What can I say but a great experience as always. I’ve rented from them often and recently was there getting some propane tanks filled up. Sadly my vehicle would not start… And they hopped in to help out! I would not hesitate to do business with Sun rental on regal… A First class business!!!

They always have exactly what I’m looking for and save me thousands by not having to pay for labor on my home renovations. 👍🏼

I rented a rototiller for 2 hours he said it would be $40 for the twos hours and then of course there is a 10% damage fee added on. I ended up paying about $47 for a 2 hour rental. I thought thats not bad but I checked my debit card and they charged me $70!!! So I need to go in and complain. They better give refund be the difference between the amount I shouldve been charged and the amount they charged me.

I put a bad review in cause I was told that they were charging me another days rent for a missing key but that wasn’t true. I talked to the main guy in their and he said they would never do that. Everything was fine and it went well. Would use them again

Cheap rentals an they hook up everything and they go over the stuff u have rented and make sure u understand clean place could us some chairs to sit in when its really busy amazing people

Lame. I call needing a pipe puller for a sprinkler job. A guy named Merle answers who appeared to be half asleep. Couldnt give any info cuz his computer was down. I paused expecting him to devise a solution to this and he didnt say anything. I said is anyone able to help me and he replied uuummm the guy yhat does is off today uuummm sorry. So i thanked him for going the extra mile and hung up. Not what im used to with this company. I am not pleased. Hesitate to go to this company if the employees are asleep at the wheel so to speak. I count on rental agencies to be there for me with equipment I need. This didnt happen today. Fyi
