Ive been a customer at Alteration Center for several years. The quality of their work is always top notch as is the value and their Professionalism. The work is always ready on time too. They are super nice folks and I will make the drive even after moving to Southhill.

Absolutely love this place! Ive always taken my alterations here, weather its been for military uniforms, Security uniforms, and even my wifes chef coats. They are always polite, get the job down quickly and do quality work, and to top it all of their prices are more than fair.

If you need repairs or alterations done to your clothing, this is the place to go. Super nice people and Quality is number one with them. I took a expensive motorcycle jacket in for a zipper replacement. I had what I thought was the correct zipper for replacement because it was sent to me via the coat manufacturer. It was pointed out that this was not the correct zipper but the proprietor had the exact replacement in stock. I was told initially that it would take 7 to 10 days to do the work. The proprietor must have seen the disappointment in my face and said I will have the coat for you next week. I took the coat in on Saturday and had it back on Tuesday. Again very nice people and their work is outstanding. I highly recommend Alteration Center of Spokane for any repairs or alterations you may need. Thank you so much Alteration Center.

Great people, quality service. Ive had suits professionally tailored by others but these guys did a great job compared to my other experiences. Its quality work for a fair price. I buy suits of the rack that are somewhat cheaper then have them tailored to fit perfect to my height and weight. I would highly recommend them to anyone as my experience was great.

Have been going here to get all alterations done for over a year whether it be prom dresses or casual every day clothes and they have always been prompt and done an amazing job.

These people are nothing short of the authority in their niche here in Spokane. I have used their services three times to date, and on each occasion I was welcomed into their place of business with a friendly hello and a smile, and ensured that all of my needs were addressed, met and even exceeded. They stole my two bags I brought in for new zippers. Never heard back from them and called them never picked up. That was a year ago!!!! F them

They were efficient and timely with 2 large alteration orders for Shadle Park High School Instrumental music Program. I would definately use them again.

This company bought out a company that my mom and I owned, Stellas Professional Sewing and Alterations. I am sorry Spokane.They only use heavy duty machines, no matter what the job is. The owner had one year training.

Needed a rush alteration done, the owner promised me that it would be done by the next day, called me after their hours by a long shot and told me that it was done THE SAME DAY. I cannot stress enough that this man went above and beyond for me. I will not take my clothes anywhere else again. Best alteration company in town.

I was extremely pleased when I stopped by recently with my mom to get my wedding dress fixed. I was welcomed kindly and was offered water. Alex is a professional, he knew what he was doing and the dress was done in a timely fashion. And the dress turned out beautiful for the big day.

We didnt think my suit could be fixed and thought we would have to throw it away. After Alex looked at it and said he could fix it we gave him a chance all the while thinking it couldnt be done. We were so surprised and happy we gave him a tip.

This business doesn take credit cards because they (the CC companies) charge to many fees so its cash or check. Since I dont normally carry over $200 cash on me Im forced to come back with cash or check. This negates any cost savings the business would benefit from as I wont be bringing any more business their way because of the inconvenience. When I have the time to come back and pickup my items Ill update this review with the quality of the work.

Alex has been my tailor for over 20 years! His work is impeccable and his skillset unmatched.

I would not recommend this place.Went in to get 2 very easy alterations done,went back to pick up on date noted for when they would be ready only to arrive and see the person barely getting started on my alterations.waited 10 days for them and they weren’t ready.yet.

Took my clothes in last minute for a wedding and they turned it around very fast for us. The job they did was excellent and would use them for any alteration I need in the future

Brought in 2 shirts and told I would get a call when done. Got a call 2 months later, and completely forgot to pick them up. A year later I get a very rude call that they are going to send me to collections if I dont come in. Very rude and have never dealt with a business this bad.
