Jacob was amazing and so kind!! I was locked out of my car with my dog inside after putting her in so I could clean up her waste and my car locked automatically. Jacob came extremely quickly and had my car unlocked fast. Thank you Jacob, you are awesome! On Easter too! All for a great price. 😊

Would definitely recommend them! They were careful with my car and came out very quick after I struck a curb. The were also surprisingly cheap for how far they came out and they parked my car perfectly where I asked the driver to leave it. They are well equipped and professional... I would definitely recommend them!

I was quoted $100 for a tow but instead he said he could fix it himself. I bought the part and he installed it then charged me $175. After getting on the road my car was smoking and overheating again . I took it to a mechanic and there was a crack and leaking coolant. The part Spokane Towing installed was NOT the problem. I paid an additional $400 to fix the leak. I feel like I was robbed and I wouldn’t recommend Spokane Towing to anyone.

Called this place at 12:20 to get a tow. They told me they would be here within the hour. I waited an hour and a half, then called to get a time check. The woman who I talked to had not even dispatched/let anyone know. She then told me I’d only wait another 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, it took another 40 minutes for someone to arrive. Keep in mind nothing was ever communicated to me. This was very unprofessional.

Seemed pretty expensive Reliable Towing did it for about half of their quoted price for under 20 miles on an in town quote

Luke helped me get mt car across town. He was a safe driver and got us to the destination and gave me tips on my tires (two flats on the drivers side) when getting new tires to put the new ones on the front and move the front passenger to the rear driver ..i knew that but it was nice to see him go out of his way to share some helpful advice!

Like an idiot I locked myself out of my car at work. I was reffered to luke by a friend and couldnt have asked for better help. They came in about 30min and it took them two seconds. Price and customer service were great thnx again!!!!

This place suck dont trust these guys with anything they will impound your car and afterword take all you expansive personnel items and say they never took a thing i wound not refer never they suck
