A cluster of an experience. Initially, their service map indicated there was service available in my neighborhood so I called to switch to their service. Was on the phone with representative 30 minutes while they figured out why they didnt have my address listed as existing.Fixed, then set up appointment a couple weeks out - no show.Called again and they gave me the run around indicating it would be another week and someone would be out - no show.Called them again and they said theres no service available in my area. No phone call, no text message - nothing. I had to call them to find this out.Why would they allow me to sign up for a service that wasnt available in the first place and why didnt they notice this the 2 other times I had to call them about not showing up?Pretty phenomenal lack of any basic business organization/customer service.
Craig came to tell us about fiber internet coming to our neighborhood. He was friendly and answered all our questions. I felt he was sincere and honest. We look forward to having this opportunity and didn’t have any problems with the install of the lines, but I will say my husband was present to help repair the sprinkler head properly because the gentlemen who were digging did not know how to fix them. I’m just glad He was here when it took place because I’m not confident anyone would have been knowledgeable enough to fix it right had he not been here.
Craig and Ed gave us the best night ever. The community was here and the staff was over the top. Cant wait to leave Comcast and get TDS.

I was a no to TDS until Craig Anglisano came to my door. No pressure, just an easy conversation with lots of information. I usually wait for everyone else to work out the kinks in a new service, but Craig provided the information I wanted about TDS, where their customer service is based, and the outline of the service rollout in Spokane. It was, literally, the best conversation Ive had with anyone whos providing a product or service.Service is due to be hooked up shortly. Im looking forward to it!

Very negative impression in my first face-to-face contact with a TDS salesperson (Craig) who came to my door yesterday. When I stated that I, at least initially, would most likely NOT switch providers, his demeanor immediately changed, and he snorted, Weve already gotten approval to tear up your front lawn in the right-of-way easement along Country Homes Blvd, where we will install our main line of fiber. Since were already going to be digging up your yard, you might as well sign up for our underground services. He also claimed that TDS would NOT reimburse me for, or repair any damage to, my property and sprinkler system within the right-of-way. (Note that the Spokane County Public Works Engineering Office today informed me that TDS WOULD have to repair any damages.) Nevertheless, the entire episode left me very disenchanted with Spokanes newest internet/TV provider. Unless TDS improves its customer service interactions, I would NOT trust this company any further than I could throw a 300-pound statue of Governor Jay Inslee.
We worked with Craig Anglisano, and spent more time chatting with him, then we did saying yes, to switching over to TDS. Amazing customer service! Having a sales background, it was easy for me to see his professionalism and knowledge base. Very personable!

I signed up with Craig the first time he came to the door. I was ready for a change and he answered all my questions about price, bandwidth, speed, hardware, and when. Competition with ISP’s is good and I support them breaking into this market. Even the ditch-diggers have been friendly, hard working, and wait for cars to pass. They all have been following construction safety and mask guidelines for the salesman. I can’t wait for them to hook up! 10x faster then I currently get for the same price! Even after signing up weeks before Craig stopped by to say hi and see how the construction on the house was coming along. Very nice!

He gave me the info of services offered and left so I could think about it... a week or so later he was back in the neighborhood and we decided to go with the service.. he did a good job and did not have some BS sales pitch... good job.

Craig Anglisano let our neighborhood know of the opportunity to switch to TDS once the fiber install in our area was completed. He was friendly and knowledgable of the process of switching/installation of fiber in the area. I decided to switch to TDS in favor of better billing rates.
Craig set us up for TDS fiber. Great guy, no installation charge 60 dollars a month for 1 gig speed. Super friendly service, looking at our new internet service in the late fall latest Christmas.
I received fantastic customer service from Craig. Ive been interested in using TDS services and wanted more info but my schedule made it necessary for Craig to come back several times. He was patient, kind, thoroughly explained the process and what to expect when TDS is up and running. Looking forward to switching to TDS!
Just signed up for 1 gig speeds, no installation costs for only $60 a month, no contract. Craig was our sales guy, super cool with my family. Friendly, knowledgable and not pushy in the slightest. He put our minds to rest that even if a sprinkler line gets nicked during the process that he would personally make sure it gets repaired. He did not try and force a rental modem or other services on us. Made suggestions about quality ones to get or how to check our existing one for compatibility. He totally made the decision to switch off the other high speed service a no brainer (you know the one...that is probably not working well enough to read this review). We should be up and going by Christmas.

