This place is a joke. A 1hr window turns into waiting for over 4hrs, they keep telling you someone is on the way then no one shows up. They have now told me 3 different times and still no one showed up. Currently still waiting 4hrs later.

2 pm PST, I locked myself outside the car. I called and I was given an estimate of 160 minutes. Fast forward 2 hours, the app updates to another 55 minutes. The same thing kept going for 5ish hours. In the meantime I tried to call, I couldn’t get hold of them. Then someone calls and tries to explain the situation. I tried to explain my frustration, he hung up the phone on me.

Looking through other peoples experiences, I was a little nervous. After the driver showed up after only waiting for 15mins, he was so meticulous and made sure he was very slow to not cause any damage to my car. Thank you Todd for your help! You were a pleasure to work with.

IF YOURE COUNTING ON THIS SERVICE THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, YOURE BETTER OFF CALLING YOUR OWN SERVICE PROVIDER.My insurance company used this service for a roadside assistance call for a lockout. First of all, I was located in Seattle, this company is in Spokane.... wth? 200+ miles to get to me. Doesnt make sense. I got hung up on twice when I tried to call and finally got an answer when I called nearly 2 hours later (by then the time was close to the original eta) only to be told that it would be another 45 minutes. 55 minutes later, I call back only to be told another 45 minutes. Wait longer, this time got my insurance company involved and they were telling me I should hear from my driver in 45 minutes on a conference call. I know a run around when I hear one. This place needs to actually know what theyre doing. Ive never waited this long for a roadside assistance even when I was stuck in the middle of nowhere. Called Evergreen locksmith and they got someone out to me in 20 minutes for a job that lasted all of 30 seconds.They might treat non insurance roadside assistance customers better but if your insurance company sends them to you.... best of luck. Your better off using your own service provider and getting it reimbursed.

When you are looking through the other bad reviews here you can pretty much copy - paste to get my experience. I was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait - fast forward to 2 and a half hours and still nothing. Call my insurance company and they say they will contact the service provider - service provider continues to delay over and over until its been 4 and a half hours for a simple task.If you dont want to spend the whole day sitting in your car, I recommend choosing a different provider.

Zero stars. My car battery died on my today morning. I called my insurance company - Metlife and they referred me to this roadside assistance service. This was at 6am. They promised to come in 55 minutes. 3 hours later they still did not show up. They kept promising they will come. Finally they cancelled without notifying me. And metlife had to find another alternative. I had to cancel many meetings due to this. Caused me significant anxiety and stress!! The other reviews are true. The problem is customers dont realize it until they cancel. I really hope metlife takes them out of the network. They are basically useless!

My insurance assigned this service provider to me at 7:56 am on 8/25.Worst service ever… They charged me $85 and says ETA 2 hrs due to high demand. Waited 2 hrs and nobody contacted me. Called Customer service and they told me driver is with someone else and it will take another 35-40min. I waited again, still not being contacted or helped. Called again only to get the same answer: “your driver will arrive in another 40min”.Irresponsible shop that doesn’t care about the customers. Worst experience ever.

My insurance routed my roadside assistance service to this business. I was told at 8 AM in the morning that they will come within a window of 2 hrs ie before 10 AM. I called them multiple times between 9:30 and 11:45 AM only to realize the service mechanic who was busy with another gig is not going to come and they will assign to another service mechanic and have to wait for another 2 hours. But strangely they were willing to book a confirmed appointment for a fixed time outside of my insurance. That was already too late and couldn’t rely on them anymore. Unbelievable a big bogus company. DO NOT Waste your time in trusting them. I wish there was a negative star.

First ETA was 2:45 to 3 pm. It is now 5:36 and theyve extended ETA another 40 minutes. I had 3 grandkids in the car. They had to wait until one of their parents could get off work. I was told my job was postponed because there was an 80 year old stuck on the highway. Im not a 73 year old brat who wants service immediately, but I would imagine they have more than one truck? I was hooked to this company through my All-State insurance. No one assumes any responsibility. GOT disconnected 3 times when I called.

Waited over an hour and a half with 3 kids in the rain and a running car for a 45 minute estimate. I was finally able to find a tool and do it myself. Upon calling insurance to tell them to cancel the locksmith. I was informed that the locksmith had called, located me and let me into my car. Upon calling the company i received attitude at phone answer and was hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CORE VALUES... HAHAHA

This company was used for a vehicle lockout and it took them over 80 minutes to get to me on a normal sunny day during the week during normal business hours when its not busy at 11 am. Really, call to find out where the guy was and the lady on the phone could barely speak English. Worst experience ever, I could have walked to my house and back faster then they were able to come. Initial estimated time 30-40 minutes.

