Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clear explanations and youre getting the best coverage fixed for you. I ended up moving to Spokane recently, and when I told my former insurance company, they hiked up the prices so much I couldnt afford it. But when I switched Farmers, Im saving $372! The gal thats usually in the front is always charming and assists you in a very timely manner. Nothing but impressed and very happy.
