Frank with CenturyLink was fantastic. Very patient with me, and willing to answer the more obscure questions that I had.He was able to give me information regarding the system entirely, not just sticking to the basics.Recommend entirely.
Wasted an entire day waiting on their technician who never showed up. No communication about rescheduling, when I contacted support I was greeted by someone who do not type proper English can barely understood what they said. After deciphering their supports terrible spelling I was told to continue to wait. Here we are 24 hours later still waiting with no communication with an Install date thats 24 hours past. Ready to cancel and I havent even experienced their service yet.
Quantum fiber that is part of CenturyLink, worst customer service ever. Received mail pamphlet, email, and text that my area was now available and has working fiber. Set an appointment, no tech shows up during appt window and no call.Talked to support and they said it may be a month before its available. Not sure why they let me schedule an appt if its not available and not inform me as I wasted half a day of work.My neighbor said they have done it two times to him, no call, no tech shows up. I made my appt after his second incident and after I had received all the info it was available. Support person said their tech told the office but I highly doubt it because they told my neighbor it was going to be a month. I later find out I made my appointment a couple days after they told my neighbor that.Basically they will let you schedule an appointment, tell you its available in the area and then just not show up because they are really not ready. Im not a big fan of Comcast which I want to switch from but at least they will notify you if something happens.In the end I lose half a day of pay and they could care less. UNACCEPTABLE customer service.
The worst service!! Even their automated system is stupid! Called to get a hold of representative and they system is being stupid first it tells me that its transferring and then all of a sudden :im sorry we didnt get a respond from you... and basically tells me if I still need assistance to call back... WHAT?!? What response? I just had a question and now Im all passed ciz there is no way to get to a live person to get their help. Will definitely avoid century link in the future
Help get me internet service in less than 15 minutes was so fast and they were really easy to work with. Definitely recommend

Year 2021 CenturyLink provides 11 Mbps download and 1.0 Mbps Upload.There is no other provider in Liberty Lake area, this is the only reason why we are still using this pathetic service.

Seems like you cant get through or their closed. Im paying more than new customers with faster internet, but getting someone on the line sometimes is a challenge.
The customer service is shameful even by internet service provider standards. They are completely non-responsive to service requests and by the time you spend 20 minutes on the phone trying reach a person you waste another 45 minutes with some who is rude. I would give them fewer stars if I could!
Customer service is non-existent. I was on hold for an hour, then two hours, to get technical support help with their poor internet service. Was never able to get through. Ive been on the phone for 20 minutes now to cancel service. Highly recommend you try another ISP. I doubt many of their 5-star reviews are authentic, considering many are by people who have one review.

During a pandemic when schools are closed and remote learning is the only option they will shut you off if your payment is less then 24hrs late and offer zero extensions not even 8 hours to get to a payment locations.

In our household we were continuously being dropped off of our internet network. So we decided to switch to Spectrum after getting feedback from other family members. My husband called CenturyLink to cancel our service and go the run around for 2 hours. Because the month had just started and we were a couple days into billing cycle we had to pay the full months service fee. My husband told CentruryLink to disconnect us and they didnt. We assumed it was due to our month of service being paid. Well we received another bill this month for the the full service fee and most likely they will not refund that either. They do not make it easy to disconnect services and they continue to charge. I can see how easily it would be for them to mess up a persons credit or create a financial hardship for the person as the bill racks up while they refuse to disconnect services when requested.

Fiber internet for 60 bucks a month noooo contract! The guys that came out did an awesome job and were super nice! They made everything clean and made sure everything worked. I love my fiber!

Wish I could rate lower but i cant. I had service for maybe 6 days, not connected. And i had to cancel. The person I spoke to claimed that i didnt owe anything if I sent the box back. I was able to send it back and they claimed I owed nothing. I opened an account that I had with them from Oct 2017 to january 2018 and even made payments on but owed a bit over 200 and couldnt pay because I was in school but I knew I had to pay. Now theyre claiming i never made any payments to them, said iIhad service with them up until march 2018 and the lady i spoke to laughed because she believed I was lying about making payments because the confirmation numbers never showed up. Whats funny is that my mom has this for internet and theyre claiming to have never received her most recent payment even though she has the confirmation number on her desk and the money was taken out of her bank account. This company hires ghetto chicks to answer the phone and hang up on you when you question something fishy. Get this company if you like making calls to 7 different phone numbers then get called a liar when you catch them scamming you.