Horrible company. Was given a 45 minute ETA. After 90 minutes I called and the first denied even providing service in my state! When pushed, they said they were running behind and it would be another 45 minutes. Shortly after that, received a text saying service was completed even though no one ever showed up.

I had an appointment scheduled to change a flat tire and I called this company about 15 min prior to my appointment to ensure someone was indeed coming. Instead of confirming my appointment, I was very rudely told it was canceled because I was “called 10x and never answered.” I checked my missed calls and had only 1 missed call from an unknown number with no voicemail left. I asked if someone was available to complete the requested service since it was still prior to my scheduled appointment time and I was told I would have to resubmit a request through my insurance…I’ll just call AAA immediately next time. What a joke!!

This company is used by my roadside coverage. We have been forced to use them 3 times. Once they canceled after not showing for 3 hours. The other time they kept sending messages “20 minutes away” and didn’t arrive for 4 hours, and finally I had to wait 3.5 hours for them to send the wrong kind of vehicle. They are horrible and unprofessional. Don’t have the equipment that’s needed and lie about when they will arrive

My insurance booked these guys for a tow at 7:30 AM. The ETA was 60-90 minutes. At 9:10AM I called in and was transferred then hung up on. At 9:15AM I called in and they said it would be another hour. At 10:30AM I called and they said it would be another hour. I would not recommend Core Values as their core values is to delay your day. I called my insurance company and had them get me another company to tow me. The other company took 30 minutes to come and get my car. On the bright side, Rogers towing was courteous and prompt.

Stay away at all costs. Booked service with an ETA of 45-50 minutes. When an hour rolled along I called them up and was told the driver would be 30-45 minutes out and was just changing a spare tire. After waiting another 75 minutes with no updates whatsoever, I called back again and was told there are no free drivers. The person on the phone told me they would only be able to come by later at night, or tomorrow morning if I consented.None of the communication from this business was upfront, proactive, or even remotely acceptable. All I can say is the phone representative was polite while completely failing to meet very modest expectations of service.

My battery died at home and we called state farm emergency road side assistance. State farm assigned the case to core values. Was told it is 50 mins eta. 1.5 hrs after, i called the company to ask where they are. Was told the guy just finished a work and is on his way..35 mins tops. Fine. Waited another 40 mins and called again. Was tokd the guy is finishing up a job in bellevue and will be 35 mins. What the hell??? This company is unreliable and full of liars. I called up state farm and asked to have the case reassigned. This good for nothing company wasted over 2 hrs of my life.

My car locked my keys in the vehicle. I called my insurance company and they told me core values would come out with an ETA of 2 hours. I was sitting in a gas station parking lot and knew that there were a lot of other tow companies around that could handle this task and asked if there was anything sooner. My insurance company said that they would try to get someone else. Im a tow wife so I know how this all works. So after 30 minutes of freezing I called my husband and asked him if there were any drivers free in the area. Sure enough there was. I asked my insurance to get my call switched over to my husbands tow company which they gladly did I only had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to show up. I got a call 3 hours later stating that they were there to unlock my vehicle I advised them that the insurance company had already gotten another company to me sooner and they yelled at me for not calling me sooner. I was not the one who contacted them my insurance was for the lockout service I advised them of this and hung up. They then proceeded to request a GOA from my insurance company and insurance called me regarding it. I advised them that they would need to decline that as they had gotten me a faster tow company. Do not use this company as they are very rude and yell at customers and degrade them.

Contacted through insurance. ETA OF 45 min. No contact since, so I called them. Nothing but an excuse and they were sending a different tow truck. 1 hour later still a no show. Haven’t contacted me or my mechanic like I was told they would. Suggest looking to Fischer Towing or a reputable company.

Horrendous, I am dropping Allstate after this, please just get triple A. Waited 4 hours beyond the ETA time for a simple flat tire replacement!!! They kept saying, 30 more minutes for about 3 hours straight. Call center is in a foreign country. They act as a middle man and you can never figure out when help is coming. Then, who shows up? Some random guy in a random car, hes not wearing any uniform or driving a company car, and makes me do half the work! What?! They freaking contract the jobs to random people in the area who dont even work for a mainstream company, and you end up doing work with them??? Holy, I thought it couldnt get worse, and every passing minute, it did. Worst service Ive received in my life, and that seems like an understatement.

