Worst taxi service in Spokane Washington. Its not even a question. I set up a ride four hours ago while in a different city, was given a price and then I was picked up halfway there I mentioned the price I was quoted and the driver turned around and brought me right back to the airport because of the miscommunication between whoevers running the phones and the driver. I hope you develop cancer everyone in your company

I contacted Mr Taxi for a ride to the airport and even called again to confirm the date and time two days before the scheduled ride. The day of my scheduled ride Mr Taxi never came, I called 5 times and no one answered. I did not have another ride or way to get to the airport and therefore missed my flight due to Mr Taxi never coming to pick me up. I still have yet to hear from them for an apology or reason for them not to come. They are unreliable, do not use this service.

Great service! I called very last minute for a trip to the airport due to my Uber cancelling. I was very pleased with the service and was able to make my flight thank you Don!

Great service! Price was great even with the ongoing weather. Driver even helped with my bags. Would recommend and would use in the future.

The driver wasn’t particular nice even when I called to order the cab. He took a phone call with his hands while driving and speeding. He threatened to drop me off on the side of the road when I asked not to do this. He called me entitled and continued to berate me the entire car ride. I didn’t want to give him my exact address due to this reason and he wouldn’t allow it. Somehow he can drop me on the side of the road but dropping me at a restaurant is inexcusable? Do not use this service if you’re a young female traveling alone or don’t want to be harassed.

I called for a cab and was told it would be 45 minutes before he could get to me. I really just wanted to get home so I waited almost an hour and then called again to see why I hadnt been picked up and the driver proceeded to tell me he had gotten side tracked and was in the middle of another ride and it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes before he could get to me. In my opinion not the way a business should be handled. If you cant get to someone just say so instead of leaving them sitting there when you had no intention of showing up. Needless to say I called a different company whos driver was actually done for the night but felt so bad that id been forgotten about that he still came and they got to me in less than 20 minutes and even cut $10 off my fare. I would not use mr.taxi again.
