The customer service that I experienced was nice, very nice ladies (at first). The manager did a great job dying my hair and giving me a trim. The only down side to the service was that on the back of my head the shampoo was not washed out all the way.I had let her know and she used a rag and wiped the back of my neck even though I said it was in my hair. Also they received a phone call from an other customer saying her hair was cut unevenly. They talked trash about that customer. When I got home I had to rinse it out myself. There was a ton of hair dye and shampoo coming out of my hair. Also my step mom with shorter hair got the same service and was charged more than I was even though I have way longer hair, used more hair dye and got more hair cut off than her.

My husband said my haircut looked like she quit half way through. Very uneven, and lots of length gone. Not at all what I asked. Didnt offer mirror to show back of hair, charged for style but got dry cut. No hand sanitizer. I have liked this place in the past, (going here for almost 3 years) but wont go back. Worst cut I have ever had. I dont review normally good or bad. But haircut was just bizarre.

Cant believe how messed up my hair was to only go back the next day to find out it was the manager who cut my hair and as the other stylist said she butchered my hair...literally looks like I have a female mullet and choppy as heck. Not pleased at all

I would give them a five star review The Stylist did a great job but the companys now charging $4 sanitation fee taking the price up to 21something dollars for a very basic haircut. I would go again but I think companies making them over charge for haircuts

Went in my hair didnt turn out the first time, but I went back in & Paul was amazing and he redid it. And I love it. I WILL definitly be going back. Paul is amazing & funny.

Wouldnt give em 1 star. I have tried to call several times to speak to a person to book an appointment for just a hair cut. Finally after a few days of trying a woman answers. I ask her how much for just a cut, she states 20 something. I said I thought it was less and she said oh thats for a shampoo too....umm I asked for just a cut. I try 2 times to book appointment online. It always gets canceled. Then their website states opened one day and I go in and no one is there its locked up and shut down in the afternoon. I am done trying to give this horrible shop my business.

Went and had my hair done today, the hair cut is okay. The highlights are chunky, there are missed spots, the back was even highlighted, and my hair is yellow. If I could post pictures I would. I’m not happy, I only came back because the person who did my hair last year did a wonderful job, but the lady who did my hair today did not. I have to spend even more money to go and get my hair fixed somewhere else. Not letting anyone there touch my hair again.

This was by far the worst hair experience I have ever had. I called 2 days before my appointment and said I want an all over color with highlights in 5rv and RV. She said no problem, set up the appointment. I arrive, and am told they are out of 5rv and have been for a little while. No biggie, we find an almost identical color called 6RR. These are purplish colors with red hues. So i tell Tracy I want the purple to be the main color, with red violet highlights. She says ok, and mixes the color. I asked if it was the 6RR because it looked really copper, she assured me it was. Mind you, I have dyed my hair 6RR before, so I know what it looks like and what the end result on my hair is. Then she says shes going to do foils all over, alternating each foil with a color. That would have made me look like a pompom. I told her no, I didnt want that. I wanted most of my hair to be the purple with the red violet highlights. I explained like how you dye someones hair brown and do blonde highlights, only with purple and violet. She proceeds to argue with me and try to guilt me into letting her do what she wants, then finally agrees. The whole time she is doing the foils, I am telling her she is missing the roots around the foil and I can feel she is missing hair. she tells me itll blend, not to worry, she was gunna make sure the roots were covered. when she set the time for the color to set, I looked in the mirror. She had pulled random groups of my hair out around the foil. I asked her to please finish dying all my hair. Mind you it is an ugly ashy color. She spent 5 full minutes refusing, arguing leaving those their original color would blend with the (supposed to be) purple. I finally told her I was paying for my whole head to be dyed, not 2/3 and she angrily scrubbed some dye on the pieces. I asked her again if she got the roots, and she told me again she had it handled. After the rinse, I looked in the mirror and my heart dropped. Not only did my hair look like it was colored a month ago from the roots not being dyed, but it was copper, a solid copper no 2 tones. not even close to red violet or purple. I told her it looked awful and I didnt like it. She didnt apologize, or offer to fix it. She told me wait until it was dry. She dried it, and it looked worse. The color is extremely splotchy, with huge missed patches, not highlighted at all and my roots look grown out. I was so mad I was in tears. I am a single mom of 4 kids. I saved for months for this, and used my one free day in forever to go. When I told her i was very upset and it looked awful, she shrugged and told me that was my fault, took my payment, and waved me away without offering a receipt or an apology or any kind of fix at all. I am waiting to hear back from corporate, hopefully I can get a refund as I never want to be that humiliated again so will not return, but do not recommend having Tracy as your stylist unless you just need a plain haircut.