Unfortunately had a flat in ninety degree weather in airway heights. My insurance assigned these clowns to my roadside assistance; estimated over two hours to get to my location and they wouldnt be willing to take me WITH my car to the service center. They suggested I walk or call an uber. Worst service ever!Dont interact with these guys unless you like being talked to and treated like garbage.

Thank you for leaving us in a parking lot for over 2 hours. When we called to check on arrival, the rep said the driver would arrive in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, called back again and the same rep said the driver wasnt coming. his truck broke down. She would call another truck but the wait would be 60 minutes or more. In the interim, called another service that came out in 30 minutes. Core Values Roadside Service is THE PITS!

- 35 minutes wait time my 🍑 -Our car battery died since we waited for the newly opened Kura sushi in Bellevue for too long, so we called our insurance company and they assigned this local company to us to help. The original ETA is 35 minutes, but it is still 35 minutes after 1.5 hours of waiting. What happened is this company doesnt understand how to do ETA correctly. There was one guy working that night only and he was still on the previous job, thats why their ETA is the traveling time from the previous location to ours, without considering how long the previous job would take. After multiple phone calls and wait, we asked the insurance company to assign another local company and we were assigned one that cannot be found on Google, but the guy came after 20 minutes since it was assigned to him and jump started our car in 2 min and we were on our way. Long story short, call nonstop to reach to ur insurance company if they assign this local company to you as their ETA is very very off. I repeat, try to get someone else to help if you can because their ETA is the worst thing in the world. I mean, Im sure their service is fine as its not hard to jump start a car.. but u will have to pass that ETA hurdle first, which we did not.While we are between calls, I mentioned to my husband that Im gonna write a bad review for this place, and he said sure, I give you permission to do so (he RARELY does since he doesnt want to hurt any business in COVID). And he told me the companys name is core values. Im like core values? Did they name themselves that because they dont have any? And then I learned thats what everyone says in Google reviews and we had a good laugh. Thanks for making us laugh after hours of waiting I guess 😂

I wish I wouldve read reviews before having them assigned to me by my Insurance Co. I called at 5:30pm for them to unlocked my car which was on, only key inside and locked. I called and texted them at 7:30pm asking if they were coming. They asked for 30-45 more minutes. Its 9pm, I called my Insurance Co. which contacted them and my insurance just told me Core Value Roadside cancelled my request. So, now here I am waiting to have another company assigned to me after 3.5hrs waiting for this Core Value Roadside to arrive. I wonder which are the Core Values they follow🤔

If youre insurance company selects this company for roadside service expect a guy in a car to show up. The dude showed up without the proper equipment to haul my car. The insurance company was very specific that I needed skates to haul my car that it wouldnt move out of park. When he finally arrived he was rude and claims he wasnt told to bring skates. Liar! He then said hed pull my car but it would ruin it but will still do it. We told him hell no. If you can avoid using this company, do so. Ive had my insurance dispatch them a couple of times and EVERY time its the same poor service. They never arrive on time or even near the ETA given (literally hours after). When you call to check on status they just string you along with what they think will please you. Multiple times they incorrectly communicated my phone number to the driver and that just caused more issues with the already terrible outcome. Their company name reflects the opposite of what they actually put out and seem to represent. If you can request another tow company for you insurance to dispatch, highly recommended unless you want to sit and wait for hours.

I had Brad come over and he was beyond exceptional! He professionally explained that I should be warming the car up every week for 15 minutes, and that because the battery had died completely it should be run for 30 minutes after he brought it back to life. He also explained that the keyfobs look like they dont work when the battery die on keyless entry cars and before replacing the battery that I should call to jumpstart it and then Ill know. I really, really appreciate all of his helpful advice!!Thanks so much dear 😄👏💙 my brothers car has life.He was also kind enough to turn off the radio and aur conditioner blasting in my brothers car (I had tried and failed). It was very painful to get in the vehicle because of the noise before and I knew the AC was wasting a ton of gas on full blast. Brad was worth the wait, ETA was approximately 2 hours after I called. Since I was home it was okay, I didnt mind. Even on the road I know things are not resolved fast, so altogether I am satisfied with the complete service. Im glad USAA redirected me to them😀Much much appreciated!!

My alternator died on my truck and James showed up quickly, and not only towed my truck home for me but checked my alternator once back at my apartment. He had great costumer service and overall it was a good experience, I would gladly use this company again!

