This is a awesome trustworthy tow company.My wife’s car slide off the road in the last snow storm Rich made it out and pulled my wife’s car off the fence and made sure the got back on the road safe. I trust them to tow my personal and all my businesses vehicles. I own a body shop and I wouldn’t have anyone else move my customers car. Rich and Kelly are great people and they own a small business. They get contracted out to cover lots it not steal cars. I’ve worked with many tow companies in this industry and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent service, Wonderful experience. Got me back into my very difficult car after it locked itself with my keys inside. Big problem, Great result.

Towed my truck from the parking spot I was assigned because I backed in. Asked for over $300 an hour after towing my truck. I get my truck back and my mirror is broke and my steering wheel will not track straight pulling to the left real bad now. They were extremely rude on the phone and even more so in person. I was offended by the lack of clothing the fat rude receptionist was wearing as well. I will be seeing them again in court.

They towed my car illegally with no warning. When i called to talk to them about it they were very rude n i lost my car that i had just bought two days prior. They towed my friends car in their parking spot with a parking tag that they pay for every month. They are crooks that contract with other crooks.
