Went to RODS for an exhaust pipe.Made one up in no time.Awesome work.

I was recommended to use Rods Mufler‘s and boy I’m glad I used them. From the moment of my first contact with Rod I knew he was honest and really wanted to help me out. Rod also referred me to a great shop next-door who is also amazing.He was very professional and sought to get me the best deal possible. I totally will trust him with any future exhaust work for my companies vehicles. Honesty is real important in the auto service business. And Rod certainly shined in that area. Great service. Was on the rack upon arrival.. Found what was causing the tailpipe on frame rattle. Cut the end of the pipe off and made a new one with a larger bend to miss the frame.. Also removed the rinkeydink hangar bracket and welded a solid rod from pipe to the frame.. All this in less than 15 minutes. Outstanding. Highly recommend Rods!!

Drove in and told them what I wanted. Jason did exactly what I asked for at the price he quoted. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need and I was out in less than 2 hrs. This is how a business should be ran. Rods has earned my future business for me and my family. Great job... Everybody needs to support your local independent businesses. By the way, a chain store competitor quoted me over $1000 and told me the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced because it is a one piece system. What BS that is. Jason charged me less than $80 bucks and its good as new.

Hada new flex pipe welded on to my Nissan Altima. What a difference. Nice and quiet now. Thank you Rons muffler shop. Will be back in the future for any other muffler needs! 10/10 will recommend

Got a muffler delete on a ford focus and sounds so much better. Did it in like 10 minutes and very affordable price. Definitely recommend

Rod the boss is the Iron Man! He is the ole school type “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. My car hit some bad road bumps and before I know it, the poor baby starts to behave like an old car sounding bad. Could have been a bad muffler but Rod and I didn’t think so. My rusty old tailpipe broke off at the flange and all he did was put a new connecting pipe piece and she started purring like a kitty when I started the ole girl up. I highly recommend Rod the Muffler guy with his ole school tools that work just fine and the price that comes with it just dandy:)

Went first thing this morning and what a great experience! Rod was able bring me under my Jeep and show him exactly how I wanted everything. He even made some impossible bends with the pipe! Less than 1 hour I had cat back exhaust with amazing welds.

Needed help with a noise under our 2014 jeep. They found the issue right away - a missing and broken exhaust hangar. Replacement was mounted, welded and ready to go in no time flat. Cost was very reasonable.Super professional, friendly, and explained everything! Very highly recommend!

I stopped by the shop to get an estimate for my catalytic converters to be replaced. The smell of rotten eggs was nauseating and overwhelming. When I explain this to the man behind the counter as he was looking up the parts for my Jeep he explained to me that the catalytic converter doesnt do that anymore. That it had to be something else maybe the fuel? He told me that I would be wasting my money to replace them since the jeep was running well. I left in disbelief. Thinking theres no way, it has to be the catalytic converter. I was set in my mind that thats what it was. What else could smell like rotten eggs? Well after going home and then needing to leave again as I went to start up my Jeep the battery was dead. When I lifted the hood I seen that the battery had gone bad and was spewing sulfuric acid out both the sides. The point of this review is that this company could have easily taken me for an idiot and just replaced the catalytic converters which would have been quite expensive seeing how theres two of them and its one solid unit virtually the whole exhaust system. Honesty goes really far with me so I just wanted to give a shout out to this gentlemen and Company for doing the right thing. There are so many mechanic shops out there that are just out for the buck. In my opinion not this one. So big thanks to you guys!

We went there thinking we needed to have our trucks catalytic converters changed out but He was Honest and told us they where fine we just needed a tune up. Very kind and curtious and Honest i would use them every time

I had a rattle in my muffler area so I stopped into Rods, the gentleman working that day stopped everything, and said he would be glad to take a look, it was a heat cover that had come loose, and all he needed to do was pull it off. Never charged me a thing. I have have a quiet venza again!

I had a exhaust system done from the headers out. The car got hit in the back he fixed with out ripping it all out and I just sold that system to another person no rust on it but the rest of the car rotted away over the 18 years it was on the cat

I just came from Rods and my experience was not the best. I went to have my exhaust fixed and welded up and the whole time i was there he was angry and bothered i was there. I tried making jokes and let him know multiple times to do what he feels was easier for him. I understand people have bad days but that wasnt necessary. But whats worse is the price was almost three times the price of other shops and i didnt know the price until after the work was done. The worst part is theres an exhuast leak and now i have to go to another shop just so i know its fixed.Im not giving 1 star becuase Im not sure if he was just having a bad day and they may be a great shop.