They we’re supposed to be here at my location between 730 and eight. They showed up at 7:15 I told him the shop I was having it towed to didn’t open until 8 o’clock and the driver said that’s fine he would wait until they opened. Great customer service. Update. Gieco called them and guess core has learned nothing. Another game of 1 hour then wait another hour. Please stop auto accepting all calls. You guys are awful and should change the name to NO ValuesHad onstar call them the night before for a tow in the morning. Spoke with someone at towing company gave all the details and he advise he would be here around 8 a.m. in the morning got a call from towing company advising would be here at 8:07 to 8 :22. Then the delays started pushed back 1 hour then pushed back 1 more hour. Just like everyone says in the reviews. I would avoid this company at all costs. On star had to reschedule the pick up with a competitor who was here in 20 minutes. There Is a good reason for such a low review and it is due to not having any core values. Fishers towing and transport came out got the job done in 20 minutes. Fishers gave me 1 hour time line was at the house in 20 minutes. Nice clean and professional unlike this company.

I got a ride home and gave them directions on where to pick it up, and at 10:30pm they called twice, didn’t leave a message, and then the next day I called because they didn’t have the vehicle returned and he was rude about how I didn’t answer the phone (despite it being so late).Finally got the car over, but the experience has been terribly unpleasant.

The initial wait time was 1 hour, it came and went and was told to wait another hour which came and went also. Finally after two hours they said they have someone to come assist but it will be another 49 minutes. It is 1:22am and it’s 33 degrees out. I got screenshots of the everything regarding timeframes I would be happy to share. I hope someone from the company does contact me so I can share it with them too.

I have roadside assistance through my auto insurance. At 12:30pm, I ran out of gas and was told Core Values was contracted to assist me within an hour. At 1:45, I called Core Values and was told they would be there within another half hour. At 2:30 I call Core Values and was told they would get to me in another 45 minutes. I asked if there were any options for me and the phone person applologized and said I could ask Geico for a different contractor. I took his advice and Geico contacted Rays towing, giving a 45 minuted eta. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and had gas in my car, plus papers signed within 2 minutes. I was happy to tip the Rays Towing driver $20.

WORST TOW COMPANY!! do not use them. I had to have my car towed twice. The first time they came out towed it they were fine but then after dropping my vehicle off at the mechanic the driver texted me asking me out to lunch or coffee saying he found me attractive and I seem sweet. While that is a compliment I felt it was very unprofessional.Now the second time Ive needed my car towed I had my children with my my car wouldnt start called geico and they sent out core values again. Oh this time the request which was put in at 6 pm said eta of 7:28, 7:28 comes around and no one shows so I call them they said the driver would be here in 30 mins. So 8 pm comes around nothing I then call back and the company said the driver would be 20-25 min. Finally I call Geico to cancel and send someone else.Very unprofessional, worst towing company, not reliable at all.

Locked out of my car in the rain - dispatched thru my insurance company. Originally quoted a 45 minute wait (around 1pm). An hour goes by and no one shows up. I call them and they inform me that the driver should be on the way and he will call when hes nearby. Another 90 minutes goes by, and still nothing. I call them again, and they say they dont have any drivers available until 4:30 pm. Eventually my insurance company called me to follow up, and apparently Core Values told them that I requested the driver come at 4:30 - which is completely false. Insurance company dispatched a different company who actually arrived early. After being left out in the cold ave rain for over 4 1/2 hours, I have come to the conclusion that Core Values has absolutely no Core Values and honestly shouldnt be an option for anyone.

I dont know why Starlink uses this service, theyre incredibly unreliable. The initial estimate for services was 75 minutes, which is already a long time considering im in a suburb just outside of the metro (never had to wait that long with any other service from Starlink). After over two hours of waiting, I call Starlink and they say itll be another 30 minutes. I called 35 minutes later and itll be another 20 minutes.The dispatchers are clearly inadequate and have no idea how to do their job.After speaking to the person who gave me my service theyve done stuff like this before. I dont know how they still have a job when they are ok with leaving people stranded for hours when they have the control to not do that.And the whole time I never got a status of the eta changing.I had to call every single time. IT TOOK 3 HOURS to get a very simple service of a jump start.That dispatcher really needs to go. Maybe youd get less upset/distressed people calling you if you actually routed jobs properly.

