I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their air conditioner repaired. I’ve had 3 different companies come out to check out my AC because it was sweating and getting the insulation in my attic wet and none of them were able to fix my AC. I am so happy that I called SWAT, the technician that came out actually listened to my concerns. Before he repaired anything he let me know how much it would be. He explained we were low on refrigerant and that meant we have a leak. He explained that he could add some leak stop/leak detector and that it may or may not fix our leak but with the leak detector dye if it is still leaking they would be able to quickly find where the leak was coming from. I appreciated his honesty, how he explained everythingand answered all my questions. My AC has never worked this well before, our house is nice and cold. So cold we were able to get rid of our deep freezer and just bring everything inside the house. If you’re looking for a company that is honest, thorough, and won’t rip you off, you’ve found them. I couldn’t be happier with their work, thank you very much SWAT.

EXCELLENT service. They came out same day and gave an initial estimate of $500 to replace the blower motor. About a half hour later i received a call from the tech on site telling me that upon closer inspection, the motor was good but the capacitor had a wiring issue. Lowered the cost by half to replace. Who does that? Everyone should but these guys DO! I will call them for sure for any future needs. One of the few honest AC companies i have found.

Repairmen showed up on time to install Float switches in the 2 AC units. They informed me that both AC’s units already had the float switches installed. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

I called Todd at SWAT yesterday late morning and he had a Technician scheduled for early afternoon. The Technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. It was a minor wiring issue. They were very honest and did not try to take advantage of the situation, which is unfortunately rare anymore. I will definitely call Todd @ SWAT in the future.

We called because our AC wasn’t cooling very well. Not only did they discuss options (check up can service call), but they scheduled to come quickly. They arrived when they said they would, and they made short work of replacing our leaky coils. They patiently answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they may have sounded to a professional. Very friendly, and while I recommend them highly, I sure hope I don’t have to call them again soon. Lol

We came home to a broken AC on the hottest day of May so far. Todd with S.W.A.T. came out right away to check on the problem and recommended that we replace our system. He was able to schedule a crew to come out the following morning to replace our system. We were very grateful to get it done so quickly! The installation crew worked quickly, carefully, and were very polite the whole time. We had a working AC by later that afternoon.

One of my units (upstairs) was blowing warm air so I after performing the basic checks to the AC condenser (capacitor, contactor, cleaning,etc) the compressor was not starting up so I called S.W.A.T and talked to Todd and he sent one of his guys (Ramiro) to perform the inspection...after he finished he confirmed the bad news that I was expecting...the compressor is burned out...so after he gave me options I decided to replace the AC unit...the next day both Ramiro and Todd were at the house very early and replace the unit with a more efficient one. They did a very good job, they are very professional, detail oriented and straight forward in answering any question and the price its fair so I liked that aboutvthembabout them I dont need BS talking. I highly recommend S.W.A.T because they take care of business and they will not leave you in a bind.

These guys were called to address low cooling on the upstairs AC unit. Brandon and another gentleman came over and after not being able to troubleshoot the issue effectively, ended up opening the working downstairs AC unit and changing the capacitor on that which was working just fine. I repeat, THEY REPLACED A WORKING COMPONENT ON AN AC THAT DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUE. Not convinced at the solution, I opted for their 99 dollar diagnostic check on both ACs. The report failed to let me know that upstairs AC was not working right even though I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS A COMPREHENSIVE CHECK. I then called Brandon back the same day and he kept insisting that no work was done on Upstairs AC and he didnt know why it was doing that. He still came and went to the attic to chip some ice on the upstairs AC. After that he left.I was charged $280.00 to replace a working capacitor. I was then charged $99.00 for a broken report that did not give me any clarity or facts on my broken upstairs AC. When i reached out to the owner (Todd), instead of listening to my feedback, got defensive and said that I was not being fair to Brandon and that I did not know whether Brandon did more then chip Ice on upstairs AC. Well I do Todd, because I have cameras everywhere on my property and I know what was done. It is all on tape!I will be following up on other review sites, BBB, and eventually small claims until Todd comes to the realization that what his employees did was wrong and was outright dishonest.Buyer Beware!

Great tech that came out to service our home. We had an emergency and they were very punctual. Got here in just over an hour. Very pleased with this company and will continue to use them for any future issues.

They showed up early and whenI told them I had tested certain items on the system instead of judging me or being negative they listened started troubleshooting from there. It still was not easy to troubleshoot but when they found the problem they informed me,tested it, and understood I could replace it myself instead of trying to sell me a thermostat. It means a lot to me that they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. I hope I dont have to but will call them back if needed. Highly recommended. Please remember you pay for the experience not the parts.

I was having issues with my condensing unit. I had 4 companies come out to give me a quote for repair. SWAT was the only contractor who actually diagnosed and fixed the issue instead of trying to sell me a brand new system. This was three years ago, and we are still issue free. I now use them for all maintenance and checkups on my HVAC system. They are always on-time and courteous.
