Nick was very helpful and professional. He walked me through the various insurance limits, terms, etc. as I was getting ripped off by another insurance company for my auto insurance. Basically cut my bill in half. Theyre not pushy, but naturally theyll make some suggestions on tweaking your policy or adding things, which I was fine to at least listen to, though I didnt add everything. Nick was fine to keep talking with me and explain things a couple times as we got it worked out. If youre not sure, just ask them to repeat it or explain a different way. I would recommend this office to a friend for sure