My insurance dispatched them for a quick tire change and they were supposed to arrive in 50min. At the 1.5hr mark, my insurance calls for an ETA and was told “we’ll be there in 30 to 40min”. At the 1hr mark, my insurance calls again for an ETA and was told “we’ll be there in 45min”. Again, at the hour mark my insurance calls and once again they’re told “45 minutes”. They refused to cancel the job.3.5hr later, no one has arrived to change the tire and I finally had my insurance cancel them. I asked to be rescheduled for the morning “with anyone except Core Values Roadside”. My insurance was disgusted with the service as well.I’ll wait the extra time for a different company.

I waited close to 3 hours, or Core Values Roadside service. I had locked My keys in my car out of gas station. After waiting an hour and then another hour, l I called three times, they told me each time a different story, first they were changing a tire, The second story was they were held up in traffic on a Sunday, after waiting two and a half hours, I called for the third time and representative said the service truck had broke down on the side of the road and it would be another hour, (never did I receive a courtesy call explaining why all the delays ). I did call Allstate roadside service who referred me to Core Values Roadside Service and they too put me on hold for a half an hour. I finally got a hold of a representative in Allstate and they said I had to cancel with Core Values in order to reinstate another service. Allstate also informed me that Core Values Roadside Service is going to charge me $120.00 ???., Hmmm.. then why do I have Allstate roadside service? I finally canceled Core Values Roadside Service after waiting almost 3 hours and called a local company they were there within 20 minutes. I did end up paying $95 for the service, and hopefully Ill be reimbursed by Allstate. This was a horrible experience!

Update (4 months later, 12/23/2020): I tend to have a habit of locking my keys in my vehicle... but I have to do myself one better and leave the vehicle running in addition. I again contacted Allstate and they sent Core Values Roadside Service LLC and while it did take longer than expected for them to arrive, they had to drive from Spokane, WA to Cheney, WA at 7PM. I was contacted by phone about 15 minutes before he arrived. Jason was the one who helped me, and was super polite and professional. Remember people, these guys come out to help YOU. I’m the one who locked my keys in the truck. Thank you, Jason, for coming to save me and being nice and talking with me while we got it unlocked. I don’t see why everyone is giving bad reviews. I’m 2/2 with this company, and if you look at my other reviews, I’m very picky. Just be nice to the people you called for help.Accidentally locked my keys in my truck, and contacted Allstate roadside assistance who assigned this company to come get my keys. I was nervous when I saw the reviews, but was surprised at how fast and friendly Ken got me going again! He called about 5 minutes before arrival and was very friendly. I confirmed that this was covered by Allstate and it took less than 30 minutes for him to arrive and get my keys back.

Very poor commitment and service. Every 30 min I called they said 30min to service and after 2 and half hour they cancelled it and ask to call back insurance. I would recommend insurance company not to use them anymore.

Supposed to tow my car and said itd be two hours. When I called two hours later the story grew to that they broke down. Basically they take in to much insurance work, cant handle it and dont really care. Read the other reviews and Im sure youll come to the same conclusion especially with this experience. My insurance company sent Brett Owens from Core Values Roadside Service to unlock my truck. He arrived 40 minutes early and was very impatient and rude over the phone. I tried to help him locate the truck in the parking garage and offered to meet him there, explaining that he was early and I would have to wrap things up at work real quick. He exclaimed that he would call dispatch and hung up on me. I understand there can be miscommunications between companies and we all have bad days, but the level of unprofessionalism and blatant lack of empathy or even understanding from Brett was absurd. If you find yourself looking for roadside assistance, look elsewhere. I can say the poor reviews of this company accurately reflect their service and they should reevaluate their “core values” and “service”.

Awful service was told my driver was on the way 2 hours before they arrived and was lied to multiple times about when they had started their route and when I called to check on the status they answered and hung up 7 times and when I finally got through I was greeted with nothing but attitude and them telling me that Im getting out of control btw Ive been waiting in 95 degree heat and this was also my first attempt to reach out to them.

Im a roadside dispatcher for a large Motor Club and I do want to warn you that core values roadside is horrible. They are never on time sometimes they never show up at all. Do not use them for anything they are one of the worst roadside assistance companies that I have to deal with everyday I get screamed at by at least two or three customers because of core values and their lie I do not know what their values are but honesty and good service are not one of them. If your roadside assistance has dispatch them to you call them back and tell them that you do not want core values they will waste your time and leave you waiting for hours.

