Lilia Sanjuan is very unprofessional. They work under Mario Bernal Rivera which I did my search and luckily able to find her office. They opened up a policy that was never authorized. If you get a quote and give out your information you might get scammed by them. I would suggest to go to another office. They are misrepresenting Foremost County Mutual Insurance Group. She was saying she would call Bristol West so they can go back on the billing and credit. Then second time I called she switched up her attitude and mentioned their was a signature on documents when clearly there shouldnt be any unless they forged a signature. They said they would not be a charge and that they disregarded the information given yet we have bills with a policy that was not authorized. She spoke very unprofessional talking to me in spanish and English when clearly I spoke English to her you can tell she is ghetto. At least she should of confirmed if I spoke Spanish. This is how unprofessional they are. This is not even half of how she acted on the phone. She went off on me. Super weird and something is fishy about this place.

I pay a lot of money for insurance. I live in Houston and was driving to Minnesota for work. I hit a deer halfway through my trip in Oklahoma. I hit the deer at around 1030pm. I called the 800 number. They took the claim at 11pm. I called Lilia this morning. She just referred me to the 800 number. Ive been round and round with the 800 number. They still havent assigned a tow company to get my car. Nothing has happened in the last 12 and a half hours. Im stuck in a strange town paying ridiculous hotel bills waiting on the insurance to do something. I couldve saved a lot of money going to a back alley fly by night insurance company. Same service. A third of the price. This company does not hold true to the get what you pay for ideal. First claim ever and no assistance or help from anyone at Farmers. Miserable experience provided by an overpaid company from a vulture industry.
