Great customer service and so incredibly helpful. We love our new pool and will recommend them to our friends!

We purchased a new liner from them and they installed it back in October 2018. The liner has since came down in more than one spot and I called to tell them what was happening back at the beginning of April 2019, he told me he would come fix it this weekend. I called every other week and I was told this weekend, meanwhile, the liner is coming down even more now. Here it is June 2019 and Im still waiting for this weekend for the liner to be fixed when it has only been 6 mos since installed. We paid good money for the liner and there was no issue in him getting paid, he got paid the day the job was done. Its ashame a business treats its customers like this.

Bought some chemicals of what they said needed very professional

This is the first year Ive used Atlantic Pool Supply. I inherited a swimming pool and I pass by Atlantic Pool Supply everyday going to and from work. I decided to drop by when I had some pool needs. Ive been back three times now and they have helped me each time. They have been so nice and helpful. Even when Im not sure exactly what Im talking about, they work with me to find a solution.

I called Atlantic Pool Supply looking for a replacement cartridge filter for our pool. I was told it would take a while to look and see if they had the filter. I have been on hold for 15 minutes so far and I have heard a woman make an oring purchase, a discussion on remodeling a single wide trailer into a home, a neighborhood where a cop and wrecker driver live and lots of complaining. Discussions on buying an airstream camper but no help on finding a filter. They just laid the phone down hoping I would hang up. Dont waste your time here.
