Recently moved into Spring and was searching for a reliable trustworthy shop for some overdue vehicle work. Immediately upon calling had a good feeling about the place. These guys turned out to be the real deal, exactly what I was hoping to find in a local auto shop plus qualified to work on my BMW which I wouldn’t take just anywhere. They service McLarens for christ sake! Needed a bunch of work done on my two vehicles within a short amount of time and they provided timely, thorough work each time with excellent customer service.

Jim, Nathan and the Concierge team did a wonderful job on my 2005 Mustang. They were able to fix my clutch and transmission issue quickly. So far I am happy with their prompt service and very knowledgeable staff.

Been a customer for many years now. Service, quality of work, each time is so superior to Mercedes dealerships service and quality. Always had poor workmanship Mercedes mechanics and service personnel. In addition, Concierge Auto Repairs price is far more reasonable. Clean, comfortable waiting area to do work or watch TV while waiting for the car to be completed.

Amazing and Professional,Jim, Nate are really nice guys, the job gets done the way it is explained and nothing different. They are not looking to take out any extra money out of your pocket like MOST mechanic do, or they dont fix one thing and break another thing like MOST mechanics do. communication was on point. my experience was great. My warranty is out on my BMW, and it has close to 140 K . BMW parts and labor isnt cheap, so you get what you pay for. Glad to have a mechanic like Concierge nearby. They were so helpful when my mini broke down, came to rescue me within the timeframe they said they were, they were actually earlier than expected and with a broken down car that is a plus!They fixed everything, and were very informative along.the way. We will be going back. If you need a good mechanic, and dont know who to trust, I highly recommend Concierge!

I am very particular about who works on my Jaguar. After becoming disgusted with the prices charged by the dealer, I discovered Concierge and have been extremely happy with the service provided by Jim and Nathan. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain in detail the work required as well as potential upcoming maintenance issues inherent with this type of vehicle. I have found them to be very honest/reliable and recommend them to anyone looking for a solid repair facility that they can trust.

After getting the run around from everyone, I was told straight by these guys. Told me what I needed where to get the best parts and did the work even after the shop was closed because I couldnt get there sooner. Oh and the waiting room was phenomenal.

Fairly new shop, but outstanding customer service and quality of work. Their prices are unbelievably fair and working with Nathan and Jim is a true pleasure. I have a 2011 Ford Fusion and needed to get control arms, CV axle and front brakes. Nathan had the car in and out in one day and it drives better than new. The people here are fair, honest and wont makeup work or excuses to make a buck. The aspect that I feel sets them apart is this: their goal is to repair vehicles and gain customers. No tricks. I will most definitely be bringing my cars here from now on. I feel like a part of the family here.

Concierge Auto provides excellent service including house calls. They did a recent diagnostic on short notice with an option for repairs if the reset didnt take. They dont try to sell things that arent needed which makes them a trusted advisor as well as a great service shop!

I highly recommend Concierge. They do great work at very reasonable prices. I was using Auto Care for repairs but found that Concierge do excellent work and offer a longer warranty while still charging much less than Auto Care. As an example I needed some front end work done on my wifes Honda Odyssey. Auto Care wanted about $5000. Concierge auto did the work for $3000. And because I travel a lot Jim gave me his cell phone number so that we could call 24/7 in the event my wifes car breaks down while I am out of town. Cant ask for better customer service than that!

These guys are the best. very professional and honest. I had to buy a car from Sprint TX and I live in Dallas. I hired them to inspect the car for me. Their report was so detailed and when the car arrived, it was exactly as what they said in the report.

Great place for repairs.

I absolutely love this place! I have an Audi and going to the dealer is like paying an arm and a leg. I was hesitant with trying to find other places who work on European cars, but after going to a friend of mine and him not being able to fix my AC in a timely manner, I decided to just call this place and check them out. It’s down the street from my house and once I talked to Jim over the phone, I met him the same day to get a diagnostic. To get a diagnostic at the Audi dealer was going to cost me $185. At Concierge, they gave me a diagnostic and quote on everything that I would need done for free. I waited about 20-30 minutes for them to check out my car and Jim let me know all that I needed done and explained all the codes and everything that was on paper. He was very straight forward and straight to the point. I don’t understand much about cars, but the way he explained, I understand all that was wrong and how it all plays into the problems with my car. I am still going back for repairs and I think this will be my go-to place for my Audi.

