The owner was great. We explained our circumstance as to why our vehicle was towed (it was at a repair shop and parked in the wrong spot) We still had to pay but he gave us a substantial discount. The whole family was there. Everyone was very friendly!

The guy did a great job, he was very nice. He got it into the spot we wanted and he made sure it was very secure when towing. Will definitely call again if I ever need a tow!

I’ve had 2 experience with B&B towing. The first time my insurance company sent Devan and he was great! Quick response time and got my car door open within 1 minute. The second time my insurance company sent me someone from a different company and they were unable to get my car door unlocked, so they left and I had to get back in touch with insurance to send someone else out. I remembered Devan and asked them to look up the company and they sent me Devan again and once again, he was fast and got my door opened within seconds!I wouldn’t go to any other towing company!

There seems to be miscommunication between Mechanics Pride and B & B towing. I called Mechanics Pride and they set up a tow. After telling them the make and model of the vehicle I was quoted $75. It wasnt until after the tow and my truck was on the racks in the shop that I was told it was actually $108 (not including tax) for the tow due to the weight (6.6L Duramax.. which I would still argue shouldnt have been an increase).Had I have know the price from the start I would have gone with Reliable Towing (theyre CDA but have a Spokane office) and saved a few bucks, which has been/is $85.Overall B & B was nice and easy to work with, but I dont like being told one thing before and then another after.

Excellent folks and very helpful in time of desperation. Always goes above and beyond being a tow company. They treat us like family.

Had a work truck break down at Hangmen Valley, called B & B Towing and they had a driver out there in 20 minutes. They were able to get the truck to our mechanic and it was fixed the same day so we didnt have any down time. A+++ Service!

I had a parking problem so i called b and b towing thay gave me 2 sign to hang and the very next day thay where parking at my place again sign in plain view so I called b and b and thay came out right away with 2 trucks and towed them I havent had a problem since. Thank you b and b

One of our cleaners were towed while on a job. Explained the situation and these guys helped us out.

Regarding their U-Haul rentals:Website hours are incorrect. The guy that checked us out had no idea what he was doing and was not familiar with uhauls policies. He told us anyone can drive the uhaul without providing their drivers license which is incorrect. We had to contact uhaul after we left to add another driver that was with us when we got the truck. He did not do a walk around of the truck prior to dispatch. This location was very dirty, stunk like smoke and the agent was not at all helpful. I wouldnt ever return to this place and would not recommend.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I didnt even get to meet the tow truck driver just from calling their custom service line I had terrible service. When I called the first time the woman told me that I didnt have to be there to get my car towed so I like how she was so agreed when I got paid to use them. I call 2 days later and shes short and rude. First she changes her story and says I have to be there...when I started to tell her she told me something else she became very rude and snapped back saying I was the one who talked to you and I never said that. If you dont like this call a different tow company. Ive never been so disrepected. I hungup shortly after she said this and will continue to tell my fellow coworkers and members of the Air Force not to EVER use their service again. Also I think the womans name was Becky.

The lady that awnsers the phone sucks if you need something towed they may leave you hanging and not call you back then laugh at you thats what they did to me

So...I get in a wreck (not my fault) and they want to charge ME $88 to get my stuff out of my vehicle because the yard is closed???
