Cant say enough about the excellent customer service provided by Minerva. I always dread shopping for insurance every year but once I contacted Momentum and spoke with Minerva, I knew I was in the right place. She was quick to respond to any and all questions (and I had plenty) about policies, coverages and costs. I never felt pressured or rushed. The result was a better coverage for less money. If your insurance is up for renewal, I strongly recommend you give Momentum a call.

I’ve been using Momentum for 3-4 years now and have been happy with their service. They’ve always found great deals for me on the coverage I needed, but outside of that, my insurance is not something I’ve thought much about. Recently my wife was in a car wreck where the man who hit her gave faulty/ expired insurance information to us, while the police were useless. The whole process of getting everything fixed became a time consuming nightmare for over a month. When I finally found his proper insurance, they gave me the run around and began using jargon that I wasn’t familiar with to prolong the process. I finally reached out to my agent Samantha Kovach to ask for help. Samantha absolutely went above and beyond to assist me! She called our insurance and his to assess the situation. With her help, we deciphered the jargon and got the process moving to a quick resolution. Insurance is not something you want to think about, but when you need it, it’s good to know that you have someone on your side who has your best interests as their concern.
