Waste of my time. Didn’t let me enter without a mask or vaccination card and didn’t happen to mention that when making the appointment.EDIT: You know you wasted my time, just apologize and move on like every good business owner would do. I had an appointment scheduled with you and you didn’t follow through because I didn’t have a photo of a vaccination card to appease you, however wasn’t informed I’d need one prior to our appointment. nowhere else In Spokane have I come across something like this, it’s poor business practice in my humble opinion. Take it or leave it, just my 2 cents.

I went probably a couple months ago and fiancé and I both thought it was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. Called one afternoon and they got me in super short notice. Everyone was friendly, nice environment. I could tell Jay the barber really cared about his craft and his business. I am definitely going to be returning for the foreseeable future.

Had to get my haircut done ASAP and called these guys. Got me in in 30 minutes with Zay. The shop is awesome, the atmosphere is awesome, and the barbers are awesome. I’m not usually one to keep conversations while getting a haircut because of a bad experience when I was younger. This shop gets everyone involved in the talks while maintaining great craftsmanship.It’s been a while since I’ve had a fade with this much attention to detail. Highly recommend these guys!

Just moved here from Wisconsin and needed a cut before starting work on Monday. Jay did a phenomenal job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. Offered great advice, clean friendly barber shop, and my hair cut was just right. Won’t go anywhere else they earned my business for life. Highly recommend the guys at Classic Cuts

Went to get a haircut and I didn’t get a fade he just chopped it. Nothing was blended and I was there for about 3 hours. My sons hair looked amazing but mine is not okay at all. They were nice and awesome people but my hair was not worth in total 70$ for a child cut and mine.

Late walk in and sat with a barber. I did not like what he was doing grinding on my ears with clippers. When I questioned him the owner became outraged and asked me to leave. Guess it was a bad day for a paying customer to question a barber providing a service. I wish you only the best in your business and perhaps a better customer experience.

I’ve been going to Jay for about a year and he has been great. Recently, I went in for my regular cut from Jay. I was ignored and treated with a very rude and unprofessional attitude the entire time. And to add to that, he did not give me the cut I asked for (pretty much gave me a buzz cut) and didn’t much care. He makes you sit in the chair and wait on him like you have all the time in the world to piss away. I don’t know why this change happened all of a sudden, but I will be taking my services somewhere that actually cares.

Just moved into town and Learned very quickly that this was the go to spot. Jay was able to take me in early this morning, and Made me feel like family the moment I walked through the door. To say this man is an outstanding barber is an understatement. Not only is he a very talented barber, but also a very good person. I stayed and chopped it up with him for about an hour after my haircut, and had some good conversations. Glad I found a shop to call home!! Good looking out Jay!

Im not from Spokane and needed a haircut. I chose Classic Cuts based on the great reviews. They werent lying! The shop was very welcoming, Clean and Professional. My barber GTO, gave me one of the best fades Ive ever gotten in My life! I simply had to explain how I like my haircut. He nailed it! Spot on!! I also have a long beard and dont often trust new barbers to touch it. However, GTOs attention to detail made me feel comfortable. Overall.. I had a Great experience..! Amazing hair barbers. I myself have been getting my hair cut with Jay for a few years now. Finding a consistent Barber in this town has been hopeless and even thinking about getting a hair cut gave me anxiety in the past. Let me just say this, you show up and say how you want your hair cut or show a picture and you will get exactly what you ask for.
