I highly recommend for any shoe needs! I had three pairs of boots in need of heel repair. Not only was the service amazing(knowledgeable, kind, and explained every step, even recommended new soles to lengthen the life of my favorite pair of boots ) but the turn around was quick. My boots look like new again!

I had a lot of bridesmaids and she messed up on 3 of the dresses. My sister in law paid extra to get her dress fixed and they needed to make it smaller and somehow made it bigger. I am highly disatisfied because it made things really hard for my wedding. I would not recommend using them.