Cancelled after 4 hours.Kept telling me the driver had zero visibility when the snowstorm was the day before and there was no snow on the forecast. AWEFUL- If you can go anywhere else, go there. We had to use this service to jump start our car through our insurance. The original wait time was 60 minutes, then 2 hours later we were still waiting in the cold to be jump started. We called the service 3 times. The first time they said we had to wait no more than 45 minutes. The second time the girl was rude to me and told me “There is no order for service..” I was so upset I began to describe the car and offer other ways to identify the order and she hung up on me. The third time was after waiting 3 hours, and the woman told my husband that we should reschedule for the morning because they wouldn’t be able to come for another hour at least. At this point it is 9:30pm and we are exhausted, the auto shop is closed and we have no car. We were stuck so we decided to schedule a 7am jump start. Fast forward to this morning, my husband calls the service at 6am to confirm that they will follow through with their appointment..well I’m sure you are not surprised to hear they told my husband they would not be coming till 9:00am. When I tell you this company is a complete and utter joke, I mean the kind of joke that no one laughs at and makes everyone upset. I hope you aren’t sitting somewhere waiting for their service to come because they won’t be coming anytime soon. Our advice, cancel and get a different service connection with your insurance or just walk home. It’s faster.

Sincerely wish I could give this company negative stars, they are absolutely horrendous. My Kia roadside assistance called them to send a locksmith to me, they initially gave me an ETA time of an hour later, to which they never showed up. When I called and questioned the ETA, I was met with the voice of a woman who could not care less about my situation. She informed me that they canceled my service 45 minutes ago, but did not notify me of this in any way. Do NOT use this company, as they are entirely unreliable and non-communicative!!

Be warned! This provider gives wrong time estimates. I waited for more than 3 hours before I gave up when the initial estimate was 55 minutes. I stood in the cold with a 6 months old and they just bluntly lied to my face. Read more reviews and you’ll get the picture.

One of the companies used by my insurance. Very unprofessional service. My gripe isnt with the service time as I never received service from them. My complaint is that they dont care about the customers safety. I told them repeatedly that I had no one to give me a ride back home and no money for a bus or Uber, so I couldnt make my own way back home. The manager lady was extremely rude about me riding with the driver, despite the fact that I named other companies that let me ride along so long as I wore my face mask. Its like they didnt want to provide the service. She didnt even really let me explain my side, simply told me to go with another company once it became clear that I had no other way home. Judging by the other reviews on here, Im definitely not the only one whos had professionalism issues with this particular company. Avoid them if you can.

Heartless Rayna or whatever her name is to Very unprofessional Rayna is immature and plays games on the phone I was stuck on a freeway on ramp heading north blocking they right lane and I called made a report Raya said 90min waiting time mind you My truck was completely dead an hazards didnt work she chuckled on the phone evertime I called to ask what the updated was adding another 25min to 35 min to time frame. Come to find out she never had a driver coming my way she wanted to play games on the phone tells u alot about how their company is.I also call 911 to be connected to state Patrol but since they were high volume handling accidents they werent able to help my family at this time. The time I spent waiting was also 3 hrs no one came to help. This isnt my first time dealing with this company. My insurance uses this company as third party fror roadside assistance. Please be advised before calling this company you will be waiting hours for service or they might never show up. Im not sure what type of power trip Ms. RAYNA was on but, she will get her karma back one day. You cant treat people the way she did.

After waiting almost 2 hours (an hour PAST the ETA time) I finally called them. The lady (who sounded half asleep) told me the driver “had car trouble” and wasn’t coming. She also said she “had already contacted the insurance company” to let them know. Fast forward another 30 minutes, I finally call our insurance company...SHE HAD NEVER CALLED THEM. They are UNPROFESSIONAL! We went through geico to get a lockout . They said 15mins and we called and they said 70 more minutes and I was stuck outside with my baby in the rain. I called and a worker named AVA answered and had an attitude and hung up on me THREE TIMES. I called geico to let them know how unprofessional the company was and geico looked it up and seen that they had canceled the job. ( I didn’t know) i’m warning y’all about them .

This is the towing service used for roadside with Progressive. EVERY TIME I have had to use this service through them it’s been a massive head ache. ETA is never correct. Pretty much just assume it’s going to be 2hrs longer than the ETA given. And if you call their main phone number, people basically give you the run around till you hang up. Wouldn’t EVER recommend using them for this service without it being covered by insurance!

No service was provided because I cancelled my order! I was told my wait would be a half hour, an hour later I called and was told it would be 25 minutes, almost two hours from the time of the original time expected I still hadn’t been helped and was told it would be another 37 minutes. Very disappointed in your service! Would not recommend if you need service in a timely manner.
