I have to thank you guys for such an amazing car buying experience! I had a major part break on my main car and it will take a bit to fix. I looked to see what was available at a few different places. I was quoted so many different things but most places want a high down payment due to lack of cars in stock. I called Mike M Wednesday night to figure out what I needed to do. I received the information and did everything that I needed to. Thursday afternoon I received a call from Luis around 400pm with 3 different options. We got everything together and there by 445pm. By 700pm I had everything signed and keys in hand! Matt, Mike, and Richard have been absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband leased his 2021 Tacoma from Matt. That was a painless transaction as Matt was on it from the first point of contact. We then had my mom go down to look and Mike helped her get into her Yaris. He made sure she was taken care of. Then we came in because I was upside down in my loan for my other car and I knew we would need a lot down to refinance so we decided to get a new 2021 4runner. Mike helped us order it and he even made sure we were able to see in one even though there wasnt any on the lot. Mike keeps me updated on the status of my 4runner and he has been awesome to work with. Richard has been the finance manager on all 3 and he has gone above and beyond. I don’t leave reviews often. This was my 4th and best experience getting a new car and I already have a Toyota from another dealership. These guys were awesome. Worked with us from a distance. My wife and I went in August 1st to look at cars and had a fine experience overall until the last 30 minutes. I asked to get rates on a price point we were considering so I could see what the monthly payments would be. The salesperson printed out a car we were talking about but had by no means decided on, then he had me fill out and sign various credit application disclosures. At the end he wrote three signature lines on the piece of paper that had the picture of the car and the price breakdown, the last signature line by the final price and he asked me to sign. Of course I didnt sign and let him know we were not agreeing to purchase the car, which he full well knew. I didnt appreciate him trying to rope me into signing a contract to buy the car - but sometimes if a consumer is singing a bunch of documents theyll just keep signing almost without thinking. This was not a simple misunderstanding. My wife was also there with me and was surprised and unimpressed with what transpired.The last person I spoke to about lease options, Richard I think his name was was easy to talk with and relatable. Despite our overall poor experience, we followed up with them later that day. My wife saw an ad for leasing a new Highlander for a low monthly payment. The deal expired the next day so we called the dealer right away. My wife got on the line with the salesperson we spoke to previously. He was not very friendly and not helpful. He didnt know anything about the lease offer, and said he would email us details about it. He never did, and we simply took our business elsewhere.

My husband and I had to look for a new car due to unfortunate circumstances. We came in with our 3 year old son and were met by amazing people. We ended up finding a car and in all of this process our son was being a 3 year old and crazy and everyone was understanding and also entertained by him. They tried to talk and play with him as he was asking everyone their name. All the people we interacted with were amazing, helpful, and understanding that this little guy was up way past bedtime and hungry. When I had to come back the next day for finish a few things everyone was talking to him again and understanding that he was bored this time and still a crazy friendly 3 year old haha. Wouldnt change our experience for anything.

This was the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership! We did not have salesmen breathing down our neck from the moment we got on the lot, we were given the time we needed to make a decision as a couple w/o pressure and the employees had great people skills. Shane Kuykendall was our salesman and Richard Skordas was our finance guy. They both were rock stars and got us into the 4runner we wanted at better payments than we expected! We would definitely recommend and go back to this dealership.
Yesterday I went in with my boyfriend to look at leasing a 2022 4Runner. After having my credit pulled and bringing back numbers to finance, I reminded him I wanted a lease as it will be cheaper for me. He went back, spent 10 seconds with numbers guy and said “the factory had a fire a few months back and that caused the leases not to be less money” and went off making more comments about how they can’t change the numbers. My options were to spend 50$ over what I told him for a financed vehicle or spend 100+ to get into a lease. I know lots of people who have leases and never had a problem with leases. I will never go to the downtown Toyota!! They get a one for being able to get a vehicle sooner but customer service sucks!!!

