And to think they were just trying to get me to approve work. Who knows what they would have actually done and what they would upcharge me. Im not impressed with there so called work at all. Im giving 3 stars assuming they did the reprogram correctly.On a positive note the girl at the front desk with brown hair and glasses you were a pleasure dealing with. Thank you.

I HIGHLY recommend them!! They are honest and do great work. For ladies most auto repair places can try to take advantage of you, but NOT Woodlands Car Care!! I was told my price and agreed, they completed the work did a drive cycle and found something else needed to be fixed. They then fixed what needed to be done and found what was done prior didnt need everything that was done and when I went to pick up my car the bill was $200 LESS! They could have just as easily still charged the higher price but they did me right. BRING YOUR CARE HERE FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

When Ive damaged my cars over the past 15 or so years, Ive always taken them to Woodlands Car Care and theyve always done a great job. But Ive never written a review. So I nearly ripped the front bumper off my car backing away from one of those parking stops. They were able to fix it same day, super cheap, and they are super friendly. And that is why I keep coming back. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Even though they were closing in 15 min, they made the extra effort Saturday to process an insurance quote for me quickly. Then they got my mustang done an entire day early (it only took them 1 1/2 days) and it looks like new again. Super happy with their service and speed!

I’ve used woodlands car care several times for my collision repairs. They are very Courteous and timely with their work. Brent took care of my bumper on the spot when I went to just get an estimate. He told meI would need another part for the other side and I could get it at the dealership for cheaper and bring it here. I appreciate his honestly because most places would try to get you to use their marked up parts. I no longer live by them but I will continue to drive toThem for any estimates or repairs.

This is the best car repair shop I have been to in a long time, maybe ever! They take the time to explain the repairs and what is going on with the car. They dont charge to just assess what is wrong. I had a bad accident about a month ago. I am new to the area so left it to the tow truck driver to decided where to take my vehicle. I am so thankful for the people at Woodlands collision center. From my first conversation with David the night of the accident, to the follow through, every experience has been above and beyond. Today we stopped by to check the progress and David and Will were both super welcoming. They walked us through the damage and repairs, Will remembered my kids and the injuries and asked about them, he showed great compassion for my family. After the accident I’ve been so nervous about getting our vehicle back different than it was before. They have been so reassuring, so helpful. I can’t say enough good about this place, I’m really thankful and I feel like they genuinely care about the vehicles they service as well as the families. Would recommend this place 1000 times over!

Was not informed of a $99 diagnostic fee but was just charged one. Then the diagnostic report was way off. I understand mistakes happen, but to charge me for a fee I was not informed of originally makes it unacceptable. Then after that, they lost my radiator cap and to had to spend even more money to buy a new one. Really lame experience.

Steve was great!!! I normally do most of the maintenance on my vehicles. I broke a spark plug off apparently a known issue with ford v-8s. Steve was great about it. Gave a reasonable price, gave updates and finished the tune up. He could have been like most the others, and really taken advantage of the situation but he didnt. He was nice and gave pointers about Ford plugs, he also suggested that if I got in a bind again to give him a call.

With all of the good reviews I am very surprised at the service I have received so far. My car has been at the collision center for over a week, and they have not even done the estimate yet. I would not expect repairs to be complete so quickly, but I would expect at least an estimate. I have called the past few days asking on the status and they always say that they are doing it right now but it still isnt done. Everyone has been polite so far but the service is very slow. Numerous times employees said they would call back in the next half hour but have never called back at all.If the service gets better I will update the post! But for now, very very slow and not truthful about the progress of the work.Providing an update: After having my car for WEEKS and doing absolutely nothing (not even an estimate), I ended up asking my insurance company to file it totaled, cut me a check, and be done with it. This place is horrible - please do not give them a penny.

I had some significant damage on my truck. I took it in and received a quote the next day from Joe Padilla. He worked with me throughout the process, and was patient when I changed my mind on a few things. Good work, good prices, friendly, helpful service. I was involved in a motorcycle collision and had my bike towed to Woodlands Car & Collision Center after hours where it was parked in an open outdoor lot. The guys at the Collision Center went out of their way and parked my bike indoors, giving up precious work space to keep it safe from the sun and the rain. I went in after having a horrible experience with Toyota and on top of everything that had happened, Toyota insisted I needed to replace the full front of my vehicle. I instead came here and they checked for serious damage- none, and put my vehicle back together without spending a fortune on replacing the whole thing! This place is ran exceptionally well. The General manager is a great guy and very friendly, and the technician I had (Julio) was very knowledgeable and took great care of my car.

