I have been taking my 2 girls to this vets office since we moved to Hernando County in 2016. The employees and Vets are all very nice and knowledgeable...as well as kind and compassionate with my 2 girls. My girl Bernie had her dental this week and I know it was rough for her but I felt comfortable that she was in good hands and she is feeling better every day. I know that if there was a problem I could call the office and get help immediately.

Best veterinary office I’ve ever done business with. They are professional, polite and caring. My dog is receiving excellent healthcare.

Just want to thank SHAC for being absolutely wonderful to me and my cat Gracie. Unfortunately I had to lead her over the rainbow bridge last week but they showed so much care and attention to her and myself during this difficult decision. So much compassion for my loss. I had my beloved pet cremated and they walked me through that process as well, helping me pick out how I would forever honor my fur baby. This is not the first time I have had to do this but I just wanted to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart

They were honest about my cat’s poor prognosis and didn’t push for futile testing. They were very compassionate and understanding when we have to euthanize our beloved cat, they allowed both my husband and I to be present and gave us time to say our goodbyes privately. They went above and beyond, getting me a appointment on short notice and were also affordable. I highly recommend this animal clinic and will certainly return when needed. I also appreciate them sending us a card in the mail a couple of weeks after, it was a very sweet gesture that will not be forgotten.

A phenomenal animal clinic with great veterinarians. However, they need to allow their customers to enter their facility and be present for appointments with their pets. Covid as a reason is outdated now and gives the perception that this clinic doesn’t want to deal with its customers. Please change so we don’t have to find another vet.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They maintain good communication with me so I always know what is going on. This is especially important now, when I have to wait in the parking lot instead of having a face-to-face dialogue. My dogs have always had the very best in professional care, and I know that their needs are being met with compassion as well as medical expertise.

I have recently switched from another clinic and I am very happy with my choice. Every time I have called they have always been very pleasant and accommodating. I called around 4pm Monday and they were able to get me an appointment at 7:30 the next day.I had to leave my cat here for three days due to a urinary blockage and they made sure to call me a few times a day and explain in detail about his condition, what they were doing, why they were doing it and overall how my cat was doing. You can tell the whole staff genuinely cares about the animals and the services they are providing and are all very knowledgeable.

The staff met me outside to take in my doggy. They communicated with me by phone very quickly. Although it seemed very busy, it was a quick in and out. Everyone was friendly and treated my furry friend nicely.

Dr. Stacy Wempe is nothing short of absolutely amazing. We thank you so much for all of the love and care that you have given to all of our dogs over the years. We have been bringing our kids/pets here since we moved to Spring Hill. The Doctors and staff. All are caring and take concern with any issues the our fur babies may be having. On March 23rd, 20 we had to put down our beloved 16 month old Ben due to a rare form of cancer. The staff was very accommodating compassionate and caring.

Years of knowing my cats are always treated with the utmost care and concern. That means everything.

My cat gets really nervous and scared when he is taken outside so travel for checkups or vaccinations is very difficult for him. The staff were very nice and treated him very well. I felt relieved when a staff member shared a similar experience with their cat. The information from the veterinarian after the exam was also helpful. I have been at the office twice and would highly recommend their services.

Our dog tore her nail off her back font while running in the backyard late in the afternoon. We called and they told us to bring her right in. Once we got there they took care of the issue quickly. In addition the curb side check-in (in place now because of Covid-19 situation) was a great idea.Highly recommended.

Dr. Dave and Dede took care of removing a sand spur from our dogs (Marley) tongue which was embedded for 2 days and very painful for her. We were so relieved thats all it was and the incredible staff at Spring Hill Animal Clinic was able to help our baby. I would recommend them for anyone requiring any health care for your fur baby.

We brought in our little Westie (Luna Blue) to be put down after years of medical problems due to a liver shunt. She always received exceptional care whenever she was there and the staff and doctors were always amazing. I was down on vacation in SpringHill and needed to take my dog to a vet.. Spring Hill Animal Clinic is awesome! they were able to see us on the same day. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly. They treated us like family and it was my first time in the office. Annette is really nice and even called a couple days later to check in. My dog saw Dr. Ferrari and she was great as well. I would recommend this animal clinic.

I just moved to Fl a month ago. 2 of my kitties developed kitty colds after being here a couple of weeks. We saw Dr. Stacy and were pleased with her warm and caring manner. The vet tech and receptionist were also great. The facility is very neat and clean. This clinic was recommended by one of my neighbors on Nextdoor who has been bringing her pets to the clinic for over 20 years.

Staff are friendly and professional. The facility follows strict Covid precautions. Vet contacted me immediately after wellness to follow up and took his time listening and commenting.

I took my dog there to have her nails cut and her glands expressed. Well I was suspicious the last time I took her there because there was no odor from having her glands expressed. Which tells me they didn’t do it. This time when I took her home she was boot scooting for days. Because her glands were full. And the tech was acting kind of funny when she brought her out. These people did not express her glands. I will never bring my dog to this place again. These people are the nicest liars I’ve ever known

Absolutely amazing doctors here! They were able to squeeze us in the same day as a new patient; Dr. Stacy was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and took her time to answer all of my questions to satisfaction! We had an emergency with one of our puppies as our dog had just given birth over night, we called to ask what we should do, they told us to bring the puppy in, puppy was taken care of within 10 minutes! We are extremely grateful to have found such an amazing team and will most definitely be recommending this vet to everyone we know! (Not to mention this place is super clean and inviting!) Great Vets, when I lived in Spring hill they took great care of my 3 Dogs. From the time i rescued all 3 til they went over the rainbow bridge. Sota, Bailey, and Mr. Wrinkles are grateful they had loving vets.If one of my dogs didnt need in home vet care once a week I would do the drive but they are just a little to far now.

