Had a great experience here buying a salvage door for my car. They let me inspect the door before one of their technicians removed it and loaded it for me. The shop is organized and well-run. Likely because of this I have heard and seen they tend to be very busy, but you can search for parts on their site, call ahead, and have your part waiting for you when you get there. Prices are competitive - not as cheap as salvage yards where you pull your own parts, but Whiteys tracks their inventory better from my experience.

One of the few yards that had late model Subarus in their inventory. Took me to the vehicles that might have the possible parts I needed. They were quick, kind, professional, and had decent prices. I will be coming back!

This is the 2nd time Ive done business with Whiteys wrecking. 1st time was great bought a differential it performed perfectly. This trip we drove from Montana to buy a 3.4 Toyota engine. The guys name was Steve, he was awsome he treated me very well! Found the engine I needed right away and pulled it! I got there and they had it wrapped and packed for bad weather these guys are seriously the best wrecking yard Ive done business with! I have dealt with MANY other wrecking yards!!! I will be back again thats for sure😊

Hit and miss for me. Their hours make it difficult for the average person to make it in but they tend to have a good selection.

My daughter has been looking for a clip for her headlights on her Subaru. She called the dealerships, went to auto stores and no one was willing to sell her the clips so her lights would work. She called in and they had them ready for her. She was prepared to pay for them and they gave them to her for free. They saved her spending over 300.00 to replace the whole housing for the lights. We are grateful and highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!

Best deals on import engines and parts in the inland northwest. Granted, most engines you find here have a bit more mileage than a shop importing Japanese front cuts, but those engines will run you three times the price Whiteys offers them for. Plus they are American/Japanese imports not JDM so they are guaranteed to pass our emissions standards and be fully legal as is. They also test every engine they pull for oil pressure and cylinder pressures and include more parts than an engine from a front cut importer. If youre just trying to get a replacement motor that will run for quite awhile on the cheap. Whiteys should be your first stop.

If youre looking to save money call Whiteys if they dont have it they can find it I was looking for a spindle for my 93,, 3 series BMW first looking on the internet finding new OEM costing more than $100 and if you add freight another $100 I got this part at Whiteys for $45 and the folks at Whiteys are awesome very helpful they dont always have the parts Im looking for but when they do its a good day

I have purchased many parts from this establishment over the years and have never once had a bad experience. Most recently I needed a part, called ahead, and they had it waiting for me when I arrived. I also needed a small part that I would come back for later. I wasn’t going to make it before closing so they just left it outside for me.The staff here is very knowledgeable and Professional. I will always come here first

Had exactly what we needed, even went out and got an extra thing we needed! Was impressed when a guy came in and tried to take over when Steve was taking care of me, and Steve shut it down and said that he would have to wait his turn and when it was his turn he would get great service too!

Called about a 2016 vehicle needed to fix a vent (dang mice), answered with friendly service, helped me with correct info I was looking for, good cost for part. I go there in person met with friendly service. Went out to yard only had one car that fit my need, dig thru removed parts no luck, but that happens cant have every part and multiples of certain vehicles, all the time.

Its a hit or miss, but usually has the parts you need for any vehicle. Prices are the highest in town for anything inventoried on the shelf. Its about the same price as something new online.If you need help, however, their customer service is super easy to deal with and pretty friendly. I go here from time to time, but sometimes their parts arent interchangeable with what they say they are, and when you find out on your own, youre making another trip to return it, which is an added expense in its own.

The one thing I cant deal with is unprofessional behavior. Dude hangs up on me/ gives me attitude on the phone when I ask if they have what im looking for. Off course they are friendly, if you are there. They wanna make their money not waste time over the phone.

Jason really went above and beyond for us when we were in a pinch, long story short, Spaldings sent us a driveshaft that was bent & as things would have it the replacement driveshaft they thought they had wasnt there, by the time we found this out it was late in the day, Allen directed us to Whiteys, by the time we ordered the part with Jason it was late in the day--I explained the issue with Jason of the need & he got it DONE! We were waited on right away. They had 3 guys up front and one of them was ready to help us as soon as we walked up there. He had good customer service and was knowledgeable about the type of car. The guy that showed us in the back for the parts was pleasant and took us righthere we needed to be to find the parts.

Whiteys only does Imports and theyre about one-third the size of Spaldings. Having said that they have good prices and good service. I just got an item for 15 bucks that I expected to be up around 40 or 50.

These guys are a A 1 great place to do business with. I drove from Montana to buy an engine and was pretty skeptical to be honest. My family owns 7 of these wrecking yards, so I think I am qualified to write this review. I had a small issue when I arrived and had to wait in line because they were busy, but the issue was resolved quick, no hassles. Engine was installed last Wednesday and purrs like a kitten. Rick has been incredibly helpful in finding some hard-to-get parts from across the country. He is very courteous and prompt with replying to email, included pictures of the parts (without having to request them!), and even made a second trip to the vehicle to check for other parts. Shipping prices are very fair, turnaround from payment to shipping is almost instantaneous. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
