Wasting time and money waiting for my work truck when it should be working. Brought it in for a set of tires. Had to come in for a second time because one of the tires had a defect no one caught. (Big ring around the tire taking out some of the tread) that’s fine. It happens. But then they-replace it with the wrong tire! Not even close! Trying to tell me it’s basically the same. It’s not. It’s $70 cheaper and only a 2 ply sidewall instead of a 3. So, drove back to Spring Hill for the third time. 2 to 3 hours out of my day each time. Wages-fuel-not on a job it needs to be on... it all adds up. For the 3rd time. No offers to make it right.

Service was great. Salesman was great locating me tires for my Corvette. Guys in the garage worked safe around my car. I would have give 5 stars, however the tire balancing machine is not working properly. I had a bad vibration in my front end. I thought it may get better, so I drove it home. When I came back to the store to pick up my old wheels and tires, I told the guy that mounted my tires about the vibration. His quote was that balancing machine is driving me crazy. That told me they had a problem. I came back on Saturday morning, but the wait was going to be long. Im sure the machine wasnt repaired anyway. So I took my car to a Chevy dealership and they balance them great. If you pay $1400 for a set of tires, you should not have to pay somebody else to balance them.

Discount Tire is a great place to get some new or even used tires. Ive been using them for years now for all my tire needs.The staff are very friendly and professional. They will try to work with you even if you have a tight budget as well.It is definitely best to make an appointment for here if you can as they are a very, very busy store. They do take walk in customers but be prepared to wait for a while without an appointment.

We have bought several sets of tires here over the years and had good experiences, but today we bought an expensive set of tires they had to order from another store. They called when they arrived. Over the phone they said installation would take an hour. Once I arrived they changed it to two hours or more but by 5:45 at latest. At 5:45 they had not begun. They said it would be ready by 6:15. By 6:24 my car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. I just want an honest time estimate. This is a $900 set of tires.

I have used Discount Tire quite a bit over the years and feel it is a fair deal for good products and services.

This place was awesome. I had a screw in my front passenger side tire, they removed it and patched it for me for free in under 30 minutes. They were friendly and made it an effortless process for me.

I was there this morning and this was my first time being serviced at this location. I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I did make an appointment online prior so they were ready for me upon arrival. The whole process took ~45 minutes or so, which was great considering it was a pretty busy time of the morning. The chairs were nicely spaced so I felt comfortable waiting inside the building. Customer service was great as well 👍🏻

Went in to get a flat repair done. The place was very busy, but they got to me fairly quick.Turns out my tire didnt have a hole it was the bad bead on the rim. They removed it and buffed the rim to allow for a better seal.They also rotated my tires for me. All of this was done for free.

Joe is the Best I have to wait and go back at 2:30 to get my tire but thats okay its taken care of

Went to have the free tire rotation,balance and overall tire inspection on tires we purchased from Discount Tire in 2019. Everyone was professional and friendly was a bit of a wait which is expected when being a walk in over having an appointment. Overall good place to do business with.

Wasnt the worst experience. They had me stay in my vehicle with my dog and when they were jacking up the vehicle it slipped off one of the jacks and I heard a crunch. When I asked, they brushed it off and said it was a rusty clip. I dont have rust. But I think they saw the damage from a recent accident and thought that one more boo-boo wasnt worth mentioning... ??? The cavalier attitude is something that Ive experience throughout the south. Like the weather but would really like better customer service

I have gotten four sets of tires at this location, and every time the service was exceptional. They are speedy and I never have any problems with their work. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of very well. It is unusual to enjoy spending that much money and be thankful for your experience. But the management has nailed the staff culture at Discount Tire. I recommend this location to everyone.

The free air check is great. However sometimes youll be sitting there quite some time. They are great about telling you their prices will fix flats for free and tell you if they can or cannot and be honest about it. But honestly it just takes way too long to get stuff done. They would appear to be overstaffed having two people working on each car but it just takes way too long to get your vehicle serviced. I went in there today I had a brand new tire to put on a rim a very old rusted-out Rim. They wouldnt do it because the tire was too old. But its brand new as can be even though its a few years old. They just wanted to sell me a new tire

Went in to have a tire patched. Greeted at the door and was taken care of quickly. Several people were there for service and everyone was treated like a VIP.

Got my tires for so much less than I ha had planned on I went ahead and upgraded to the best ones. Amazing and quick service.

Ive used this location three times now for a simple rotate and balance. Each time it has taken more than three hours. If you have nowhere to go and all day to get there, this is the place to be.

My wife purchased new tires for her car last June. She was planning to go there tomorrow to purchase new tires again. So I got the receipt from the glove box to see which tires she needs to ask for. Because they have been good tires. That’s when I realized. They took advantage of my wife. They charged her $190 dollars for a “ certificates for refund or replacement “. That is ridiculous. Charging someone for something that is extremely unlikely to be used. It’s basically a insurance for tires. Needless to she will be buying $1,400 tires elsewhere.

They scheduled me for the wrong time, but it worked out okay as they werent overly busy.

They went above and beyond to make us happy. When the tires we paid for were back ordered over 2 months, they upgraded us to better tires and didnt charge us the difference in price. Even threw in the full protection on each tire for no additional charge. Great place with friendly staff!

