Exceptional experience. There was a time when we have left the company, but not much time passed, and we returned.This insurance company is consistent with their rates and will not randomly increase them over the months. Moreover, usually it will decrease.The agents there don’t wait until you ask for discounts, but offer you the best possible deals right away. They will give tips on how to lower the pay and explain what will affect it the most and what will not at all.Lines are usually short and the agents are very patient with you and welcome any questions you have.

The Sam Higgins State Farm office is great!!! Every time I call my questions are always answered in detail and if the answer cant be answered right away, I immediately get called back when the answer if found. I also always almost pay my insurance a tad bit late, and whenever I call to pay, the workers always sound friendly and thankful even though I was the one who made mistakes! I have been with Sam for well over a decade. He and his staff are amazing. When my 16 year old daughter started to drive I thought it was going to cost a fortune. But with all the discounts for good grades and a little safety meeting it turned out to be about 50 bucks extra a month, WOW! If you have a problem he is there for you, unlike these online insurance companies, good luck. If you are looking for a great insurance agent with a very knowledgeable staff that will take great care of you, look no further, you found him.

Sam and his staff are wonderful. My wife totaled her car and Sam called us the next morning to make sure she was ok. What great service! Sam had adjusters out the next day to check evaluate the car. Even though we were sad that it was totaled, we had a check by the end of the week for the car and received more than expected. Give Sam a call and he will give you a quote and earn your business like he did with us. Sam saved us over $50.00 per month on our car insurance and homeowners insurance. After the service he gave us I am willing to pay more.

Sadly, insurance is one of those services you wish you never have to make use of. A couple of months ago, my wife was rear ended, and our vehicle was totaled. We promptly reached out to Sams office and dealt with Azisa. (Im so sorry if I spelled your name wrong dear.) From the morning after the accident, through out the process, the entire office was kind, compassionate and attentive on each step as it progressed. I highly recommend them. Though, I also highly recommend not having a crash. But, if it happens, these folks have your back.
