I received a notice in the mail about my sons vehicle. I live in Wisconsin, he had an emergency in Washington and was unable to retrieve his vehicle. They worked with me on getting his car back. Very professional and caring. I cannot thank them enough!

Billy the tow truck driver was awesome and very very kind to my elderly mother. She was parked at the 711 on maxwell for 30 minutes while I was painting a house and he was about to leave with her car when I rushed over to see why he was towing her. He explained the situation and said if we were to stay calm he would work with us. He called his boss and told him what we told billy and let us go FREE OF CHARGE!!! I have yet to come across a towing company with this kind of empathy and compassion for our senior citizens or anyone for that matter.. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going with this company and Billy in particular. Thanks again Billy. You could have done whatever you wanted in this situation and you chose to do what’s right.

Had a great experience. Needed to haul a car about 20 miles that wasnt legal to drive. Called the office to set up the appointment and the person who helped me was professional and friendly. Made an appointment for the next day and Arron showed up on time wore the appropriate face coverings, was also very professional, friendly and courteous. Got the job done quickly with no hassle. Well of course I was not happy that my RV was towed...it was broke down on Cannon for 5 days so...inevitably it was gonna happen....and towing equals money...which i dont have enough of....so thank goodness my RV ended up here...from the first day I called them and explained my situation...they were extremely nice and understanding..even after it took me forever to get the RV tagged and plated as I kept needing more documents...Evergreen never got upset..they made this situation which was awful so much better and for that Thank You so much...you are all very much appreciated

These guys are simply the best at what they do. We were a special tow...a 40 Motor Home. It was towed about 35 miles and backed up into a rather narrow stall. The drive was fast while being carefull with our Coach. If your needing a true professional, Evergreen should be your call.

Jason for Evergreen was prompt in arriving. He hooked up the front end of my Sierra 1500 and used straps for extra security. Additionally, he used a dolly to lift the rear wheels as well. I probably should have known (but didn’t) that my truck should always be towed either on a flatbed or with a dolly so that all 4 tires are off the pavement since the truck is all-wheel drive - Great info to have - thx Jason! Additionally, he sent me a photo of the location of the truck once he dropped it off at the dealership as I had asked. All in all, a very pleasant towing experience (as pleasant as getting your truck towed can be). Thank you Jason and Evergreen

Yesterday my young daughter and I had our tire expand on the freeway, it was ready to blow. We had no cell phone, no spare and with the end of the world happening, no one was stopping. So with our hazards on, we drove it home at a snails speed, we got honks, lots of middle fingers, some guy called me a few choice words. Then Jason from Evergreen State Towing pulled in front of us, I told him we were just a mile away, and wed be ok. He agreed, wed probably make it, but he wanted to make sure, so he followed us and made sure we got there safe. He was headed back to the shop, but took 15-20 minutes out of his day to travel barely a mile just to make sure we were safe. He didnt have to waste his time and the company he works for didnt have to allow it. Especially since I had no money. Jason clearly possess the core values we can appreciate, which tells us that the company he works for does as well. Yesterday was a rough day from 5am to 11pm, I bet I aged 100 years, so that act of unnecessary kindness made our day. Used through AAA. driver had no mask. when asked, he pulled up half a bandana over his mouth only. when asked to wear a mask, not a cloth, said you dont need a jump start then, got in the truck and left. name was Eric I think.rude, dangerous, unprofessional. have spoken to AAA about why they would contract with this place

If I could rate a negative star rating I would yes they took car of my car but they messed my brakes in my rear up and. Stole my car from another tow company and impounded my vehicle. Even though it wasnt there more then a hour and wasnt on the road for more then 4 hours there. Business is disgusting not clean. There lot isnt. Watched honestly could have. Just went back and. We recently used AAA and Evergreen Towing was dispatched. Jerome assisted my family when one of our older vehicles unexpectedly wouldn’t start. His responsiveness was timely and he gave us updates through every step of the process. Upon arrival, he quickly addressed our issue (a dead battery) and even offered that we wait inside while he fixed it to get us out of the cold. After fixing the issue, he emailed over the battery report, recapped his work and filled up our tank with two gallons of gas! Jerome is the epitome of what companies hope customer service looks like. AAA is a great service but what makes it so great is the members like Jerome 😊 Thank you!!

Only towing company I will call now. I own a LOW car. They sent a flatbed with a special bed on it that works with low sports cars. I was amazed that my car didn’t scrape when they were putting it on the truck. The driver was also very careful with my car and treated it like his own. Than you Chris for coming and saving me. You earned a loyal customer.

Worst experience of my life. Never call Evergreen Towing unless you want to be treated like a criminal.I called AAA because I slid off the road about a quarter-mile from my house this winter. I ended up sliding off the road onto private property thankfully the neighbor was really nice and gave me a ride to my house. She said it was fine to leave the car but I decided after i got home to call AAA and have it towed to my home before my husband got off work. Thought it shouldnt be any big deal right?So I called AAA and waited at my home until I got the confirmation call. Soon as I got the call I met the tow truck driver at my car within 5 minutes. The driver was incredibly rude and insisted it was a crime scene. Myself and the property owner were flabbergasted! A crime scene? By that point the car had been there a couple hours. So in the freezing cold snow I was told the police were on their way so of course we waited. The nice officers said the same thing we did, it was NOT a crime scene.Just a lady who had slid off the road in the slush. Who needed help. We dismissed Evergreen Towing and ended up paying cash for a tow that we should have had through AAA.Never again! I caution anybody who uses Evergreen Towing....