Have had our 2016 4Runner serviced for years by Larry H Miller. Recently we noticed issues with the paint on the car. Was told in 2016 (when the car was new) when we had a minor accident from the repair shop that the paint job was questionable. Took it to Toyota then and was told all is good. Took it to the service manager present day and was told my car is old and that I should have complained more when it was under warranty (mind you it was not showing signs then). I was curious if complaining more would have got me anywhere. The radio in the car had never been right since we bought the car, had been dealer replaced about 4-5 times. The final point we just had an after market one put in. The service manager tells me present day that issue has still never been fixed in 4Runners. A paint job should last longer 5 years you would think. (800) customer service express the same thing.Took it to our auto body guy he could tell me within 5 mins what was going on and the most cost effective way to fix it. Would think Toyota could have done that since apparently it’s a common problem with their paint jobs! Such a shame we really liked our service tech when we take the car in. The service manager/customer service has left a permanent sour opinion after dealing with this issue!

They didnt BS me or waste my time with the down payment vs monthly payment games and didnt try to talk me up from the payment I knew I could afford. The environment was friendly and comfortable and everyone I met was professional but easy going.

Took my 2019 Tacoma in for a fuel pump recall. Set the appointment online and dropped it off with out an issue. They finished on time and everything looked ok. The hood wasnt fully close, and had to pull over to close it. (no biggie) I would have gave them five stars if it wasnt for the up sale they tried to do when I check out. My truck was @ 30k, and I was told by the service advisor that I needed to replace all diff oil, transfer case and replace brake oil. I was also told that I needed a throttle body cleaning that was also recommended by the manufacture. (And made sure to All in told, it would be close to $1000 for their recommendations.After checking with my owners manual and online, the recommendation from the manufacture was only to inspect the diff, and transfer case. No mention of replacing the brake fluid or cleaning the throttle body. Now I get that all dealerships do this, but to me, this is difference between a three star and five stars review.

A little more than I was wanting to spend but they came way down from the original offer. It would have been 4 stars as I still have to wait to actually have my truck ( a week or two wait), but the customer service made up for it
Spent about 6 hours waiting to complete a trade in and purchase a new vehicle from this dealership. Trade in value was more then my loan. It has been 2 months and the large difference has not posted to my new loan. I have called the dealership many times and no answer on where over 7k dollars magically disappeared to…
RJ was my salesman and Austin did my financing. I have to give them both a GIANT shout out for doing everything they could to get me in my new car. I initially walked away, but ended up coming back due to their hard work and dedication to getting me what I needed. To top it off they were both really great guys. Thank you both! I love the Jeep!
I unfortunately found this dealership as I was passing through on vacation and decided to have my Toyota Tundra routine service performed there on my way home to Western WA. For starters, when I was nearly home the skid plate, which was removed by the technician to change fluids, fell from under my vehicle (fortunately not on a busy highway). When I took the truck into my local dealer to have the skid plate replaced they let me know it had apparently not been tightened and that it appeared I had several fluid leaks, which was never the case before the service at Larry H. Miller. They cleaned up the fluids and asked me to bring the truck back in 500 miles. It turned out that there was only one leak, where the technician failed to replace the seal for the front transaxle. The rest was just spillage that wasnt cleaned after the service was performed. This was a nearly 1,400 dollar service that could have been performed much less expensive at a regular mechanic, but I put my faith in the dealership thinking it would be done right. After several attempts to connect with a service manager to ask that they cover the cost of having all the maintenance that was performed redone by a competent mechanic at another dealership, Ive received no response...only promises of a return call. Im worried that if the work I can see was so poorly performed, likely the same holds true for what I cannot see, such as the transmission service. My recommendation if you should be misfortunate enough to have your car break down in front of this dealership (and mine did not), have it towed to another one...their mechanic and customer care is terrible!

I was very disappointed. After paying $300 for detail service, I received a car wash--and not a very good one at that. Previous details have repaired minor scratches--not here. Im done with LHM Toyota. I take very good care of my car, and Ive had detail service in the past--elsewhere--much better, and less expensive. Im definitely done with this company.

Absolutely great place to do business! I had family on their way to Spokane and their vehicle didnt turn back on after stopping for dinner in Moses Lake. They asked where to have it towed to on a Friday night and taking a chance DT Toyota could look at it Saturday I suggested there.What a great experience. It was the started as thought, but the store was absolutely wonderful to work with. They fit it into their schedule Saturday, communicated so well with us and it was fixed by the end of the day. The price was more than fair and significantly less than what we thought it might be. We are raving fans- Thank you!

