I called while traveling to Spokane from Lincoln county.I spoke to Brighton. I wanted to see the Model Y in person.20 minutes later, I was actually sitting in a beautiful Model Y with the white interior.The folks were so friendly, professional and knowledgeable.He even offered a test drive. Ive never driven an electric vehicle and it was very tempting but we we had to get to another appointment.If they had a model Y on the lot for sale, I might have taken the plunge.

Test driving a Tesla was a thrilling experience, even though I was relegated to the backseat as a passenger. I was invited by my friend and attended the meeting with her and her husband. The salesman sat in the backseat and directed the driver, my buddy. It is completely different than driving a regular vehicle. The Tesla S was unbelievable! I have never sat on such comfortable seats. What a quiet ride! The car was so zippy that upon heavy acceleration I was pressed into the seat. Who knew? Driving an electric car is a different way of life. You truly have to figure out every plug in station along your route if you take it out on an extended trip. Depending on the car, mileage varies. The lighter the car, the longer the road miles. Full charge for the larger vehicles with 350 to 400 range can cost approx $20. You can plug into an RV electrical box, which we already have at home, or have one installed. You can even use a heavy duty extension cord plugged into 110 but it would take a full day to charge. Super chargers will take 15 minutes or so. This seems like a great money saver if you tend to stick to the home base with 100 mile radius. The only problem with going to drive this vehicle with my friend is... now I have to have one too. Look for a 5 month wait time to get your car, with very limited colors. Loved the Tesla!

Just picked up our second Tesla! This one was for my wife who Briton did a great job setting up all the phones and showing us the differences from our Model 3 VS Model Y. Briton was friendly professional and was able to get us in and out in a few minutes as we were in a rush. Love our new car!!

These people are absolutely incredible. I was on a road trip from Phoenix to CDA in my Tesla Model 3 Standard Range and had an emergency that they took care of in the best way.My car had returned from Tesla Service in Scottsdale, Arizona shortly before my road trip for an unexplained error that required them to replace my entire drive system. Upon opening the trunk after this service, the body started hitting itself and the back window cracked. We were in the middle of Wyoming when the crack started and had to make it to the service center in Spokane to get it fixed. The crack got bigger and bigger to the point where it was about to collapse and shatter the back of the Tesla. We changed our hotel plans by a day to get to CDA a day early and took the Tesla in to Spokane - they had no room for us but because it was an emergency they acted as Good Samaritans and fit me into the schedule as soon as they got the back glass in. We also got a loaner car in the meantime that we took good care of and had to charge once before returning. The car was fixed just in the knick of time as our hotel days ran out and we began our return to Phoenix. We still have to fix the body and the front window which has a chip in it, but they fixed the back window emergency in insanely fast time with zero warning.Thank you Tesla Spokane!!!

I took a test drive of a Tesla, I was very impressed. I didnt think we where there when it come to Electric cars but I was wrong !

Review is of a Test Drive not the repair/serviceBeing new to tesla and first time in one they where extremely helpful with all questions and explaining how to drive and explaning teslas custom features. They also have great communication with yoh before you even get there and answered all questions in an very timely manner.

Recently bought a MY and brought it into this service center to have some minor panel gaps and misalignment on my Tesla. I was expecting to leave it with them overnight but to my surprise, they said they could get it done within an hour. Super pleased with the service and the other Tesla owners I met during my visit. The waiting room they have will do the job: Keurig, Water, free WiFi and of course, a place to sit. Pleased that we have a Tesla service center in Spokane and a great one at that!

This place I have to say without a doubt is a top notch service center! I moved around this area and bought my Tesla specifically because of this service center. I travel about 40-50 minutes to get here because Northern Idaho doesn’t have a service center. However, driving here honestly is a breeze and I always enjoy visiting Spokane! The entire crew at this location here is one I couldn’t be happier with. Their high quality service and professionalism is what all service centers should strive for. They treated me with respect and like a friend! This place deserves higher than 5 stars if I could give it to them! Don’t ever close this location!

Awesome experience.

Service Center did a great job on my car, but its located in an industrial area with no close resteraunts or shopping. Normally wouldnt be an issue, but due to covid they only can accommodate two chairs in their small waiting room.

Clean service center, very friendly employees, fix problem I came in with fast.

Managing service appointments via the Tesla app makes it super simple and convenient to make and keep updated during service. Nice group of employees, always friendly and helpful!

Was a very good app experience brought in my car with 5 miles left on battery.. silly me. They have chargers to plug in your car while the work on it!Alfonso the tech was professional and knowledgeable. My model 3 had some window problems and he was able to fix it the same day. They happened to have a loaner car and I got to drive a model x. Overall very happy.

This service center was Awesome! I took my 3 in for a FSD computer upgrade and was a bit worried I would have a typical Tesla customer service experience, which in the past have not been stellar. When I got there a tech greeted my outside and said, “we were expecting you, thank for being early”. Wow! We chatted for a bit and he offered me an S courtesy vehicle to drive around while I waited! “And, I don’t mind if I do.” Exactly 3 hours later my FSD upgrade was done and I was on the road home.Professional team, awesome service, and 3 hours of cruising in an S courtesy vehicle = five stars!

Hector and his team are AMAZING!! They got my P90 D in for a new 12V asap, and they were able to get it done super fast. Everyone there is professional and kind!

I called to check on having a Tesla ranger come by to check on rear door seals. Theres no one handy right now but well schedule it for next spring when dust becomes an issue