Suspect they participate in some kickback scheme for towing cars out of apartment parking lots. Charged me $305 to pick up my car only 2 hours after it was towed for having expired out of state tabs.1. I legally have 30 days to transfer my plates2. My car was legally parked in the guest parking spot3. The DMV is so backed up due to covid that I cannot get an appointment to transfer my plates within that time frame anyway.4. Even WA state patrol themselves are not going to come after me for expired tabs.5. I am aware some apartments tell their tenants to keep thier tabs current as part of their lease agreement, however, I signed no such lease, nor is there any signage at those apartments stating that your car will be towed for that reason.Would be a 1star review but my car wasnt damaged by the tow so at least thats worth a star.

The last few times I used AAA, Evergreen Towing was dispatched. They go straight to business and help with your roadside assistance needs. Went through AAA on a Tuesday night to get my husband’s car battery jumped. I don’t remember his name, but our service provider arrived a half an hour ahead of schedule and was friendly, positive, and efficient. I hope we get his help next time we call AAA! Thanks!

Towed my car from outside my own residence that I was temporarily away from. They then proceeded to not notify me in any way of my car being towed. I had to call the police who told me Evergreen towed it. I called Evergreen and they tell me it was already auctioned off and I now owe them almost $2000.Scam artists at their finest.

My vehicle was stolen from Montana and abandoned in Spokane. The Spokane police told me they could not keep it for me and told me I could come get it. Living 4hrs. away, I had to wait for the weekend. They called a towing co. (Evergreen) to tow it to a lot to keep it safe until I could make the trip to Spokane. By the time I left, I felt like the criminal. I had to pay $700 to retrieve it. The police told me it looked fine, but when I got to Evergreen, the steering column was torn apart and I could not start it. My spare key was in the vehicle at the time it was stolen, so I dont know what the story is about the further damage. The interior was totally trashed. It took 5hrs. for my vehicle to be released to tow to a dealership for repairs. The police had no interest in finding out who stole and trashed this new truck. The price to retrieve it was unbelievably expensive. It was like being robbed twice.

This company is a huge rip off $440 to tow my truck 15 miles There is no way they could justify ripping someone off this mad just picking up a truck at a shop and taking it to another shop I have been told several times over the years and never had to pay any ridiculous price like this The company Im Least to set up the tow Without my knowledge In they did not even leave a copy of the bill very unprofessional company their only goal in life is to rip you off there are too many good tow companies out there that dont practiss this predatory type of towing

Was an AAA emergency breakdown call. Driver was very courteous and professional. Even picked me up at house (when taxi was late no show) and drove back to broke down car. Towed car to repair shop. Said he would give me a ride home from there ... if he had no other towing calls. He didnt, so I got ride home. Female Dispatcher was very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to use this Company again. They saved me time, money, and further hassle.

Crooked mother ........s. apparently a notarized copy from Washington state Department of Licensing release of interest for a vehicle we traded in in January and no longer own is not good enough to keep these people from harassing us for weeks and they want 50 dollars a day to store someone elses vehicle. Plus tow fees. Let this be your notice. Im charging a daily rate of 100 dollars a day for ever day you waste my time and give us stress and anxiety.Im also referring to your sister company Spokane valley towing.

They are very prompt, so prompt that your vehicles are gone while youre 30 minutes into attending your work Christmas party. Parked in a parking lot with my coworkers with limited signage explaining whos lot it was and next thing you know tow trucks are rolling in and out and taking cars. Dropped one from the car dolly because the driver didnt know how to properly strap. With a company worth of cars, instead of doing the right thing and warning everyone that all the cars will be towed, they chose to make the money and tow all the vehicles when it was very obvious we were all in the building right next to the lot. Crooked company, with no morals.

Hands down the the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Steven is without a doubt the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. He was extremely rude when towing my car when my girlfriend and I were asking basic, fact finding questions. He was flaring is arms in the air in frustration for customers asking basic questions and coping an attitude at every question. When asking where our car was going to be taken he responded with “Figure it Out”. Really? That’s the kind of people you guys employ to treat customers? I’ve delt with numerous towing companies in the past and never have been treated in such a disrespectful manner. From start to finish this was a miserable experience and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Theres no quality ranking of Bottom-Feeding-Miserable-Wretch-of-a-Company so I have to select the lowest level it will go. We had an accident and the state patrol called for the tow truck. Evergreen shows up with a BUS HAULER to tow away our little 1 ton truck. They showed up at about 6:30 in the morning. Our truck was still driveable so we lined it up for the operator, right behind his rig. Im sure he left the scene before 7:15 in the morning but for some reason it took him 2 hours to go 2+ miles up to their yard with our truck - billing our $218/hr along the way. They claimed on the invoice that it took a while because they had to do cleanup.....WE DID ALL THE CLEANUP! Going back by the accident site it was clear they had not done a &$#@ thing other than tow the rig. The final bill for 1 hours work: $854.00!!!! This is a sham, disreputable, thieving, insurance-fraud-happy company and I have no idea how they are still allowed to be in business. We went up to their yard to get our vehicle and when I protested the bill they said, Well, you have to pay that or you cant have your truck. Heres a form you can fill out for a hearing regarding the charges. THEN, we have to wait around in the snow for a 1/2 hour while they try to find the keys to our truck. The driver apparently took them home with him. No apology for the delay. IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION, OPT FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY!!!!

They illegally towed my car from a lot that I had permission from the owner to park my car in because it had broken down and they towed it and wanted to charge me $390 for one night in their lot they towed it at 11 a.m. the day before and I was in there at 4 p.m. the next day to get it I was literally picking it up the day that I realized it had been towed and was having it towed myself to my house and they had towed it away when I told her the situation over the phone she said oh thats rough they have no sympathy for others and not to mention they dissemble part of it so that they could tow it because its a four-wheel drive vehicle and they never even reassembled it Im very unhappy with this company they are very shady and unethical would never in a million years hire them for anything.