Jeremiah was amazing. Great customer service is a lost art. It was definitely on display today with him and his team. We were driving back home to Michigan from Birmingham Alabama, had a to Tire issue. They did not sell the tire brand on our vehicle. Because it was an all wheel drive we needed all four to match. Instead of selling us four new tires, or selling us one tire and not informing us about the all-wheel drive requirement for matching tires, they clearly communicated all of our options including calling a tire warehouse in Nashville to try and match the tires. They did find the exact tire, the warehouse could not deliver it until the next day. They arranged to have the tire picked up through a very inexpensive service, had the tire delivered and promptly installed it on the vehicle. It was an uncommonly positive customer service experience. We are incredibly thankful to have found them and glad we get to get home to our families tonight. Thank you!

I am very impressed! This is an extremely busy store, but every single worker that saw me acknowledged me and assured me I would be assisted as soon as possible. Great customer service! When I was helped, I was not pressured to buy anything. I was given recommendations based on the wear of my tires and what would work on my car. I was a walk-in on a Saturday, likely their busiest day of the week. I dropped off my car and it was ready a couple hours later. Great service from start to finish. My coworkers and family all recommend Discount Tire. Now I recommend it too.

Good service, in and out in a timely fashion. I was a bit irritated by the pricing. I received a price per tire over the phone but when I went to pay the total price was $200 higher for all 4. They should be a little more upfront about all the fees, warranty, taxes, etc.

Have been to this place on two different occasions, first time took my car up there to get some after market wheels that I had on a car before this one. Drove it down the road after they put them on got up to 50mph wheels start shaking. Called them back to ask about if they balanced them, was told that the guy told me one was bent. That was the first lie, then I took car back for them to see if maybe it wasnt balanced right. Then they come say all but one was bend second lie, I had those wheels since they were brand new so I knew they were not bent. And besides that if you tell me their bent why would I let them put the wheels on it. Now I took my son up here to put his new tires on his car, that we had to order that they were supposed to call us when they got in which they didnt my son had to call them. Then we drop it off come back an hour and half later still was not done. They said it had been just an hour or a little over when dropped it off. That was a lie. Just say my friends and family would never go to them again there is one in Franklin that is a heck of alot better. Its a little bit of a drive but sometimes you have to go the extra mile to get great service and honesty. Wish you could give zero stars on here.

I love dollar treeI buy lots of peices to make deco holiday items and table settings. They have pretty gift bags and boxes for $1.00Also kitchen utensils and hand cloths/ dish towels etc. I like their liquid hand soaps in the rectangle bottles. They smell so good and last so long. Better than those $12.00 bottles. Halloween, Easter, Christmas, and St Patricks Party favors cant be beat in cuteness or price.

These guys are the best. Attentive & efficient. When you walk in you get a general greeting if there is a line. When they get to you, they greet with a handshake. They look at the tires before doing any sales. They call and text when car is ready. Pricing is very reasonable.

Taking way to long. Told me a time that my vehicle would be ready and I watched many many others walk in and get finished and mine hasnt been moved in almost 3 hours.

My wife noticed our truck losing tire pressure yesterday and was refered to Discount Tire by our repair shop (Stagecoach Auto Repair). They checked it out and removed a nail/repaired it for free! Originally quoted 2 hours and it was accurate almost to the minute. Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and excellent customer service. Well definitely be going back for all our needs and will refer our friends and neighbors.

The only way to get your free tire rotation is to make an appointment. I got there 10 minutes early. Its a good thing because I stood in line 10 minutes just for them to ask, how can I help you. Two of the guys were on the phone with customers for 10+ minutes. They need more employees or better management

There are plenty of places to choose from for tire services, but I have yet to find better than discount tire. Will price match tires from pretty much anywhere, even online, wait times are usually pretty good with the exception of holidays during the week where theyre closed (4th of July 2019 was a Thursday). Staff is always kind and professional, and very helpful. Lifetime care for the tires and warranty of the service for $20 is awesome. 20 bucks for all 4 tires over the span of 5-6 years? Fantastic. I wont go anywhere else

Ive been going here for a long time, we always get great service. I was at the store yesterday with a leaky tire and they patched it up for Free!!!! The customer service was excellent, the place is clean, they did my tire in 40 minutes. Check then out, they are good!

Great people and service.

I stopped there with a tire sensor light on. Told driver side rear tire sensor bad. Asked for cost and time to repair. Told about $60 and 5 minutes. After 45 minutes, the final cost was over $160. They discovered that the sensor on the spare tire (which was never used in 10 years) was also bad. Kudos and extra star for suggesting a used tire for the spare to save $$$. The annoying tire light is finally off.

Nothing but great things to say about Discount Tire in Spring Hill, TN. They have always treated us well. Our most recent experience with them is one of the many reasons I will continue to bring my business there. We had a blowout on a tire from a vehicle we purchased from a private party. Previous owner purchased the tires and warranty from them. This tire had a puncture outside of the riding tread so it was not repairable. I dropped the tire off, and Discount Tire covered the tire and labor. We only had to pay to renew the warranty ($10.81). Less than an hour later, and we were on our way home with a brand new, mounted and balance tire.

Super courteous staff. Hard-working. My top choice for tires. Nationwide presence. Easy to find locations while traveling if you need service on your warranty.
