I was losing Ptera due to them changing towers, so I called Choice. He told me that he was looking right at the map, positive my rural address was good for Century Link. Ordered it, received the modem, unit wouldnt connect, so I called Century Link, who promptly informed me that internet wasnt available at my address. Wasted my time and delayed me in getting my new provider.

We ended up not needing their services but they are still trying to charge us $50 just for driving out to our house. When my wife and I tried talking to Jeremy (said he was the owner), he was very rude and could not provide any information in writing about their cancelation policy, just said Im the guy in charge and Im sending you a bill. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They dont care about customer service! Thank god we ended up not dealing with them further, I cant imagine the nightmare!****UPDATE*****Just got off the phone with DISH customer service and they have verified that no, Choice Marketing cant charge us for services not performed. And said they will contact the company directly.

THIS COMPANY HAS FLEW STRAIGHT TO THE TOP 3 COMPANIES IVE DONE BUSINESS WITH IN THE LAST COUPLE YEARS. I INTEND TO PURCHASE AN AUTO SAT FINDING ANTENNA AND I WONT BUY ONE FROM ANYONE BUT CHOICE MARKETING.

Anthony and Jeremy are the guys to go to for any TV/internet needs. They know way more than the people you wait for hours on hold to talk to, and they’ll get you figured out and happy with your setup in no time. Having them local is a huge convenience, and they’ll do everything they can to save you big money on your monthly bill. I’d recommend them to everyone in the area no problem.

I went in with a couple of questions came out very satisfied. They are taking care of my tv issue on Tuesday.

Second time ordering TV and Internet with Jeremy and Anthony. First time was a transfer-move-service from out of state and they made it effortless on my part last year. I called them again a few days ago because my DISH contract ended and they hooked me up with TV/Internet that was perfect for my needs! Ill never use any other 1-800 number non-locals again! They text, call and respond right away. They are always positive and make me feel confident in their ability to provide me with answers to my many questions, accurate pricing and inform me of all my options without any Upsell pressure!

Jeremy is so in tuned to all the different television and internet that he can direct you to the best deals. He just saved us $45 on a two year contract with DISH that a person addy DISH didnt offer!!

Do not go with these people. They screwed me out of $50.00 and I have another person from Dish here updating boxes and fixing their screwup now. When I drove to office and needed help all he did was use my cell to call an 800 number. And they were rude and acted very impatient with me. They were NO help at all. I made the mistake thinking I would get better help going local but was just the opposite.

They dont care for the neighborhood they serve, they dont clear sidewalks for the disabled, their building alarm goes off multiple times a day and when you call them about it they say why didnt you call the cops, and I say I did, the cops dont do anything, their alarm system sucks. They rent heavy equipment to landscape their property and they operate it from 6pm to 4am, keeping our sick 2 year old awake all night, three days straight, and I called the cops three nights in a row, the cops dont have time to enforce the city noise ordinance. They need to fix their alarm and care for the neighborhood they serve.

Excellent service and I cant believe we did not switch from cable sooner. Quality is MUCH better and very happy with prices and service!
