If I could I would give them negative stars. We chose to rent a Stump Grinder from them for the day. They charged almost $200 for the day. Got home (about an hour drive) started to use it when the pull start came off. My husband spent time putting it back on and made it through 3 smaller stumps to get the hang of it. When he moved to a larger stump the spring broke. He called and they said they could fix it however it would take us 2 hours round-trip to get it fixed and figured we would return it and try again another day. When my husband arrived they only gave him a small refund stating they had to charge a minimum (less than 1/2 of a day). We will never rent from them again and will suggest to everyone we know to go to A to Z or Chattaroy rentals. We ended up paying over $140 to do 3 stumps.

Not gonna come to back. They look for ways to nickel and dime you. Lots better options out there

Although I had to get a refund, James was very courteous, both on the phone, and in person, even when I called requesting refund - when I got there, he had refund processed and paperwork ready for me. A+ customer service, will consider them for needed rentals in future.

I have used this company in the past, but they no longer rental augers. the reason is there worn out and not going to be fixed. fortunately theres other equipment rental options that take care of there equipment.

Quick service, good inventory, would rent again.

They do not understand the requirements of trailer towing. They think they do, but when they open their mouths the truth is obvious. Otherwise, if your experience is like my only rental from this place, you can expect equipment that is poorly maintained.Plenty of places that rent the same stuff.
