This weekend I went online to get an auto insurance quotes. Two days later I received a phone call from Erik to see if I had any questions that he could help answer regarding a new policy. Andrew Mercado was the best representative, I have ever experience while doing business with an insurance company. He was very professional, and personal all at the same time. I actually, enjoyed talking to him and asking him questions that he explained so I could understand my policy, better. I will definitely, ask for Andrew by name when it is time to renew my home policy and flood insurance.

I had this geico office reach out to me and offer me a lower rate than I was recieving at the time. Its also important to mention that I recently left geico because they wouldnt lower my rates at all. When they reached out to me they told me they could offer me auto insurance for 121.00 a month and renters for 29.09 a month. Now Im receiving bills for my auto policy only that are 147.00 a month. Way more than I was quoted and told Id be paying. When my 6 month policy is up I will be going back to start farm and ill never let geico trick me again. State farm is way more transparent and I never had issues with my bill just mysteriously going up without me knowing. Terrible way to treat people geico.

Krystal was AMAZING! She helped me save so much money. The amount of money she saved me today was not even comparable to the amount of money 4 other insurance companies were trying to “save” me. Everyone else was telling me “they had the best rates” and that no body could get my price lower, and that’s when I called Krystal and she got cut my price of full coverage insurance in almost half. And I am a 25 year old young man with a sporty/luxury new car and my rate should probably be very high but Krystal was able to get my price lower than what I was asking for and added a few extra benefits for me at a very affordable price. Ive always heard that GEICO has the best customer service, and after my quick call with Chris Im convinced these are true facts. For weeks I have been getting the runaround from multiple insurance companies but within minutes he was able to pull up my information and locked in the best rate. Instead of waiting days for my ID cards, they were already in my email before I even hung up the phone. 25 minutes - easy breezy.
