Kathy and her team are fine sales agents, but State Farm has been a worst case scenario for our recent car accident. The initial approved repair was barely half the repair shop’s estimate. Despite numerous attempts to seek help and a further explanation as to why repairs were being arbitrarily denied, only vague responses were given. The “virtual” estimator never once contacted the shop to seek further explanation. When it was clear that I needed help I reached out to Kathy and her team, hoping that they could intervene and advocate for me. That’s why I chose her I. The first place— I figured a local agent will provide personal help. Someone you can trust. Unfortunately the only thing they can do is get a rep on the phone. Having a local agent is of absolutely no value if they can’t help. Stay away from State Farm. Their prices were competitive, but it’s clear you get (or rather don’t get) what you pay for.
Always available, accomodating, reasonable. Been with them for over 30 years.
We have used this office for almost 25 years and have always received great service.
Very disappointed with how I was treated. Find someplace else to get insurance.