Well I think vets are talking a bit of advantage of the current situation. They will not allow you in the office with your babys who cant speak for themselves. So you have to assume all your issues are handled.Why ?I can go to the malls now dentist, Beach, Applebees etc, okay not everywhere but if these places are open why cant we come in with our pets. I can sit in applebees with strangers (6 feet apart) but cant come in with my pet even by appointment? You have to have the tech not even the doctor come to your car take your pet. Then the tech not the doctor comes back with results? Seems to me they dont want the owners watching. I bet the vets have plenty of PPE.. Staff and vet should be fine. Or dont open up. Emergencys only but that would hurt $$$$.......

Last week we had to say goodbye to our toy poodle Prissie. The entire staff was so kind & compassionate....they cried right along with us. Prissie was under their tender loving care for all of her 18 years of life. They sent us a sympathy card signed by the staff & made a plaque with her name & paw prints....which I wasnt expecting or even thought about but will always treasure. We miss her so much...she was absolutely the perfect little pet....always obedient & willing to please. I highly recommend Spring Hill Animal Clinic. My baby, Elmer Fuddge was sick when we first went to Spring Hill Animal Clinic. Unfortunately he only had one visit with his new vet, Dr. Mike Noyes before his condition changed for the worse. Elmer had to be euthanized. It was one of the worst days of our lives. Dr. Noyes and the rest of the staff were so compassionate during this time. They treated Elmer with dignity. After some time I had questions and concerns. I called the office and Dr. Noyes was kind enough to call me back and take his time answering my questions. The compassion and empathy shown to us was not the exception. It was present in the office from the whole staff and it was of great comfort to us.

We just finished our first check up here with our two kittens and we were very pleased with our visit. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely cared about our kittens. They were also kind enough to give us flea medication at no charge.

Myself, friends and several family members have been using Spring Hill Animal Clinic for several years. I like them because they treat our babies as if they were treating their own pets. Whenever any of my pets are sick, they always explain in detail what is going on with them where I can understand what treatment plan is needed. A friend of mine just lost their 4-legged family member and the treatment received by these Veterinarians went above and beyond. They had to make a very hard decision and felt nothing but compassion and true care from these doctors. My Maltese passed away earlier this year and my experience was completely different. The staff here are amazing and caring people. I recently had to put my beloved German Shepherd to sleep due to an emergent, unforseen medical event. Doctor Stacy and her staff were so patient and compassionate towards us while we made our difficult decision. Never did they make us feel rushed in making our decision, they gave us all the time we needed and time to say our goodbyes to Maggie. When I picked up Maggies ashes they surprised me with a casting of Maggies paw print, something I wasnt expecting. It was a nice, caring touch and Im so grateful for it.

Just got home from being here, but second time having the same experience. Wonderful staff, very polite, and very helpful for this borderline painfully awkward human. First time I was here, I was with my cat, Sam. Sam was a hostile, sick, orange fuzzball of doom, but he had been treated then (and they made him well!) with as much care as my docile cat, Obi, today.I not only recommend coming here with your beloved nonhuman family, but I am kinda sad they dont take human patients. 😉THANK YOU so much for the attention to my cats, and having as much interest in improving their health. I love knowing that I can take them here and not feel like I am putting their lives in the care of uncaring people.

Every person (from the Veterinarians to the cleaning staff) are friendly, professional, and caring. As an employee I saw first hand that this is not a front put on for clients. The staff truly cares about your animals and I have seen tears shed in sorrow and in joy over the pets in their care. From the moment you walk in the building you know that you and your pets are in good hands!

Honestly I love this clinic so much. I called every clinic and every clinic were overbooked. I needed my puppy to get some attention due to itchiness and I was given an appointment right away by this clinic. They diagnosed him and started treatment right away. Five stars all the way, I found my favorite clinic.

We had to take our sick Maltese last week and sadly we had to put him down. I cant say enough about how wonderful Dr. Stacy was. You can see how truly she cares about these pets and their owners. My granddaughters 10 year old, beloved jack Russell terrier, Haven, was barely walking after a playing accident with one of her larger sister dogs. I was visiting from North Carolina waiting for the arrival of my first great grandchild. I first thought that Haven was badly missing my granddaughter. But by day two the sadness in Havens eyes told me there was more to it. After explaining to the young lady at Springhill Animal Clinic, we got an appointment the same day and after a thorough check was advised to keep Haven as still as possible and was provided meds for her. Two days later she was doing a whole lot better, by day three she was walking so much better. Two weeks later my granddaughter told me you never would have known that Haven had been so sick. Cannot thank the staff there enough.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My 16 year old cat wouldnt eat so I took her here. They ran a a battery of blood tests on her, told me she was fine and sent us home with some antibiotics. Two weeks later she was dead! I will never take another animal to this place!

A week ago today we needed an emergency appointment for our 11 year old Britney. We recently relocated to Florida in August and found a vet from our friends. Unfortunately that vet did nothing for our fur baby and it really scared us how quickly she wasnt doing well .From the phone call to leaving there I was extremely impressed with the care they directed towards our fur baby. The staff was excellent and had gotten her medical history by the time we arrived for our appointment not even an hour after making the phone call. The other vet didnt care about past history, even though I had a folder full when we first met him.She saw Dr. Michael Noyes and he was patient and very thorough examining her. He explained what he thought the problem might be, recommended testing and then conferring with a Neuro Dr. to see what our options are.I cant tell how relieved we were to find a veterinarian that should be a standard of care for our fur babies .
