Called 3 times to give them my business and all 3 times it says its not a working phone number. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.
I have bought a couple things from these folks, what can you say, it is a junkyard, in two visits, once they had parts, once they didnt. What makes me give them 5 stars though is that they are helpful. I once had a car without a title. Unlike the competitors in town who simply said cant take it, they let me know as the cars last registered owner that I could get an affidavit in lieu of title that would let me take it to them or any junkyard without the title. A little thing I know, but after calling several other junkyards, nobody else took a moment to share as much.
A truly awful experience. Driver was rude as can be, condescending. Basically everyone I dealt with was unpleasant. I was quoted 45 minutes for a truck to pick my vehicle up but it took more than two hours for anybody to arrive. Not even an insincere apology, just no apology or explanation of any kind.
I rode my bicycle there to gather some personal items from my vehicle being impounded. A tow truck driver was there. He was cold shoulder rude and couldnt look me in the eye. I was in their yard and left my bicycle leaned against my vehicle and walked around to the main office to discuss plans to pay off the fees. I went back out to the yard and loaded my backpack with everything i could. The tow-truck driver was stairing me down and flat rude when i had a question. Needless to say this young man was beyond inconsiderate. Heres why; when i started the 6.5 mile bicycle ride home my rear tire deflated from a gouge in the side wall of the tire and into the tube. It didnt pop. I didnt ride over any sharp objects. The side wall was punctured by what a forensics expert would say are usually signs of a flat edge screw driver tool 5/16 wide. I pushed my bike home for six miles. When i discovered the damage was not from riding but my tire had been stabbed in the side wall. The percentage of this type of tire damage under any conditions are impossible. Whatever their tow-truck drivers problem with me i will never know. But i do think the city of spokane can hire better impound companies then this creepy freak show outfit. Im sorry if you have to retreive your vehicle from this business. That employee for this dumpy run-down businessshanked my bicycle tire when i was in the office. What a jerk. I hope a cable snaps when hes doing a tow and it slaps a couple IQ points on his richard cranium. For now this slob has zero.