I went about getting my car in an unusual way. I found the car I wanted through Carfax but I was a few states away and couldnt get there right away. They were able to accommodate my situation by showing the vehicle to a family member, and was able to lock in a deposit to hold the vehicle. I got a fantastic financing rate through them, and very informative on the extra benefits I would have access to.
Waste of time. Was under the impression everything was going smooth till they wanted to be shady at the end. Definitely won’t be back!

The truck wasn’t in yet but came in the next day and I don’t know how the rest of the delivery will go but I’m assuming it’ll go great because everything else has with them. I would suggest here over any other Toyota dealership in Idaho and Washington.

Trent was super smooth to work with. I knew what I wanted, and he spent no time trying to push off current inventory as close enough. The entire process was quick and painless. During this process, I had reached out to multiple dealerships in multiple cities and states to get what I wanted. The same song and dance about low inventory was said by all other dealerships as if they were reading off the same script. I was very upfront to all that I was willing to wait to have one ordered and delivered. Instead, they all tried to push current inventory or used vehicles that comically cost more than new. Trent listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I am glad to see he did not join the covid cop-out, as I have coined, throughout this pandemic and continues to find avenues to make things happen. Im very disappointed with this car lot. My dad has purchased a few cars from here so I scheduled an appointments yesterday to look at a Camry today and they sold it….even though I had an appointment to look at it and the sales man said he would have it ready for me to look at. He didn’t even message me to let me know he sold it I had to message him asking if he sold it cause I happened to look at the website before my appointment and the Camry got took down. Very disappointed.
*UPDATE: the GM, while challenging to get ahold of, did take care of the situation with the extra mats and apologized for me having to go to the dealership twice to get this handled properly.*I love my new car, but my experience wasnt great. It started out good, with my original sales person (who suddenly left) but didnt end very well.Positives:* Finance guy was quick - when we finally met with him* Love my carNegatives:* Poor communication within the company resulted in my paying for an extra set of floor mats I dont need* Can only assume poor communication was also the reason I paid for 4 windows to be tinted, was told only 2 were tinted, and when asked about this discrepancy twice, was not given an answer* Spent nearly 5 hours at dealership (there HAS to be a faster way to do financing?!)* Overheard manager talking to several different people (employees?) in an aggressive tone (unprofessional)* Left dealership feeling very empathetic to the salesperson who got stuck trying to help me try to figure this stuff out today, but overall pretty disappointed

Our salesmen, Jared and Matt (Jared actually sold us on the car, but was off when we returned to sign papers, Matt walked us through the papers) were great - no pressure, easy to ask questions of, etc.We did ask about an extended warrantee and thought we were told there was nothing for a previously owned vehicle; but when Austin came with all the sales paper work, he included an extended warrantee option - but now we had no time to think and discuss (we were paying cash, and it took over 150 minutes to purchase!), so we left without the extended warrantee (Austin did allow us to sleep on in and comeback in the morning; it seems that any time before the 7-year, 100,000 mile warrantee is up should be fine, too).

My son brought our car in to get a repair based on a recall. Everything went so smoothly from the first phone call with Kyler. Super professional and accommodating with scheduling a time. When the car was dropped off my son was offered an Uber ride back to his house. When the car was ready to be picked up, he was able to get a free Uber back to Toyota to pick it up. I felt pressure to buy the extended warranty after I waited for 5 hours... I even had the car picked up out before I got there... then it didnt have the features that I had been told it had. I agreed to buy it anyway because it wasnt a make or break to have bucket seats instead of a bench seat or silver instead of white. I will never recommend Larry H Miller to anyone and am ashamed of myself for buying from them after the ridiculous process they put me through.