Went in for full highlights, as I had a lot of grow out and Anna did amazing! Very few stylists have gotten my natural hair color to be that prefect of a blonde on the first try! Even very high end salons, dont get it all the way blonde. Most the time its a bit brassy, yellow, or not close to the color I want. Ive been lightening my hair for 16yrs, and this has only been achieved a few times! My hair is dark brown and I like it too be a very cool tone blonde, even slightly gray. Many stylists say its not doable to get that level but they get close. Well its been done here, and now I know where Ill be going from now on. She also gave both my daughters really cute trims quickly. Prices was way more affordable and exactly what we wanted! Usually a good salon visit is close to what we want but expensive, not both, and Ive been to a zillion places. High end doesnt always mean good, its all about the individual stylist.

When highlighting hair they dont tone it. They are just as expensive on hair coloring as some other salons however they do a less quality job. Not horrible just dont tone highlights and other stuff.

Took my 4 year old here..they are super patient with him..hair cut was good. Staff was nice too.

Nicole was super amazing. She helped pick a style that wouldnt damage my hair but it was still something that i wanted. It turned out great i never had a peek a boo of any kind and she did blonde and purple with my red which looks great. She also cut my moms hair amazingly. I will for sure be going back not only did my hair turn out great she was also super professional and friendly.

I had my hair done today by Laura. She was absolutely fantastic! We decided on a really complicated style with lots of color, and it turned out wonderful (like expensive salon style wonderful)! I recommend asking for Laura if you visit this location 😀

Needed all my hair chopped off and a stylist names Laura gave me an amazing cut. She also washed and styled it for me. A week later she walked by me in the parking lot and recognized me and gave me a compliment. She is great and I would recommend her to everyone.

Nicole has made my day! I have long hair that normally gets messed up but she knew what she was doing! With ease she cut my hair better than anyone else I have found around Spokane. I’ll come back every time I need a cut.

Charged $40 extra for my hair when the manager said $20 extra for my hair length. Did that to my mom and I both. My hair cut was okay but the color was great. Idk it I would come back. Full head of color for me and highlights for my mom cost me over $200. Kind of ridiculous.

Called and Laura claimed everyone called in sick for that day and they had no openings. She was very unprofessional and obviously hates where she works. Claimed the salon manager Nicole wouldn’t come in to help even with them short staffed. Guess it was my lucky day they were “booked”

I brought my daughter in 15 minutes before they were to close and the lady refused to cut her hair .because she had long hair it gonna take longer than 15 minutes she closed at 8 oclock and we got there at 7:45

Horrible and unprofessional! I had made a appt with Michelle Garza. I show up for my appt after working all day just to find out she not even there. I even drove across town! Showed up to check in and the crew says oh she wont be in today, she didnt call you this morning to let you know. I told them no and they just said oh that sucks and went about there buisness. Still to this day she had not call to try to reschedule or even apologize. Will never in my life go back there. So rude!

Nichole is amazing, I have hair that appears straight but as soon as it gets wet or is cut it is all curly and I have gone through some horrible experiences with hair stylists that cannot cut it right. She does it right every single time and I am so glad that I found her!