Had a desperate situation with our 34 foot class A motor home. It would not start as the battery appeared dead. Tried the motor homes house batteries and they appeared dead too. I could not even have it towed since the bedroom slide was in the out position. I drove a mile in my car to The Woodland Car Care building and explained the situation. In the office, Steve said he would drive out with a battery tester and he followed us there. After a short time he diagnosed and solved the battery problem. He then diagnosed and solved the house battery problem to get the bedroom slide in. Steve could have started the motorhome, got the slide in and then taken it in to the shop and I would have paid about anything. Instead, he gave me a few suggestions to keep it going, waved and said to have a nice day. I have paid several hundred dollars in a similar situation before. Thanks, Woodlands Car Care, Ill be back for inspections and maintenance.

Went to them with a knocking sound in my engine (2010 Charger SXT). Started looking into it and listening and guessing what the cause might be (never really know until you dig into it). They started to look up information on cheaper ways to diagnose the problem and then he (Steve) even looked up my warranty information. Found out that it hasnt expired (about 4 months away) and suggested I take it to the dealer for them to fix under warranty.They sent me elsewhere as it was in the best interest of me, the customer, rather than themselves, the place of business. Good people just trying to do the right thing.

I just moved to The Woodlands area and needed service on my car. I also chose to have my car detailed. There was a little mis-communnication at first, but they stepped up and did a great job taking care of my car. My car has not looked this good in a long time. Woodlands Care care has does great body work. Ive had a few minor fender benders they took care of at a fair price.

In the past I have taken my cars to repair centers where they catalogued everything imaginable that might be wrong with the car even if its totally unrelated to the problem you brought it in for. Even things they said might be a problem a year or two down the road and they act offended if you dont have everything repaired right then. I have never had that issue with this place.Recently I had a problem where my car just wouldnt start no matter how much you cranked it and I had to have it towed to their shop. I suspected the fuel pump since it had been rather hard starting for a while and I told them this. They said I had a bad crankshaft sensor and fixed this, so yes the car started but it was still hard starting when I left their shop. Soon after the car wouldnt start again, and yes, it was the fuel pump, like I told them before.I appreciate that they dont push extra work; but in this case I would rather they had been more thorough and fixed this related issue. It could have saved me an extra towing charge.

I had my windshield replace on my 68 Chevelle.They left a gap big enough to put your finger in between the molding and the windshield, and tried to convince me that the molding was warped(which it is not) and thats why it didnt fit flush, funny how it fit before they replaced it.Any way I like the guys at Woodlands car care they do good work but the glass place is horrid, they didnt even try to own the problem and make it right, so I wont be going back and would advise against it.

Ripped me off on my catalytic converter replacement. Maybe its because Im young of age, and they thought they could just rip me off without my knowledge. They charged me $1600 for the replacement of two of my catalytic converters on my 2005 Nissan Maxima (WHICH IS WAYYY OVERPRICED for starters). It turns out they never even replaced them AT ALL and they charged me $1600 FOR NOTHING. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Bad service, poor communication, pricey and poor quality repair. I had to take my car somewhere else to get the same issue fixed right after their incompetent repair failed within three days. I didnt trust them to go back since it took them several days to figure out the problem.

Dont ever use this company worse auto repair company out there. It took 9 months for them to fix a problem that I had to go back to them a few times. I would rather pay a homeless man to figure out my car problems then Woodlands Car Care

Woodlands CarCare and Collision took care of the damage to my Hyundai Tucson in the most meticulous and professional manner I could have hoped for. I would stop by once a week to see how repairs were proceeding and either Temo or David would take me into the shop and explain step-by-step what was being done and what parts needed to be replaced. It is a lot of work and requires absolute attention to detail. My Tucson looks fantastic and I do not hesitate in giving WCC&C the highest rating for their professionalism. Thank you guys😊
