Unbelievable poor experience with State Farm Claims. Beware if you actually have to use your insurance the agency throws their hands up and says they can’t help and as a consumer you’re stuck with a call center experience at State Farm compote. My car was totaled on Feb 3rd deemed a total loss on 2/18. State Farm offered me $8000 under market value for the car at that time with no logic or validation as to how that value was achieved. When I called the agency for help I got none it’s a shame because they’re so nice when you’re buying 5 different policies. It is now April 7 and I still do not have this car settled. After hiring an independent appraiser and forcing State Farm to do the same both agreed State Farm bid the value of my car more than 10% off of fair market. For such a large company I would expect the total loss department to be more competent at valuing cars. No follow up no urgency very quick to blame February storms for a car loss that happened 2 weeks before the storms. The agency is fine but I wouldn’t wish dealing with State Farm claims on my worst enemy.

Really enjoyed switching back over to State Farm. They were able to lower my rate from All State and double all of my deductibles. This was perfect since I’m getting ready to live on my own. Every time I call there so helpful. Glad im back with State Farm

They have by far been my best experience with auto insurance to date, a month ago I was looking at trading in my car for a new vehicle and I contacted them about it, because I new what truck I wanted and had the vin number, Megan was able to have the plan set up before I even went to the dealership. Unfortunately I wasnt able to get the new truck but through the interaction I was able to get my finances engagement ring insured for almost nothing and a life insurance plan. She was very professional and never pressured me into anything, my premium is lower then anyone else had quoted me and overall make the sometimes annoying action of dealing with insurance companies a breeze, I feel like an actual person to them and not just a number. I just got out of a huge insurance battle involving another driver who was at fault, I wasn’t behind the wheel but my boyfriend at the time was, the officer found the other driver at fault as well as my insurance, but the other driver refused to contact her insurance and ignored calls from mine, my boyfriend contacted his insurance since he was behind the wheel and Megan was a huge help, she looked into it and gave great advice. At the end of the day the other driver canceled their plan so I was able to file uninsured. Once I move out I am definitely switching to State Farm and Megan is the first person I want to help set everything up.

By far the best insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I experienced a major accident about 4 years ago and this office walked me through all the details of filing a claim and steps on what to do next. When I purchased my replacement car there was no doubt I would choose them again. Just recently I had what seemed to be fraud and a credit union trying to obtain my information. The agents immediately contacted me and asked if the information was true. They have always treated me so kindly and I recommend this location to everyone I know. They truly care about customer service and making sure they are there.