I am editing a previous negative review I left for this lot. After not purchasing a vehicle here a few months ago, I reached out to the manager who left a reply to my review. He asked if Id be willing to give them a second chance and was very gracious. He paired me with an excellent salesperson today, who went so far above and beyond what I expected. She spent the entire week looking for exactly what I asked for. She had 5 cars ready for me as soon as I pulled in, a couple days early no less. When my daughter decided she didnt like any of those cars, rather than get discouraged, Brittany pushed right on through and found my daughter the car of her dreams. Not only did she find a car my daughter loves, but its one I feel safe letting my 17 year old drive. She took both our needs into account and brought everything together in a stunningly beautiful Corolla. Daughter gets the flashy bells and whistles, I get the peace of mind of her driving a Toyota. They filled the tank and washed it again before she drove it off the lot, too. I am so pleased that Scott reached out to me, and Im very happy with my decision to follow up on that. Alex, the finance guy, was also great. He laughed and joked with us, and even gave us a new joke saying we were thrilled with and it had us in stitches. AWFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE, EVEN WORSE DETAILING.I could go on and on about the scummy things that dealerships/finance guys get away with, but because the FORTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,500) worth of product they snuck into my deal was removed, I wont bore you with that.I have always been a huge fan of Toyotas impeccable product, as well as their high-standard service and innovative design. I have been in-love with every generation 4Runner at some point or another, but ended up pulling the trigger on a pre-owned 2014 5th gen 4runner. Unfortunately, they didnt have time to detail the rig before I left, so the salesman and I made plans to have it detailed the following week. We also talked about getting a full tank of gas for having to come back to the dealership for it to be detailed. The poor salesman tried to wipe down the interior and vacuum some, but the previous owner had fine-haired demon dogs who left the vehicle absolutely filthy.Shortly after leaving the dealership, I found a RUSTED NAIL embedded, and thoroughly rusted into the center of my tire. I brought the 4runner back before the scheduled detail date. I also spent a lot of time vacuuming and wiping down the 4runner because I could NOT stand the scent of this persons dog.Fast-forward to TONIGHT, I picked up my new-to-me 4runner.. First and foremost, as soon as I opened the door, I was about knocked over with the awful smell of dog.. AND the tank was empty, gas light on. There is still dog hair absolutely everywhere. The detailers couldnt bring themselves to take off the paint marker done by the dealership, or the stickers from the previous owner. My blind grandmother couldve done a better job wiping down the interior.. Why did I even bring this back to the dealership?! I am absolutely appalled at what a fresh detail is from the LHM detailing team. How does this dealership continue to sell used cars if they cant even make them look good?? Its absolutely disheartening to buy a vehicle and have it feel like a hand-me-down, when its your hard earned money being spent. Im sure they didnt care to do a good job because I had already bought the vehicle, but why even waste time detailing something that youre not going to do well.Fortunately enough, they patched my tire. But well see what else goes wrong within the next 24 hours.The only complaint I cannot make is with the salesman that helped me, Mykle Modrell. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even tried to grab a razor and cleaner to get the paint marks that the detail team didnt care to do.Its safe to say I WILL NOT be returning to LHM.

I don’t buy cars very often at all, last dealer purchase was 20 years ago so don’t have much to compare this experience to but overall I’m happy. I did not get the sleazy salesman vibe from my salesman and overall I’m a very satisfied customer with the pre-purchase and purchase portions of the experience. Bravo to Toyota for making a car that not only captured my extremely selective attention but also got me to change brands (from Honda) on top of that. I look for vehicles that will last and can handle my workload and both brands are the only ones I trust that can. I sold my ‘85 4Runner to aid in this purchase and that tank of a vehicle is a true testament to Toyota quality. Thank you to all who made this purchase possible, I absolutely love my new car!

Great experience! They exceeded my expectations. I’m in my 50’s and have bought my fair share of cars. This was my best experience so far. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had dozens and dozens of questions and all were answered accurately (I’ve since checked). I was treated with respect and absolutely felt no pressure in the process. I highly recommend this dealership not just because Toyota vehicles are the best bang for your buck in my opinion, but these folks want you as a return customer and as a result you’re treated very, very well.
I am hoping my familys experience is one of the worst. Because the frustration we are feeling, I simply would not wish on my enemies. My mother in law has a 2005 4 Runner. She has been completely loyal to Toyota in AZ for 35+ years. On her 2005 4 Runner, she purchased a lifetime warranty on the shocks & struts system. We dropped her car off for a 3:30pm appointment on Thursday. It took almost 24 hours to receive a phone call from the service advisor that they would not honor the warranty. It is now Monday and we still do not have any answer as to why a lifetime warranty does not cover the work.
