Barry Melton came to us and commissioned us to make him stickers. He was referred to us by another company. He knows who. I will be sure to let them know about our experience with Barry from Spokane Forklift.We were very amicable to do it for him. He asked how quickly we could have them done. We said the same day. We got them done. Did not require a down payment. He said he would be in to get them. Called him, and it went to voicemail. We gave him a couple days, and then tried to call again. He answered, and said oh hey, yeah, uhh, been really busy, but Im going to come down there in the next day or 2, probably today though. He did not show up. We called again and it went to voicemail. Obviously dodging us now. Clearly this man will give you lip service and does not honor his business dealings with other local companies.Be aware of how he might deal with you. This was a $40.00 job. Imagine how he will treat you over a larger transaction.Ask him about this transaction. See what he says.Post Edit. Then this customer comes in with his cell phone running trying to entrap me. Right after my review he shows up. Asks me the total, and I told him $40.00 He wanted a cash price when he came in. And now he wants to work me and try to entrap me with claiming I dont collect tax. I said to him I would find him. I didnt say what I would do, but I let him know I was not happy about how he was conducting himself. I was not happy about him coming in trying to act high and mighty when he was the one that did us wrong. Coming in trying to play the victim. NO ONE ASKS TO PAY TAX. I told him his price. Which I had discounted his stickers included. He left without paying the tax I added on. I even told him the tax amount. Which is was $1.00 higher than actual tax. He still left without paying the tax. I asked him, why he wouldnt be an honorable business person and pay his debts. He had no answer to it.So if you have a complaint about this person, he will come back to try and entrap you on camera. AFTER he does you dirty, and negotiates an OUT THE DOOR PRICE.

Sweeeeeet forklift!! First time using a Linde forklift. What a charm. Weve owned, leased and rented I dont know how many forklifts...this Linde puts them all to shame. First off: used less than 1/2 the fuel as any other brand. No, Im serious. It ran all day at idle: never once did the rpms go up. Hence the low fuel usage. Plus the joystick controls were super and the machine just seemed to know what you are thinking and the hydraulics just do what you want done. 1/2 the fuel, idle rpms...guess that means the engine lasts twice as long? Plus at 1/2 the fuel; noxious fumes werent a problem so we didnt have to have all the doors fully open constantly. We have them open but not fully. Anyway: were buying soon; guess which one were gonna get? Rent one and youll buy one.
