Tire-Rama has been my go-to place for many years. I never really had any issues with them. They are always professional. I did have a small incident where someone didnt tighten the oil filter housing tight enough, so it was leaked oil, gladly we noticed it on time (the next day I drove my car), New there was still some oil left in the car. I took the car back and hey tightened the oil filter and added oil. This could have been a major issue but luckily we took care of it in a professional manner. I just say to say thank you to the staff who do their best. Never give up on the quality. I support this shop, I know that most if not all employees do care about their job and us (customers). God bless you all.

I came in for a very simple suspension part replacement (takes 5 min on a lift) and they have no idea what I am talking about. Never heard of the part or what it does. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for a store that works on suspensions. I will not be back. oh yeah, I have 5 vehicles that always need something... your loss.

Great staff, I was greeted by Josh when I walked in, I came in for an alignment after a suspension install, they found out that I had a shot lower ball joint and went ahead and replaced it quick and all at the same time Greg found me a steal of some cooper tires. Great experience and savings on tires. Friendly staff that know what their doing. Definitely would recommend people to go here!

Tire Rama is top notch! I called around and got several quotes and they were by far the best deal. No one came within $100 of their price. The staff is friendly and very helpful.Update 6 months later: I have had a couple flat tires since getting them here. I took it in both times and they had things fixed up within a half hour. Was great to be back on the road so fast and if course no charge!

Wow I should have switched over to doing my tires here long ago. Absolutely wonderful experience buying one tire and mounting my snow tires. Way better than LS.

I had my check engine light come on in my jeep and while i had the guys perform a tune up on my vehicle they called me back to let me know that the code reading was. It was a fuel issue they told me i would need a fuel line flush and it worked. The check engine light has not come on since. Great service

Went in for what I figured was a belt issue. It was an hour wait even with having set up an appointment, but understandable since this is usually the busy season with tire switch outs. They were friendly and upfront about the wait time. The issue ended up being that my belt was good but just needed to be tightened, which they did plus fixed my squeaky driver door! Well worth the $25 in my No-mechanical-skills book. Pleasantly surprised and I would go back.

I wish I could remember the name of the fella who helped me today because he treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. I have been dealing with the South Hill Tire-rama for about five years now and have never been disappointed. I suppose thats the definition of 5 star!!

Just went in for oil change. Was out in about 20 minutes. Reasonable prices, they wont try to over sell you on things you probably dont need. I bought my last 3 sets of tires there as well. Decent quality products. No complaints here.

My family and I have used Tire Rama for 15 years. They are a great place to work with and are reasonable with their prices. I trust them completely with my car!They let you know how much time it would take to make the repairs on the car. They will hold off on repairs that dont need to be done right away, in order to save you money.Ken and John are great to work with!

Tire Rama does most of my maintenance work on my car including tires. Ken is always friendly, easy to talk to, and formative. I brought my car in for a tune up and the check engine light turned on a day later. They took my car right back in to figure out what the issue was with no extra charge. These guys have passion and a lot of knowledge in what they do. I am always grateful for their work!

Pretty quick service and good attention to details, the manager keeps it ship shape and the employees are very polite. The tire inflation and rotation was free. They measured my breaks and checked my fluids, as well. Good job guys, keep it up.

Honest, hard working and knowledgeable. My entire family has gone here for years. They dont try to upsell me things I dont need. Theyve also taken care of my kids when needed, such as when my daughter thought her car wasnt running the way it should. They looked at it, topped off fluids, let her know all seemed ok and told her to say hi to her dad and grandfather. They always give great service and they are trustworthy.

Always very helpful and friendly. They guarantee there work. I bought a pair of wiper blades at a great price then couple days later one brock and went back and they replaced both wipers free. Then it happened again on other side so went back and they replaced for free again. They also checked my tires and fluid for free to make sure I was safe cause a tire looked low. Great poeple.

I bought wheels here, was told by another shop that two were bent and needed replacement. When I returned with my receipt I was told no problem the bent wheels would be replaced. They ordered them and told me to come back and when I did they claimed the wheels were not bent and just needed balancing, did not charge me and sent me on my way, having done nothing to solve the problem.

The workers are very informative, when looking at your vehicle they make good suggestions even if they are not the ones who would be doing the work..

We went somewhere else first for an issue we had with our axle. They told us only the front one needed work. Got it fixed, but the car was barely drive-able. Not happy with our experience at the original place we went, and getting the feeling that they way overcharged us, we tried Tire-Rama on 29th. They let us know we were having an issue with our rear axle, as well, and they fixed the shotty alignment job the first place left us with. Tire-Rama was more affordable than the other place and the customer service we experienced kept us calm through the frustration.

I was treated with respect and found it to be a very nice time as they changed my Summer tires and wheels for my winter tires and wheels and did so in a very timely manner!Definitely a good experience since I had gone to Les Schwab (south hill store) and after standing and waiting for several minutes they laughed and said we dont have time to change them for you today (it was like 1PM)!funny part is they were in their les Schwab yellow tire bags but Tire-Rama changed them for me no questions asked!! Way to go Tire-Rama. Les Schwab take note!

Terrible mechanics here. Almost wrecked my sons car saying a leak he had wasnt important. Came close to ruining his tranmission.

Crappy experience! U get what u pay for and no one will make it more clear than Ray, the manager of the store. Who after looking at my car simply said I need new brakes. I guess I was u set the I pressing that new brakes lasted longer than. 20k miles. I had just put based a new pair barely a year and a half ago from Tire oORama. The same store. After having to go back and forth with the owner, Ray, about how long brakes should last, I asked for my keys to which he replied ok, its ur car, u do what u want,i will tr grow it back together and give u your keys. To boot, my keys were not even handed to me, but dropped on the floor, as if to say this is what we think of ur business. Thank u. I hope I can save someone the time and hassles that I have faced in the last two years, even after having spent my share of money... Two sets of four tires, new brakes..etc.

They change my oil for about the same as me doing it myself. And Im not rolling around on the ground underneath the cars.