Signed up for service was told it would be active in 2 months still not active and no communication from company on update of why service still not activetalk to another salesperson walking around the neighborhood he was very rude and no help just told me could be another 5 months very unprofessional experience.
Tds is new to our area and we are excited to get started with the new service. The gentleman that signed us up Craig was personable, informative and even came back a second time to give me enough time to decide with out feeling pressured. Great customer service! Plus we cut our bill in half from what we were paying with xfininty***
Received a flyer in the mail with not much info, but it instructs you to pre-register for the best deals. Well... Fiber may be the future, but pricing is very expensive. For me personally, it would cost me twice what Im paying C0mcast for identical service. I would also need to invest or rent new equipment (which I own my own for C0mcast). When Google Fiber came out, it was super cheap and was offered at fair prices for all income levels in the market. That is what I was hoping for from TDS.They want you to pay now for service that doesnt exist and nobody can say exactly when that is. Dont get me wrong, I was super excited for this company to come into town because Im exhausted with C0mcast. But I must say, I am extremely disappointed with your business model TDS.
Spoke with Craig who navigated my work schedule to get my family set up with TDS Fiber services. It was quick and easy and Craig was able to answer all the questions I had.
They lie about some things.The person who signed me up told me that the average ping to servers is much faster than Comcast. In fact, its over twice as long to ping servers.GAMERS STAY AWAY. Speed doesnt matter when gaming, as long as its consistent. Your latency does.Its terrible if you care about competitive gaming. Just a heads up..since I was lied to about this very important figure.Other than that, if you dont game, it seems great for the price and Id recommend it as long as you dont play a single multiplayer game at all..cause its really dogpoo for latency.

Craig Anglisano reached out to me for the upcoming fiber internet services. He spent time explaining the services and adding value to the product, showing me a side by side how I can save money. Im not saving a few bucks, but this will save me 60 dollars a month with comparable services. It may be a year away, but if the service is even half as good as it claims, itll blow my current services out of the water. Service was 5/5, craig was 10/5.

I found Craigs phone number from the TDS Facebook page. I wasnt getting the answers I was looking for from the 1-800 number, so I gave Craig a call. I live in an apartment so Craig couldnt get me set up for service, but he told me exactly who to talk to and when to expect service to be available. Im super excited for the ability to get service with TDS, and TDS is incredibly lucky to have such a friendly, professional and knowledgeable representative in Craig.

Might want to lose the argumentative salespeople. Im not going to stand outside my house and argue about why I wont get rid of my current service that I have no problem with. They come by so often that Im considering hanging up a NO, I AM NOT INTERESTED IN TDS FIBERS sign on my door.

These gentleman have been working their tails off in my neighborhood in North Spokane for the last two weeks, fighting the bitter cold, rain and snow. All the while I have yet to not be waved at as I pass by the work area. I look forward to doing business with tds as soon as service is available.
I came by at 5:15pm on a Thursday 11/5/2020, lights were on no one was there. Due to COVID only one person can be in at a time and that is fine with me. But I stood and knocked for 15 minutes and still no one. It was raining so I left. Tried again Friday 11/6 on my lunch, got there at 1:30pm and the building is closed, lights off no sign stating when they would be back. Came back around 5:20 PM (they close at 6 supposedly) lights were still off and no one is there. I want to register for internet service but if this is how they run their physical operations I think I will just stick with Comcast.
