Very easy process to rent a mower after ours broke down and wound up in the shop for repairs.

Brought a newly purchased mower that failed after 6 weeks in for repair. After 12 days I called to find out when it would be ready and was told it had been ready 2 days ago. Nobody called to let me know it was ready. Had a really positive interaction with the tool rental guy, but they dropped the ball by not letting me know when it was ready for pickup.