I visited them for the first time today. They quickly found the reason for my trunk-lid indicator light staying on and did a reset of the system. The did this for free! Ill definitely be back for future service, even when it is more complicated and requires and actual payment :).

I had the same issue with my vehicle (Water Pump)within the same year and the owner states vehicle part was out of warranty from the first time the vehicle was fixed by this shop which they stated was a aftermarket part. When the part they used failed twice they stated qt the last attempt to fix my vehicle that they would use a better metal part which was another supposed aftermarket part that failed in the same year. The owner Nathan did not try to retain business as a small business owner but back pedaled on his role in choosing the part to repair my vehicle and then begin to advise me of a Factory warranty which had nothing to do with his shop nor the part which were aftermarket parts as told to me at the time of repairs. I suggest if you pass this place keep going to at least a dealer or a more reputable mechanic so that you are not paying 3 times for the same repairs and inconvenienced by this less than professional shop. I would consider strongly teporting them to the BBB for poor business practice and a total rip off of a place of business for mechanical repairs. Please stay away from this shop. I do not want another person scammed by this incompetent shop. Please just take your vehicle to the dealership and get the repairs done correctly would be my advice.

The only people who will EVER touch my BMWs, great pricing, excellent service, and both of my BMWs and my Silverado run like brand new after rolling out of their shop. Honesty and efficiency. Jim and his group detested the problem immediately and explain the repairs required in an easy way to understand. The customer services received is comparable or even better than what the normal BMW dealer offers.

Jim and his team did a great job on my BMW z4 they listened and did what I asked of them and offerd good advice. They went above and beyond to help me with rides back and forth to work on the car and deivered it to my house. They are fair on price and their technical knowledge of complicated cars is great. No worries taking your ride to them, do it!

I had a wonderful experience with the courteous and timely service I recieved at this place. I was traveling and had a 8 hr trip, requested if they could accomodate me early enough for me to get on the road. John went out of the way and not only provided requested service, gave me a diagnostic print out also.Very pleased with their professionalism.

These men know their business. I called first, described what my Mercedes was doing, and I was asked if mine was a certain year and model. I was totally taken by surprise, for that was exactly the model I drive.The waiting area is NOT an afterthought. There are comfortable furnishings, pool table and hockey, access to WiFi, a Keurig coffee maker, magazines galore, and everything in that waiting area is spotless. Personally, I bring an iPad and get comfortable with a hot cup of coffee.My S550 is out of warranty; Concierge will be the only mechanics working on it from now on-- and at considerably less expense than the hosing one gets from dealerships.I recommend giving these men a try. You will not be disappointed.

Better than one person can realize. I started a repair relationship (Audi S4 B7) with Jim at one former place he was in charge of managing and followed him over here when he began his own personal facility. He was the most professional, communicative and kind hearted gentlemen at the previous shop he ran and when he left it showed such a decline in customer service from the owner trying to handle it. The other shop did great work but had poor sloppy routines, inadequate customer service and high turnover rates of employees. To this day I still never received a receipt from them...lol. So, after concluding my business with the former location; I decided to give Jim a shot directly at his new location and could not be pleased more. Jim the owner seemed to be great in the beginning when I initially went in for basic service/oil changes but things all changed when I needed services for my semi flooded car that only needed light electrical repair due to the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey back in 2017. I received aid in the amount of $6,000 plus dollars that went directly to his business by the grace of god through a couple of local churches. This is when I noticed he took advantage of my situation and completely ruined my vehicle. After a long back and forth process. It came to my knowledge by another mechanic diagnoses that not only had he over charged me by thousands of dollars I might add but he had used cheap used parts that didn’t even fit my car and tried to keeping me coming back by disassembling things. I would never recommend this place especially if you are a female by yourself or he knows you have a lot of money to spend on a vehicle you love. This was the most horrible time in my life and he took advantage of my situation, ruined my car beyond repair which in turn made me lose my very good job working at the Exxon Mobil campus and to this very day I am without a vehicle and my life turned for the worst. DO NOT EVER go here people. Run from this scheming, scamming con artist.