Honest, knowledgable and has the equipment to repair any muffler or catalytic converter. ROD is also a nice guy as well. TOOK MY 2007 PRIUS in for a Catalytic converter installation. I was in and out in less than an hour.Trust any muffler repair to Rods muffler shop.Tim

These guys are awesome. Brought them a jaguar (known for being more of a pain to work with lol) and these guys got it all done for me. Same day. Picked it up a few hours later. Sounds and runs great! Friendly staff too.

Brought my latest purchase a Ram 1500 pick-up and had a Flo-master muffler installed there was in and out in no time and it sounds great thanks Rod for another job well done.

2nd time Ive been here for full custom catback. The work is spot on, the results are impressive and the pricing is unbeatable. If youre driving a newer muscle car and wanting a mean sound, better performance i would strongly suggest taking your ride to Rods. I will not take my car anywhere else in the county.

This shop knows what it is doing. I had a $450 estimate from another shop. Rods cut the rusted section out and welded a new one in for under $100. Love them.

Just bought a truck that had some crappy backwoods exhaust. Rod did an amazing job fabricating and fixing the exhaust leaks and rattles in no time at all. Great price, quality work, will always bring my business back to Rods muffler shop.

Got what I needed... definitely over priced $20 for 2, 02 bungs .. not sure if this place is under new ownership.. but the original kat was far more friendlier.. I welded it in myself instead of bringing it back to be done

This was a great place. I took my car in because it sounded like the muffler was rattling and they were able to figure it out and fix it for a reasonable price. Will be going back again.

Rod gave me an estimate of $410 to remove 3 cat converters, change O2 censor and a new muffler. His son did all but the O2 censor, still not running right..(Rod) bring it back Mon and Ill give it a look. Mon morn he looks at it and tries to remove but it wouldnt break loose, says he can fix it Fri and charge me another $200+ labor..(Me) but its already paid for, was in your first estimate of $410 cash...-rod- no, no it wasnt. I WONT BE GOING BACK!!

Would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality job or good customer service. The younger guy who works here ( rods son) is terrible to deal with and two of the 4 welds on my exhaust leak and just had a friend get work done here and also has a weld with a hole in it. Also very run down. The travel to any Tampa shop is worth it rather then here.

Rod & his son have done custom exhausts on 3 of my vehicles and every time they do an outstanding job. Very clean welds and love my new flowmasters! Would recommend them to everyone.

I called to get some work done since my previous experience was great. I showed up a little after opening and when to open the door and it was locked. I saw the car in the lot and thought maybe something happened inside so I tried calling. The call was answered someone what annoyed by the owner and asked what I wanted. Told him I wanted to get exhuast work done and he told me to come back another day because he had some thing else to do. I guess he doesnt need my business. Very rude and just hung up on me.

I have gone to rods twice since moving here from ny, they do great work for a great price. I have been to a lot of muffler shops here and up in ny, they all want to do work you dont really need and all repairs are 3 or $400 and up. not here, fair prices. I would recommend to everybody to go here.

Have a clean snap on one of my exhaust mufflers just behind the x pipe on my catback. Took 15mins to repair, nice clean welds. Great price my car sounds amazingly quite again... def going back when I replace the entire exhaust system.

I needed a quick fix of a pipe clamp that came apart.It was diagnised and repaired in a reasonable time.

Called the shop Monday morning to have an exhaust kit installed. Spoke to an unnamed employee, who said to bring it in (didnt specify a time). 30 minute commute, arrived within the hour. Met with a rude employee (Rod, I assume) who told me I would have to wait approximately 4 hours until he could start, as there were 3 cars ahead of me. Poor scheduling, shortage of staff, wont be going back. Will be taking it to Alternative Car Care in Hudson, who I have used before for exhaust work.

Went to Spring Hill location ...spoke with whom I believe to be the son of the owner ( would not tell me his name ) . He was unfriendly to the point where he was downright rude ! If he is the son I hope that the apple fell far from the tree . I WONT BE GOING BACK !
